Dear sir one of my refund amount 18349 which send to my account in between 08th may 2020 from amazon.in. After talking to amazon customer care they provided me the refund reference no. # 150692 and i have been waiting from past 17 days but the amount didn't credit in my account. I talked to Central Bank of India customer care regarding this but i didn't get proper solution from their. And in this corona virus situation i can not go to branch.

श्रीमान मैंने आज 1:15 पर एक शिकायत ₹956 40 पैसे की जमा बाबत दर्ज कराई थी परंतु 3:00 बज के 5 मिनट पर मुझे 4 नंबरों से कॉल आई और कहा गया आपने सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया को शिकायत की है बताओ क्या शिकायत है तब मैंने कहा मेरे 956 पर 40 पैसे रिफंड हुए थे वह अभी तक जमा नहीं हुए हैं तब बोला आपके पैसे जल्दी आ जाएंगे आप एक एस एम एस करो मैं आपको बताता हूं तब उसने कहा आप अपने खाते के पीछे के चार अंक केलकुलेटर खोलकर उसमें अपना पिन जोड़ो और मुझे बताओ कितना ऐड हुआ मैंने ऐसा करके उसे बताया उसी समय वह बोला अब आपके पैसे आ जाएंगे लेकिन थोड़ी देर बाद मैसेज आया कि मेरे खाते से 2775 रुपए और कट गए और मेरे खाते में मात्र 74 पैसे शेष रह गए हैं उसके बाद फोन कट गया थोड़ी देर बाद फिर दूसरे नंबर से फोन आया अभी अभी आपसे मेरे जूनियर ने बात की थी मैं संतोष गुप्ता सीनियर बोल रहा हूं आपके खाते से 27 ₹75 कट गए हैं वह आपके खाते में आ जाएंगी आप अपना दूसरा खाता बताओ क्योंकि वह खाता बंद हो चुका है तब मेरी समझ में आया यह कोई चालबाजी है और मैंने फोन काट दिया उसके बाद बराबर जो और नंबरों से भी फोन आया पर मैंने थोड़ी थोड़ी बात करके मैं समझ गया उसी बंदे का यह फोन है इसलिए मैंने ज्यादा बात नहीं की फोन नंबर है फोन नंबर[protected] दूसरा नंबर[protected] चौथा नंबर[protected] चौथा नंबर[protected] इन नंबरों से कॉल आई है कृपया आप बताएं मेरी शिकायत इन लोगो को किस तरह लीक हुई और मेरे साथ धोखाधड़ी करके मेरे खाते से ₹२७७५ निकाल लिए मेरा रिफंड तो हुए मगर २७७५ रुपए और कट गए सहायता करे

Refund issue d of rs. 499 on 30/04/2020. But not reflected in bank account

Sold by cloudtail india of rs10500, pedigree adult dry dog food in amazon on 06/05/2020 and cancelled it on same day within hour. I had cancelled the delivery and order due to personal reason. And on 06/05/2020
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 051425
And told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
