                Sir. I have made a purchase of redmi note 9 pro 4/64 gb glacier white variant from amazon india at a price of 13999. On 12th of may. I received the item at 16th of may which turns out to be defected it's screen had white stripes in its display. As soon as i saw this problem i contacted the amazon care and they resolved my problem by initiating a return i returned the product and amazon issued a refund of amount 13999 to me at 19th of may 2020 according to their policy the amount has to be reflected into my bank account into 3-5 days it's almost over a week and i didn't received my refund back. When i contacted amazon they asked me to call bank customer service and qoute them the refund reference number so i did the same as told but bank customer services didn't solved my problem and told me that they don't have anything to do with it nor they provide any type of service regarding online purchases refunds through some reference number. It really a horrible experience.

                I am so scared now don't know what to do. Please help me sir.

                  Hello, i ordered a mobile phone which is redmi note 9 pro 4gb 64 gb variant in glacier white colour of 13999 inr. On amazon at 12th of may 2020. Which got delivered to me at 16th of may. The product which i received was defected it's screen had white stripes all over it in display. So that i made a return and ask for replace instead amazon offered me the return because o[censored]navailability i accepted the return and returned the phone they issued a refund amount 13999. On 19th of may. When i tracked my refund on amazon app it was saying that refund has been made between 22-24 of may 2020. I contacted the amazon call center they said that refund has been initiated from them and they gave me a reference number. And they ask me to contact the bank so that i called the customer service of central bank of india and they told me that they don't provide such services to check the refund or track refund amazon is providing you wrong information we can't do anything.

                  Please help me. I saved money from a very long time to buy that phone and now i am regretting it.

                  Yesterday at 2 June 2020 i got a call from my home branch and they just asked me how you did the payment?

                  I said the payment method was through my card. And after that they just simply hang up on me. They don't even bother to update me about the issue.

                      My name is ( Prince Choudhary ) and I had ordered (Product) of RS.10988 ( Mi Redmi Note 8 ) in Amazon on (07/05/2020) but unfortunately Amazon has cancelled my order. And initiated refund on (11/05/2020)
                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                      (9O3X6GD00000K9LB14AK) and told me to fill charge dispute form but my bank branch said they don't know about charge dispute form and they don't have such that form.
