I ordered a phone from amazon and returned it due to reasons. They issued me a refund of rs. 10301 on 28th may, 2020 in my visa card of central bank of india. The amount of refund is not reflected in my bank account yet and it's been more than 5-6 business days.
The amazon has provided me with a reference number too but i'm unable to contact my home branch.

Neither the company i.e. Amazon nor the bank is able to address my complaint. The Amazon customer care executive says that they have refunded the amount and that I should contact my bank's branch and my Bank's branch, I.e. Central Bank of India, Bulandshahr never receives any phone call and hence I am not able to contact them.

Dear sir, My refund of rupees 34735 is inciated from Amazon but not reflected in my account .my last 4 digit of account number is 1889.the Amazon says do charge dispute form and contact with customer care of Centra bank of india and customer care says contact with home branch and home branch manager says there is no form of charge dispute u have to talk with Amazon .please resolve my problem as fast as possible.my home branch is kalamkhar MAHARASHTRA IFSC code is CBIN0281904

Dear Sir/Mam one of my refund amount 2095/- which send to my account on 24th November 2020 From ShopClues. In they send to my account the also provide refund reference number The reference number is:- 175b6b[protected]T90b982c8. I am waiting almost 8 Days extra but the amount didn't reflect to my account. I have complained against on my branch but I didn't get proper solution from bank manager. I have complained against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

Dear sir/mam I have including refund details with reference number plz refund my money as soon as possible.

And I am also going to bank but the bank customers are unable to help me and unable to track the reference number and the sites customer are says they didn't help and I am also done 1 rq but they are not give me a proper solution.

I used my Debit Card on 08/05/2020 to purchase at Amazon.in. But for some reason I cancelled the order. The amount rupees 7999 was processed by amazon to refund to its origin and Refund Reference no.- 378573 was provided by Amazon. but the amount is not reflecting in my account. I visited bank but didn't got any proper solution. It is going to be a month now. I want my refund amount in bank account as soonas possible.
