I ravi roushan choudhary ordered a product on 9th may 2020 from amazon and returned it on same day due to some reason and amazon refunded the amount on 13th may 2020 with reference no. (9003nywwk0000k9layief). And till now i didn't received my amount.

          Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount toyal 3048 rupees of two items. Which send to my account on 18th may and 19 may 2020 from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # 9o3eem6v0000k9laq7nmand i have waiting almost 12 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manngeer. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

            Amazon said it had initiated my on 22 may 2020 and said that it will reflect in my account by 29 may. I have contacted both amazon and my bank central bank of india... I've contacted both amazon and the branch manager of the bank.. But to no good...
            So kindly help me... Amazon gave me refund reference.. But bank said they can't use this refund reference.. Now how do i get my money back?

                  Irctc has initiated my refund on 21st May, 2020 but still bank hasn't credited to my account. I fail to understand why. On 29th May I went to the branch. They refused about any money credited to my account. I have contacted irctc thrice and they reconfirmed me that they have initiated the refund.
                  . Please have a look. Please process it soon. I will be highly obliged if you help me out.

                            Namste sir/ma'am, my name is dwarika ram sahu. My account no. Is [protected], i had ordered a product of rs. 13999 in xiaomi india on 05/05/2020, and same day i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 05/05/2020 xiaomi india initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. (I am waiting for my money almost 25 days)
                            Xiaomi india send me bank arn no. 74332740127012641997000 and told me contact your bank. Company says refund has been done on his behalf, and the company said that take these bank arn numbers and contact your bank. And told me to fill charge back request but central bank of india not solve my problem.
                            I contacted my near by bank [central bank of india dhamtari ] but they have no information regarding arn number. And i also contacted my home branch central bank of india
                            Bhakhara, same here this branch employee has no information about arn number. I also made the bank employee talk to bank customer care service but they did not understand. I also mailed my problems to bank complaint email id ([protected]@centralbank.co.in) but no response has come yet.

                              Amazon initiated a refund and it was successfully processed by them on 13th may 2020. But the amount hasn’t yet been reflected on the bank account. Tried calling central bank of india customer care but they won’t answer.
