Dear sir my name is sangeet kumar and amazon.in sent 6499 rupees in my bank account on 15 may 2020 they sent to me a reference number also. And reference no is 067741. But any amount is not come to my bank account till now and then i called to amazon.in service center they told me that we i have transferred money to your account and we also sent this reference no for proof so now pleaae call to your bank because it is bank's fault. The amount 4902.15 was debited from my bank account number [protected] on date 02.04.2020 for the purpose of railway ticket booking. The mode of payment used was debit card. After cancellation of train due to lockdown on date 17.04.2020 a refund has been initiated by irctc.
