I am complaining about an app called Cashbean (PC Financial Solution) which provides loan to be repaid in tennure of 60 days. I am a valuable customer of this app and repay my loan before the due date every time.But from last 20 days, I have tried 3 times to apply for loan and all the time my loan is getting rejected without any reason and putting me to wait for another 6 days to reapply for re rejection.
This is not the way you treat with your regular users

I'm one of rhe user of cashbean.
As i had my loan of 5k and it's repayment was yesterday.
Cashbean employees have called me 18 time to be more precise in a single day and didn't had the ethicates to talk to a custom.
If this things continue I'm not gonna repay your loan.
Please look into the matter

Very bad experience with cash bean. I paid my first installment 1 day late along with late charges and again paid the second installment next day I. e.. Total 17000 but when I tried to take another loan they reduced my loan to RS. 1800 from RS. 17000. So they made me fool as they took full interest of two months and the payment made in advance of Rs. 8500 was a great mistake. I therefore advise all not to pay in advance in a view to take another loan as it will a loss to you as your advance paid amount for which they have already taken the interest will also be a loss.

I had done UPI ID payment to my sisters account of Rs.2888/- but the CashBen not give confirmation that they had receive this payment

Call the toll free number they denied the payment which my sister had made.
I have attached the screen shot which payment is made by my sister for loan repayment purpose but CashBean not accept the same.

This is totally fraud company to who ever taken any kind of loan from them.

Sir mene loan ke liye apply kar rah hu one month se always rejecte but sir kiya karan hai

Cashbean App is giving only 15 days of time for repayment of loans and they are imposing high interest on loans. Why the RBI is not taking action against these type of loan APPS, which are collecting lot of interest by giving only 15 days of loan repayment time. Because of these APPS Credit Score is effecting. Plz verify these type of Apps and take action against them.

I took a loan of Rs 15100 from cash bean in Feb 2021 which I had to paid back in 2 monthly installments of Rs 8500 each, I.e. first on 06 march 2021 and second on 06 april 2021. I have paid both installments in time but they have not updated my 2nd installment till now and charging me fine on daily basis as well. I have already complained about this matter to Cash bean company but they do nothing. They told me to submit loan amount again.

Kindly do some action in this matter

Dear fine charges 252 rupees, and date 20/03/2020, , I already amount added extra fine charges, please remove this charges immediately please help sir, cashbean employees are not responding with calls and SMS also please help and, take strong action sir, please solve this problem sir please., , that money I want refund, please thanking you sir or Madem, please solve this complaint thanks, this complaint is not resolved

I have taken a loan from CashBean app and I transferred amount rs. 8480 on 12th of this month, to the a/c PCFN [protected], from google pay, and i did not get any confirmation, then I called customer care they said no amount is credited,

I complained to my bank and Google pay they both confirmed that transaction was success.

I request you to please do the needful to me

Sir I made payment on 26th feb of amount of 2814 rs to cash been from gogalpay and transaction is successful but sir cash been still not updat my payment they said still they didn't receive amount and also they can't send me bank statement so I can Chek.my bank validat that payment is successfully transferred into cashbeen account but they didn't update and make penalties on this.they said payment stuck at Npci.pls help me regarding that sir.[protected] pdf pasword. Today one agent calls in my contact list.i request this agent plz offer 1 day today Sunday all off.i repay tomorrow but agent not understand.this agent call today 10am.so plz understand.

I took a loan from cash bean and repaid the full amount on 26/02/2021 and they have confirmed that I have transferred it to the correct account number that they have provided and I have been calling them daily regarding the update they are saying to repay the amount agian and they are agian asking me to pay again the amount .kindly look into the matter

I, Abhishek Ghosh, account holder of your Cashbean with registered mobile number [protected]. On 07/02/2021 I have made a loan money transfer for an amount of Rs.4278 to cashbean.[protected]@hdfcbank but I have mistakenly sent the money to cashbean.[protected]@hdfcbank.

I have made this transaction from paytm upi and the upi reference id of the transaction is [protected].

But one think is how to possibe the invalid upi payment received form cashbean, I'm shared a short video.

I have taken a personal loan of INR.9100/- through Cashbean mobile app on 28-Dec-2020. As per my repayment schedule I have to pay the loan amount into 2 EMI [ 1st EMI of INR.5124/- on 27-Jan-2021 & 2nd EMI of INR.5122/- on 27-Feb-2021].

I had tried to make the payment of 1st EMI 5124/- on 27-Jan-2020 through Cashbean mobile app twice but payment has failed due to some error. After 5 minutes I have received a phone call from Cashbean staff ([protected]) at 10.59 am and he asked me to transfer the EMI amount to the same mobile number through Google pay. I have transferred the amount of INR.5124/- at 11.03 am.. After making payment i have tried to contact him on the same number but unable to contact. I have already raised the complaint against the issue to Cashbean but they are not taking any action instead asking me to pay the amount again...Very worst support and threating us to pay the amount again.

Where i had raised a complaint twice through email to [protected]@pcfinancial.in and [protected]@pcfinancial.in on 27-Jan-2021, but Still my amount has not yet credited to my loan account... And they keep on adding penal charges...

Repayment made is not yet updated and am receiving 100 calls even after contacting customer care, raising a complaint through app, and sending mail of payment proof to collection agent who called

I am a Cancer patient, I took a loan for my medical expenses. I am jobless because of my health issues.
It's been 5 days, I am not able to pay the installment. I tried to borrow money from others also. But no one is having money at this pandemic time. The executive calls me and torture me. I am already a cancer patient and living a stressful life. Even this executive calls and torture me. I will commit suicide just for 2000 rs. And I am putting a complaint to the police for harassing me at this situation.
