Today my wife use atm card to get money from machine she request 15000 rs suddenly power went down and she is not able to get money. When she went get money through bank after entry she know the 15000 rs has been deducted from account she complain same time. So far whoever the working in bank they gave her a application form regarding refunding money. As per their information we will get money back with in week. I hope so.

        My self surendra bahadur singh a/c no. Is [protected] in cbi bhinga branch pentionar.7th june 2018 at 11.28 a. M iam debited 10000 rs but i have not get any amount in hand but in my account 10000 rs will be debited and after 72 hr we not get our money return. While at customer care when call then the customer officers are tell that debited amount will be back within 24 hr.
        So i am 67 year mentioned suffering from that problem so please solve my problem immediately.

            On yesterday I again visit Central bank of India, Sansar Chand Road, Jaipur at branch ifsc code: cbinh0281065 But yet no body is able to reply properly, I am very afraid because I have received ATM PIN number but not received VISA ATM vide number: [protected] till date. When I visited the concern branch then Mrs. Aarti (Banker) (Concern Person who allotted ATM & PIN number) had negligence our requests regarding Visa ATM card.

            My Saving Bank Account #[protected]

            My question from Banker but not replied:

            1. How is it possible that PIN number generated without ATM card???
            2. If ATM issued then where is my ATM???
            3. If not allotted ATM then how PIN number generated???
            4. Why Banker is not able to reply properly???
            5. Was my ATM allotted to any other person???
            6. How ATM not able to trace by Banker???
            7. When I will received my ATM???
            8. As per Mr. Narendra Modi ji (PM of India) every transaction would made through Online/plastic money, but I am not able to do so???

              Refund reference number[protected]
              I had bought a product through myntra which was returned by me and myntra have initiated the refund but i didn’t got the refund. It’s been around three months since myntra has initiated the refund but it’s not been reflected in my account yet. The reason they are giving is that the money is been blocked at the bank side. The amount to be refunded is of ₹809.

                      After know the account details, i went to my home branch and give a complaint letter on 11/04/2013. My home branch manager analysis
                      My cibil report and sent a request to nariman point branch to remove the loan account from my cibil report on 25/04/2018 through mail and
                      Also through courier. (Courier reference number-upt5028106). That courier was delived to nariman point branch on 02/05/2018.
                      But in nariman point branch they told that not yet received any letter like that.
                      I was very much stress by going to my home branch again and again, the home branch replied me that there is no response from nariman poit branch.
                      My cibil score is 596, reduced to below 600 due to this issue. I applied for a business loan of 49 lakhs in central bank of india, udumalpet branch. Almost
                      All the works are done and ready for sanction, but due to this issue the manager hold the loan sanction process.

                            On 23/05/2018 when i was booking a bus ticket through punbus site of amount rs.739. The money was deducted from my account and transaction was unsuccessful.
                            The money was deducted and is not refunded yet.
                            I raised a complaint through the bank several times since one week. They said they have registered a complaint and asked me to wait till my money is being refunded by the central office but nothing happened and my questions are remained unanswered. And the customer care numbers of central bank are unresponsive. Kindly help me with this.

                              1. On 15/01/2018 when i was booking a ticket through yatra of amount rs. 455 was deducted & transaction was unsuccessful.
                              2. On 01/02/2018 transaction of rs. 659.77
                              3. 02/02/2018 transaction of rs. 659.77, the money was deducted & is not refunded yet. All these transactions were done near midnight.

                              I raised a complaint through the bank several times since february 2018. They said they have registered a complaint and asked me to wait till my money is being refunded by the central office but nothing happened and my questions are remained unanswered. Anytime i go and ask to the bank, they say they are unaware how much time it will take to refund.
                              I have my bank account on cbi, duduka branch with ifsc code - cbin0284879.
                              I want my complete refund of rs. 1774.54

