I ordered a product from which i had return to amazon they initiated a refund on 25 may but i did not get refund on my account then i did call to amazon they have sent me a reference number which is Refund Reference # AFNT191O0000KACUFW5V
So i m complaining about refund which stuck in your process please solve this problem ....

I purchased a laptop from amazon but cancelled it due to some reason.

I booked 2 tickets from irctc website which were automatically cancelled.
They refunded the amount on 4 may but even after 1 month i have not received it in my account.
On calling irctc customer care they say they have refunded and i have to contact my bank but the bank's customer care number is always non responsive.
