My name is ankit kumar and i had added money of rs. Amount 1505.08 on amazon on 3rd may by mistake and after i cancelled the added money because it is done by mistake. And on 4th may amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money amazon sent this reference number (831339) and told me to full charge dispute form but central bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's verry urgent. My card number is ([protected])

      On 6/5/2020 amazon issued me a refund of rs 3659.60 to my central bank account number [protected] branch gurdaspur. They also have me a reference number 472943 against successful transfer but the amount hasn't reflected in my account till date
      So i request you to please check where my money is stuck and help get it credit back to my account

            I am purchasing some items by using central bank of india debit card due to some reason my order cancelled and amazon refunded my amount at a particular time but still i have not seen any e refund amount in my account and i am trying so many time to call with customer care executive but all time i am spend 1 hour half hour 20 minut but still not connected at present i am in very disappointed on your service so kindly please help and refund my whole amount as soon as possible i am providing transaction id which given buy amazon customer executive so please help

              My name is anshuman dwivedi and i had ordered psn gift card of rs.1000 in amazon on 30/04/2020 and same day order was cancelled due to any security reason and on 02/05/2020 refund initiated.
              Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #74332740123012141794018 and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

                    Dear sir my name is sangeet kumar and amazon.in sent 6499 rupees in my bank account on 15 may 2020 they sent to me a reference number also. And reference no is 067741. But any amount is not come to my bank account till now and then i called to amazon.in service center they told me that we i have transferred money to your account and we also sent this reference no for proof so now pleaae call to your bank because it is bank's fault. And then i called to bank customer service they told that we can't your help in this matter and we will not your help. Now sir please help me i am requesting to you sir.

                      I ordered a book (Tales of ancient egypt) from amazon. And i canceled it before it delivered. I filed a refund. They said that they will send the refund in original payment method. But i didn't received a refund. Though amazon seller has confirmed the refund and share the details with me.                                         As per rbi guidelines and sms received from central bank of india, i am allowed to take this facility and automatically all loan accounts will be forwarded by 3 months.
                                        Bank manager of civil lines, tandon plaza branch, indira chowk budaun-243601, denied this facility and has been forcing me to write letters which i suspect can be misused later. I got a message 15 days back by cbi that all my installments falling between 1 march and 31st may will be shifted 3 months ahead automatically. Why is the bank manager asking me write letter. He also seized my savings account on the name of rajiv tandon. Please help me i am in grave financial crisis.
