With reference to complains made on dated 05/02/2018 and telephonic talk with CBI representative on dated 12/02/2018, 21/02/2018 and 23/02/2018 related with wrongly debit of amount ₹3, 000 on 18th January, 2018 and ₹3, 000 on 19th January, 2018. Thus, the amount of Rs. 6, 000/- was not dispensed from ATM machine but debited in the account wrongly and not refunded up to the time in the account.

Since one month, there is no refund for the complains.
