    I take home loan from central bank of india which i closed 3 month ago. But on 7th april they deduct emi from my salry account iob bank. Home loan already closed but they deduct emi rs 10360. When i complaint to bank manager he not give me proper rply. My central bank home loan account number is [protected]. Its closed 3 month ago. Emi deduct from indian over seas my salary account.
    Kindly help me for get my money in my iob bank account.

        I had raised a request to issue a checkbook for my savings account and I was told that I need to collect the checkbook after 10 long working days from the domain branch. This is highly disappointing that a for such a big and reputed bank it is difficult to provide a checkbook at the billing or mailing address. Either it is a traditional procedure that needs to be changed by the bank or this represents the laziness of the employees or Central Bank staff. Need a proper explanation on this.

          Respected sir / madam

          Here i want to give complaint on central bank of india (Ifsc code: cbin0282055), thiruppalaikudi branch, ramanathapuram district. People around this village are mostly uneducated, they really don’t know what to do with this problem. I am also one of the victim who holds account in this worst bank. Every visit to this bank is frustrating.

          This bank has so many problems,
          • poor customer relation - officers are behaving very rude to the normal customer.in contrary, they treat some people as special. Those people never stand in the queue. They use back door to get money from cashier.
          • lack of money - whenever we go and debit money, they are asking us to come after 2.30 pm. Even for fifty thousand ruppee.
          • long service period - they are taking at least 1 hours to process single check paper.

          What kind of bank this is! Please take necessary step (Advice or warn the official) to provide proper service to people. I hope you will solve our problem.

            First of all several times the money transaction through debit card fails and secondly your customer care number is so useless that even the call fails. Is this the way a customer is to be treated what a useless service u people give that your customer care number is even not working. I very annoyed with the bank's service. I still hope that after this complaint you will take affective actions on this issue.

              Manager,
              i am Bharathi, Co-Borrower of the ([protected]) loan account. i paid all the pending amount of above loan account. i requested to manger for returning my loan security document and he told to give a request letter because the owner(My Father) of the loan having other 2 loans. i submitted requestation letter as suggested and he asked 10 Days time for processing my request. but still we are not getting loan document which is needed our personal issues. My father visited so many time but we are not getting proper response from manager. i heard like he is doing partiality to process my request. when we visited last time he told the reason like "we sent document to regional office still we are not getting reply".

              Please process my request as soon as possible because i am personally affecting so many problems because of that document.

                Bhiwandi mandai branch is bad services. Branch mai na to cheak applied form avalaible hota hai manejar ko pocho to wo bolta hai poen se bath karo staff ko bolo to wo bolthey manejar ke pass kyon gaya ja to our manejar samaj aaye din bhiwandi branch ka computer hangh hojata hai printing key leye 2hours waiting karna padta hai.
                Manejar ko bolo to wo bolta hai hai ham kya karey mujhey 3 works (Passbook entry, cheak book applied, online banking) tey bank mai but 2 hours waist karney key bad bhi ek kam nahi howa bank 3 days close hone key bad bhi staff leave par raheta hai.
                Online key leye bola to boltey hai staff leave par hai aap bad mai aayo pocho kab aayega to boltey hai hum ko thodi malom kab aayega jab aayega tab aane ka.

                  This is the pathetic branch. Located in maharashtra state in thane district kalyan city
                  Whenever, we came here and hearing like system is down, internet is not working.

                  I came hare 4rth time still i have not able to get the new account number and passbook.

                  Which is applied on 14 march 2018.
                  They asked me to come on monday and you will get passbook, after visiting on monday that time system get down hence unable to check account request.

                  After reaching on tuesday the same issue.

                  They told me to come on saturday.

                  Now they are saying internet is not working.

                  What is the government is doing. After last 2 days of holiday still they are saying internet is not working.

                  If any one is noting this then it will solve our lot of people time which is waisting.

