I had bought a product through myntra which was returned by me and myntra have initiated the refund but i didn’t got the refund. It’s been around three months since myntra has initiated the refund but it’s not been reflected in my account yet. The reason they are giving is that the money is been blocked at the bank side. The amount to be refunded is of ₹809.

If payment is done by branch there will be fraudulent filed on branch manager. If any payment make by branch through cheque will violat of bank rule...

On 23/05/2018 when i was booking a bus ticket through punbus site of amount rs.739. The money was deducted from my account and transaction was unsuccessful.
The money was deducted and is not refunded yet.
I raised a complaint through the bank several times since one week. They said they have registered a complaint and asked me to wait till my money is being refunded by the central office but nothing happened and my questions...

1. On 15/01/2018 when i was booking a ticket through yatra of amount rs. 455 was deducted & transaction was unsuccessful.
2. On 01/02/2018 transaction of rs. 659.77
3. 02/02/2018 transaction of rs. 659.77, the money was deducted & is not refunded yet. All these transactions were done near midnight.

I raised a complaint through the bank several times since february 2018. They said they have registered a complaint...

I transferred 500 from paytm to my card and when i went to withdraw it says reauest time out and then i checked ministatement it shows 500 has been debited due to dom please return back my money as soon as possible. I tried calling customer care but they are not receiving my call so please look after it n refund my money.

This is a complain regarding money that been stolen from my account by some member without my knowledge on (23.03.18). Also there is a main thing to note that my debit card was there with me the whole time and eventhen the money was taken from "atm".

Staff person mr. Siddhesh a terse forced customer to speak in hindi while max. Customer were villagers.
Also his repose so worst i have ever seen.
If customer not satisfy and ask again then he was say if not satisfy then do my compliments nothing happen.

I just attached file for your reference, amount is debited from my debit card and ticket was not booked for Patel tours and travels for Rajkot to Baroda.
I booked this around 05:30 on dated 07/05/2018 from rajkot.amount is debited but ticket was not booked .
Debited amount is around 565INR.

Hi, i tried to draw 500, 500, 2000, 300 from an multiple atm's, 300, 300, 300, 300, 350 from swiping machines.
All the transactions were declined and failed but the amount got deducted from my savings account. The transactions done were at sbi atms, petrol pumps and an ice cream parlor.
Any leads and insights into solving this issue would be highly appreciated.
