Hello,

I have paid off the loan on 20/08/2020 and it's updated as paid off in the app (refer to the screenshot attached). However, in CIBIL I see it's not updated with the same. It shows an overdue amount of INR 11, 500 (refer to the screenshot attached). Could you please check that and have it updated.

I have also sent an email with the CIBIL report attached and with all the necessary details to cashbean.[protected]@pcfinancial.in but there is no response.

      Hello,
      Sir/Madam

      i m asmita mahadev mayekar, i took a loan from cashbean & i closed loans, but in my cibil report it shows remains open, in cibil it shows pc finanace which is casbean, for that reason i can not take any loans, i tried to contact cashbean but they r not visible on application or online sites nor contact so i need help to closed this loans which is closed, i have bank proof of payments & with each & every date if you want i can share .
      please help me to resolve this problem,

          Today I have got so many call from my relative/ frenids they got a massage on there what's app that massage i have atatched below kindly pls look If my relative have taken any loan from cash been than pls speak him or call me one to one on my Mob no : [protected]

          It's my request if any one had taken loan any he is given my name and mob no than pls share that person name and don't massage to my contact no and them contect no.

                              Cash bean से 24/03/2020 को 18, 398 रुपये का लोन लिया था, लॉक डाउन की वजह से देरी से 11/07/2020 को सारा पेमेंट दे दिया था, cash bean की तरफ से लोन paid off का सर्टिफिकेट भी मिल चुका है, लेकिन CIBIL पर अभी भी 19, 834 रुपये का पेमेंट overdue शो हो रहा है,