                                  I the undersign would like to state that i have a saving a/c with your versova branch bearing no: [protected], i would like to inform you that i had given post dated cheques to gupta travel agency bearing
                                  Cheque no.359501 for the month of may 2018,
                                  Cheque no.359502 for the month of june 2018,
                                  Cheque no.359506 for the month of july 2018,
                                  Cheque no.359504 for the month of august 2018
                                  Cheque no.359505 for the month of september 2018
                                  The party has erroneously deposited all the post dated cheques and all have returned except 359501 of may 2018, as they were post dated cheques.
                                  I had received sms on 16/05/2018 morning informing about the same morning, i subsequently met mr. Ravi at versova branch and explained that its wrong and my account and cibil should not be effected due to this as the sms stated please contact home branch and inform incase of any discrepancy, inspite of visiting and informing the branch to stop the cheque to be presented, my account has been hit by these cheques and the debit is levied with gst charge, i fail to understand that if the depositing bank has made a blunder why didn’t my bank noticed that and returned without hitting it in my bank, i have clearly ask the bank authorized person to check the face of the cheque and return to the bank of the party rather than hitting it in may bank.
                                  Sir, understand that not only i am losing on my balance also my minimum balance in hitting low and my return cheques track record will hit my cibil rating very badly, i want you to take a look in this and resolve the issues as well, also inform the cibil authority about the mistake made by you.
                                  This letter supersedes all previous letters issued in this regard.

                                  I want to pay online through paytm bu using cbi debit card, i tried more then 10 times for payment by using 2 different accouts but not able to make payment, everytime it shows a status payment failed, please resolve the issue as far as possible.
                                  Sir/madam, Kissan credit card k liye main bank gayi basrehar branch dist- etawah m or vahan manager sir mujhe months bol rahe the ki ho jayega 15 days bad ana jab 15 days bad gaye to 10days bad fir bole ab AFO nhi hain.. mujhe jaroorat hai kcc ka par mera koi sunvai nhi kar raha hai m bar bar chakkar laga rahi hu koi sunne ko taiyar nhi hai..
                                  Dear sir,
                                  On 20/06/2017, I placed an order with M/s Shopclues for a digital kitchen scale.But I received the message that the transaction has been failed. yet my card account was debited with Rs.439/- which is the cost of the said device. As such things are common in online payment for the purchases, I kept quiet., thinking that the debited amount will be automatically come back to my card account.( as happened before) Again after few minutes I placed order for the same device. It resulted in success and created transaction Number. But after few minutes, again one more successful transaction appeared on the screen with different transaction number. i.e. a duplicate order. & debit of Rs.439/- twice . Immediately quoting the 2nd tr number I asked the Merchant for the cancellation & took refund. The merchant (M/s Shopclues) promptly reversed the entry to my card account.( on 20/06/2017) After receiving the device I noticed some defect, returned the same and got refund.( credited on 28/06/2017) For all these I received SMS from the card dept.stating that they made three debits & have received refund(twice) . But. after receiving the statement of July, 2017, I noticed that the amount of Rs.439/- debited during failed transaction was not reversed. Not only that, It was paid to M/s Citrus pay shopclues which I have not asked for. .Immediately I informed the same to the card dept through Email. In return I received a claim form through Email calling for the particulars. After submitting the same, I received a reply that Rs.439/- has been reversed. Please refer the statement dated 20/07/2017 wherin there are three debits and two credits of Rs.439/- as such the amount paid to M/s Citrus pay shopclues remained without reversal. In fact in this purchase transaction, at the end of the day, I did not have that digital scale in my possession but only the loss of Rs.439-.
                                  Every time when I raised the matter, with the card dept they sent claim letter and kept quiet. I request the card department authorities to apply their mind and solve the matter.immediately

                                    This is a complain regarding money that been stolen from my account by some member without my knowledge on (23.03.18). Also there is a main thing to note that my debit card was there with me the whole time and eventhen the money was taken from "atm".
                                    I have submitted all the required files for claiming the insurance money of my stolen amount.
                                    Its been more than 10 days and still i havent received any information from your side or the bank i'm approaching.

                                        Dear Central Bank Team,
                                        I Vishwajeet Singh am holding an account with Central Bank of India.I trasacted a sum of Rs.18000 for 9000 each twice from Punjab National Bank ATM but 27000 has been deducted from my account and the additional 9000 and not been credited to my account.I have submitted an Application, Called the Customer Care and also mailed Central Bank of India but from 07/05/2018 its been a complete week now but neither i have received any update on call or email.Also i visited the bank today(14/05/2018) but the executive said that it will take more time.And the Compliant no:-2390221 is not valid as when i am trying to check the status it says that the reference number is invalid.
                                        Kindly solve my issue asap as i need to make and urgent payment by 17/05/2018.Otherwise i request the bank to pay me the penalty which the payment third party will charge me.
                                        I am attaching the compliant application which i have submitted to the branch on 07/05/2018

                                        They have sorted it now thanks.But this should not happen with any of the customer.
