I made a payment of amount 41990 at my flipkart account on 29th of june and my transaction was unsuccessful due to payment gateway expiration but the amount was debited from the account. And it is 23 days now, i didn't got any money back in my account. I tried to contact the customer care of both flipkart and bank. Flipkart told me to contact my bank and i did the same. I first interacted with the customer care of bank on 3rd july and till now they are telling me to wait and are not giving the clear picture of the problem and still they haven't confirmed me that it will be surely refunded within this much time. How can this problem happen with a nationalised bank and anyway it was my grandfather's account from which i made the payment and hence he is very tensed from the first day onwards. I really want the money get refunded as soon as possible and bank give me the clear picture for that very issue.

Updated by preetyakanksha Till when it will be resolved... I have already complaint to the central bank of india and even had visited my branch to file the complain but till now I haven't received the money back. It's a heavy amount. Atleast i should know about the time Or duration of recovery

Refund from amazon was initiated on 10th july 2020, friday morning. Amazon sent this refund reference number #74332740193019266255969 and the transaction id for the refund #4hlouhunj7z and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank is delaying the complaint that i have raised. So, please ask them to quicken the process for this complaint as it's very urgent for me to get this refund amount asap. Amazon literally mentioned several times that i would be getting the amount credited and it would be reflecting in my bank account by 17th july 2020 (Friday) but it's already too late and i think i have been robbed here.

Kindly requesting your team to avoid this delay and credit the refund amount of rs. 2545.05 to my account immediately without any further delay as i still did not get the refund. It has already been 14 days till date.

Updated by Sourav0007 My name is [removed] and I had ordered a product amounting to Rs.2820 from Amazon ecommerce online platform (Seller Name: SAlLCOM INDIA) on 8th July 2020 (Wednesday) 8.34 pm and after that I cancelled the order on the very day morning on 9th July 2020 11 am due to compatibility issues. Rs. 274.95 was paid through Amazon Pay Balance and the remaining amount of Rs.2545.05 was paid through my central bank debit card. On 10th July 2020 10.14 am Amazon initiated the refund amount to my card and amazon pay balance. I got Rs. 274.95 within 2 hours on my amazon pay balance but I still didn't get the money Rs.2545.05 that was processed on my central bank debit card/account. Amazon sent this refund reference number #74332740193019266255969 and the transaction ID for the refund #4HLOUHUNJ7Z and told me to fill charge dispute form but Central Bank is delaying the complaint that I have raised. Complaint ID is 3478876. So, please ask them to quicken the process for this complaint as it's very urgent for me to get this refund amount asap. I have been robbed of a refund issued from Amazon which was processed and completed on 10th July 2020 still not received over a month now. It should have been posted in my Central Bank of India account by now since the deadline was 17th July 2020.

Details:

Refund Reference Number (23digit): 74332740193019266255969
Dispute Amount: Rs.2545.05

I have contacted my bank regarding this matter and lodged complaint on 19th July 2020 but they haven't found anything. No one is ready to help even after lodging a complaint with the bank.There is something wrong for sure. This amount of Rs. 2545.05 from Amazon is not being credited to my account over a month now.

Please help in crediting the amount to my bank account. It has been one month now.

Please ask the Central bank customer service to help me track and credit the refund amount to my bank account immediately.

My name is shivangi gupta i had placed an order on amazon on 4 july for rs 1250. I had ordered four products and their name are as follows (A) bulfyss silicone fruit cake mould for rs 499 and one more bulfyss silicone mould, for rs 299 (B) taj aluminium cake mould amounted to rs 325, (C) ivann silicone spatula and pastry brush for rs 127. And product was delivered on 7 july and due to inappropriate quality i had placed return request and the pickup was completed on 14 july and amazon had initiated refund on 14 july but still the amount is not reflected in my bank a/c and my bank a/c is saving a/c and they had told me that by 21 july amount will be reflected in my account but still amount is not reflected. Amazon had send refund refrence number to me which is #30005401970184201783180 and one more refund refrence number is #3000540197086192317878 and one more refrence for third product is[protected] and amazon customer care executive told me to fill a charge dispute form against my bank and my a/c no. Is [protected] and ifsc code is cbin0280228 and i had ordered through my debit card but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this copmplaint as soon as possible.

I am holding saving account in Central Bank Of india, branch Alibag. My saving account number is [protected]. I am illiterate and carrying business of making duplicate keys, lock repairs etc. I don't have knowledge of mobile banking. Recently I received one call from unknown number posing as they are bank officer. The number from which I have received fraud call is [protected], [protected]. The person on call threatened me that my account will be locked if I fail to give bank account details for verification. Under his threat I gave my bank details. By misusing this details my account is debited by Rs. 97970/-.
When I learned this fraud I immediately rushed to concern bank and inform the same. I have also Lodge complain to local police station.
I therefore request to take cognizance of my complaint and please refund my amount at earliest.
