My name is santosh rathod and i had ordered mobile phone of rs.16, 999 (Redmi note 9 pro) in amazon on (19/05/2020) and on (19/05/2020) i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on (19/05/2020)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
(072353) and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy.
So please...

Irctc has initiated my refund on 21st May, 2020 but still bank hasn't credited to my account. I fail to understand why. On 29th May I went to the branch. They refused about any money credited to my account. I have contacted irctc thrice and they reconfirmed me that they have initiated the refund.
. Please have a look. Please process it soon. I will be highly obliged if you help me out.
