My name mala mandal, 01/11/2019 today i have paid cashbean loan amount 4600 but still not close my loan

.still not got my money back

Hi, cashbean loan amount 5000, (total amount -5750)(iam paid 5761 mobikwik transaction upi @razorpay hdfc bank) august 16th friday. Cashbean account is not received this amount . Cashbean loan my penalty submitted otherwise cibil score penalty .

Did u got your refund?? Pls tell..how and when..coz I am in same situation.

I have paid loan amount on due date but they are not giving payment recipet for online payment and asking to payment again with extra penalty charge

This is such a crap service that i have ever come across i have been charged like hell called as penalty charges for making payment late..i have spoken to the cust service person who threatens me that he is a legal officer...like seriously??😂a legal officer who cannot have a proper communication skill...i have informed them already that untill the late charge is been removed i will not repay...they did not even bother to get in touch wid me after that..and its so hard that the app is out dated when we try to make payment it just keeps shutting down...im really so tired of them..i want some action to be taken plz

I paid for loan account No: [protected] (Cash Bean) (Last digit 2 is missing) ( Loan Id No:[protected] on 12.11.2019 of Rs. 4514/- through karur vysya netbanking account in favour of V.Karthigai Selvi cell: [protected] Pan No: HTTPK6655L. I received transaction reference No: RKVB[protected] for the successful payment. But i found the amount is not accounted as per the mobile app.

Also not received any messages or mail to the Loan Account Holder in favour of payment. I consulted with my bank side and as per the bank side the amount was settled in your yes bank account. Kindly confirm the status of the payment Loan Account Holder. otherwise return my money in kvb account please please

Sir, I have taken loan from cash bean company for 15 days 1st time i dint pay on time... They calling to my relative and my wife continueslly they are mentally torchering me for 2500,
Please take an action against them... They are willing me to do suscide... Mentally torchering daily calls from morning to evng... Please help me...
