My name is Dipesh Kumar. my mobile number is [protected] from which i used to run cashbean app. I had taken 1800 rupees from cashbean app after which government of India banned this app and I could not pay cashbean due to which my cibil score is very bad please do it as soon as possible Resolve soon so that my cibil score gets fixed.

I try to repay my loan but no option have seen there plz help to repay my loan

I have settled the loan with P.C Financial Services ( Cash Bean). In my Cibil report it was not updated. Please update this as loan closed in my Cibil. I have attached No Due certificate and Payment transaction proof.

Sir, want to say that I had taken a loan of some amount from a PC finance company a few years ago, at the time of paying the EMI, that company was closed, due to which some of its remaining amount was left with me, it was my fault. No, and because of that company I am not able to get any loan, so I request sir to increase my civil score by removing that overdue amount. my contact number-[protected]

I took a loan on 24/03/2020 with loan account number[[protected]] from cashbean mobile app. whose main company is PC Finance pvt ltd.
I can't contact them in any way. I had repay the loan on 29/05/2020 but they not update my payment in cibil . Also my credit score is going down.
I have been trying to contact them many times but they are not reachable on any number
please help me

I took a loan from Cashbean but there is no service available from company side to repayment the loan, I have been tried for a long time to repayment this loan. But I am unable and company reported in CIBIL that's why my CIBIL impacted because this loan. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Cash bean fake app just installed the app and given all necessary details with that fraud people calling from different numbers and threatening to pay and giving mental harassment..pls look into this matter on urgent basis.

I received an sms on my mobile phones at 9:02am and 9:03am on the stated dates 7/02/2023 and 8/02/2023 respectively stating that I have a loan repayment of 21638.39 naira due for 9/02/2023. Again I also received a call from the mobile number +[protected] stating I've got a pending loan payment.

Firstly I want to state that I have never heard of cashbean until yesterday the 7th of February 2023 when I received this fraudulent sms.

Secondly I frown at the sms sent to me and the call I received.

Thirdly I searched for the official cashbean customer care email address to which I sent several mails stating this complaints but never got any reasonable response asides stating their acknowledgement of the mail received especially after attaching screenshot of the sms received.

Kindly note that I deeply frown at this sms and calls as I have nothing to do with cashbean whatsoever and I see it as fraudulent. I will not hesitate to take legal actions against cashbean if this continues.

First of all I want to clearly state that until yesterday morning I've not been aware that any loan app like yours ever exist.

Secondly I have never applied for any kind of loans ever.

Thirdly, i had to search for your company on Google so as to get your customer care email to send a mail across. I've sent several mails to your customer care between yesterday morning and this morning and I've been ask to send a complaint. I also attached screenshot of the sms I received as regards the loan repayment I never applied for.

Kindly note that I'd want you to treat this as urgent as legal actions would be taken if any things happens to funds in my bank accounts.
