I took a loan of 1600, when i paid repayment the transaction was stucked, i thought the transaction was unsuccessful but the money was successful sent to beneficiary that i have sent, but they didn't show update my repayment as i didn't done due payment, so i paid again the due amount, i contacted to their customer support but they didn't respond to me, very worst customer care service they don't bother about customers they want money only, very high interest rates, don't take loan from that app. Very very worst service.

He guys did you got your refund?? I am also facing same issue..I have made double repayment of rs 15929 on 13 feb
.still not got my money back

    This is j swarna geetha i took a loan in cash bean of rs 6900 i payed it on aug 1 2019 i accidentally paid another 6900 on the same day i send mails regarding this about the extra payment but no reply from them i am unable to contact the customer care numbers as they are not working i took loan on the same day so they should automatically pay the loan they dint do that also its already 18 days but no reply from please solve my problem asap i will provide my details below with all necessary screen shots

    Hi, cashbean loan amount 5000, (total amount -5750)(iam paid 5761 mobikwik transaction upi @razorpay hdfc bank) august 16th friday. Cashbean account is not received this amount . Cashbean loan my penalty submitted otherwise cibil score penalty .

      Sir i have taken the loan through cash bean app. And i paid repayment amount 2656 with your transition on 20 july 2019 at 11:15am.
      But they said that the money was not given to them by the cash bean. I am sending you my mobile number and transaction id number. Please ask me to resolve my issue quickly.

      I am deepak purushothama i applied 5000 insta loan on casbean mobile applicaton. My loan was approved and 5000 transferd my acount 15days repayment time. My loan id is[protected]. And repayment date is 4th july. But i paid 3rd july on mobikwik wallet. My acount was deducted amount.. Tomarow 4th july cashbean agent call and tell you pay loan amount today last day. But am telling i paid yestrday. O. K you whatsapp me payment recipt. I send payment recipt on his aget whatsapp number. Butt he rashly speak and teel this payment faield. You repay today. This amont refundeed. I have no money butt i using my rbl credit card using paytm walet payment done. But first i paid5761.20 he not refunded me. I am all document are maied it but no responce. Please quick action on cashbean. And amount refunded me please. Ihave post all document in this mesage
