Dear Cashbeen I'm very old customer in Cashbeen and I'm applying loan many times in cashbeen and repaying time to time in last date. Today a recovery agent calling me 9 a.m and he says that if i can't pay within a hour then he calling me every 5min and disturbing me. Already I'm telling him i know today is my payment date and i will pay my loan ammount within 7 p.m promised him but he just calling me many times and using bad language

I got loan 2000 thousand rupees from your company for 15 days, but i could not pay on time so that when called me recovery team for amount, so he is lie me that if you paid amount today, so i ll give you discount 200 hundred rupees so you can pay 2500 hundred rupees only today, so as per recovery team same dated that i have paid with penalty, but after paid amount so again showing outstanding amount my account, so when i again contact to your company is for this regarding so had an issue which was sent via email to the customer service team but they never respond to the email nor calls, Due to there negligence every day there is a penalty charges added on my account, i get calls from the recovery team, but i can't pay any amount, so i m very request you that please closed this account because recovery team cheated on me, so that i m not taking any loan from cashbean, so i have requested to that kindly check and closed this amount,

I paid 399 rupees but it's still showing undereview this is 3rd day give me back my amount or else giving me loan this is fake don't pay before take a loan they simply showing 1 year interest amount processing fees please don't pay already I'm lost my 399 rs

I am cashbean old customer. Before Covid-19 I took 24 times loan from cashbean accordingly and repaid each loan in time. After lockdown they are always rejecting my loan application saying that we are working with limited places and you doesn't meet with credit policy.. before Covid-19 or lockdown I was meeting there each credit poilcy now they are turning the faces...they always say update app and apply for loan. I updated and applied but rejected.. since three months they are doing this. This is hurting my credit score, it has effected me mentally and harrassed so much...they are ruling there own without fear of anyone...I urge you to take action on such fraudsters...this companies ruins life of common man..

I have paid my cashbean loan on 05th June 2020 for the payment of Rs. 9895 through google pay with help and guidelines of your cashbean employee. I have shared the payment clearence to the same person who contacted me for the same. [protected] this is his number. Now i have received lot of calls from your side for make the payment. why should i make the payment again? i have explained everything to the cashbean employee regarding this issue who has asked for the payment again, and also shared the all payment clearence details to their mail Id. but still the problem not rectified. i have not done any mistake. so kindly sort out this issue and do the needful.

Very fraud app google... Please.. This app hacked all data and called relatives.. And harshing,,... One my relative have come heart atttack (Normal type).. Continuos calling my cashbean to any of my contacts.. And also.. They hacked gallary.. And so all personal data... Please take some action... And they don' waived of pntaley... All the company... Waived of the pentaley... But this app not waived of.. And high intrest rate.. Please do some thing

Hi sir i have taken online loan from cash bean application, till now i have payed all the emi's on time, due to corona situation i am unable to pay the amount.
I have told so many times to cash bean customer care service. They are telling this company don't have any connection with rbi.

My husband would have taken loan from cash bean for which i was unaware. Today i got a call from a person named neeraj from cashbean. He started talking to me with no sense of talking to a customer. His language was threatening and highly insulting. Out of courtesy, i told him that i was unable to take his call earlier since i was busy taking class. For this he replied to me what kind of teacher i am.. He has chosen a perfect day of teacher's day to insult a teacher.

I taken a loan on cash bean, 2 months of period time, i paid on exact due date and i have successful payment screenshot, now they are calling me and telling, your payment is not updated you have to pay penalty amount. And i asked, already i paid why should i pay now. Now they (Cash bean) are calling me and torturing, and they are using "very bad words", i have voice recorder of cash bean person.

I am receiving phone calls every day for enquiring about my friend and asking me to call him for a loan which he took from them which I have nothing to do with. I asked them not to disturb me, but they are calling me daily twice.
If someone gives my number without my notice, how are they supposed to call me.
Please take appropriate action.