                    Sir,
                    I am a customer of your ramdaspeth branch, nagpur branch having account no.[protected]. I had issued ch. No.94200 for rs.2000/- favouring nagpur municipal corporation, nagpur. The payment was for the property tax for the fy.2017-18. The ssb, nagpur dishonoured the the cheque for the reason not yet known. On receiving the message i contacted the ssb, they said that nothing can be done. I told them that the cheque was the payment to the government towards tax on my flat. But they refused to entertain. Then i rushed to the nagpur municipal corporation, nagpur for the payment of rs.2000/-. On this they demanded rs.1000/- towards cheque return charges which i will have to pay for avoiding the future consequences. The ssb, nagpur should have taken into account that the following points before returning cheque.
                    1. The cheque is issued to the govt. For payment of tax.
                    2. They should have contacted me on my mobile phone.
                    3. There was sufficient balance in my account.
                    4. The cheque was otherwise in order.
                    Now i demand that the concerned staff should be held responsible for this negligence. The amount of rs.1000/- be reimbursed which the nagpur mun icipal corporation, nagpur is demanding towards ch returning charges.
                    I hope that you will look into the matter.

                      बैंक प्रॉपर इनफार्मेशन नहीं दे रही सब्सिडी के बारे मैं और लोन अकाउंट अपने आप क्लोज कर दिया | लोन डॉक्यूमेंट मिसिंग

                      मैंने अपना लोन अमाउंट चुका दिया है | मुझे बैंक से मेरे डाक्यूमेंट्स नहीं मिले हैं (मेरी lic पॉलिसीस एंड अन्य कागज भी हैं | बैंक को मेरी लोन डॉक्यूमेंट फाइल नहीं मिल रही है इसके लिए कौन जिम्मेदार होगा | बैंक ने सुरु से काफी लापरवाई दिखाई है लोन अमाउंट पूरा चुकाने के बाद बैंक ने फाइनल स्टेटमेंट भी नहीं दिया है | और एक बात और मेरे लोन में कुछ rupees बाकि रह गए थे लास्ट स्टेटमेंट date 30/05/2017 तक | तो फिर मेरा लोन close कैसे कर दिया date 07/10/2017 को | बैंक तो customer का एक भी पैसा नहीं छोड़ती सब बसूल कर लेती है | मैं जान सकता हु की कही मेरे लोन अकाउंट में पैसा क्रेडिट तो नहीं हुआ |

                      I also have a further inquiry about my loan subsidy. Central bank of india also hide some needful things to me. I surely doubt on bank. I belongs to middle class family some scam is doing with me.

                      I request bank send me my documents of loan through courier or post or inform me as soon as possible. I don't want to go bank again and again this is totally waste of time of me. Whenever go to bank, bank's employee told that "aaj vo sir/madam chhuti par hain" how irritating and frustrating situation is this.

                      How bank irresponsible is that my subsidy not given to me and document file missing. My experience say that central bank of india is very irresponsible and fraud bank. I feel guilty that i'm a customer of this bank. And i have a bad experience with this bank.

                            My husband visited raman mandi branch pin code 151301 to get the statement of my account to file my return so they requested to assistant manager mr. Deepak patel to do so..in reply they said to my husband that he is having no right to get the statement of my account during this conversation his behaviour was very rude.. Kindly take some strict action regarding him..

I got a phone call asking whether i would like to continue with the atm card provided or they would deactivate my card.so they asked me the card number, cvv and the otp recieved in my phone. i thought it was genuine call from bank so i gave all the details but it came out to be fraud the incident took place on friday. i went to the bank where they told me that the person has made some online shopping using that money.

                                    My name is Nitya Rai. I hold an account in Central Bank of India. my account number is [protected]. I got a phone call asking whether i would like to continue with the atm card provided or they would deactivate my card.so they asked me the card number, cvv and the otp recieved in my phone. i thought it was genuine call from bank so i gave all the details but it came out to be fraud the incident took place on friday. i went to the bank where they told me that the person has made some online shopping using that money.

                                        I have tried to contact your customer care through given tollfree numbers to register my atm card lost complaint, but nobody attended the phone.
