This is a heartfelt complaint against central bank of india, mumbai, khar west, near khar station branch.
It is one of the worst bank i have seen recently. Many years ago this bank was still customer friendly but now after one lady manager has been handling it, the bank has regular fights with its customers. Staff is always rude with customers. They also make people wait while they do their personal work. There is just one machine for pass book printing and cash leading to queues and arguments.. Recently one new staff cross questioned me about my sign in front of three more strangers. When i said it’s my signature, he said it’s weird. Wen i told him he should not be bothered to comment on it n do his duty, he again told
Me to sign. I signed again. After scanning the register he again commented saying funny sign. I knew somewhere he was trying to harass me out of nowhere. This is the attitude and behavior. And the manager came in and took the employees side. This manager had got a very bad name but no one is willing to come forward to
Complain. I hope this bank wakes up and kicks off such people before it’s too late.

I have mailed to GM/AGM (grievance) on 18-11regarding misbehaviour, harassment &torture made by staff of CBI-4986, Mayur vihar-1 for cheque dishonouring with no fault which resulted to have defamation&bad effect of my goodwill it constitute compensation of Rs. 50000/- with Rs.296- for dishonouringRemit Rs50296- to avoid any legal consequences.

    I was trying to recharge the mobile number [protected] (Airtel) through central bank mobile app and it was unsuccessful with error showing bad recharge.
    But the amount (Rs.8.00 & rs.70.00) is debited from my account.

    So i registered a complaint by central banks through email to [protected]@centralbank.co.in
    And also mailed to the home branch on
    [protected]@centralbank.co.in but i doesn't get any response from them.
    I also informed through central bank toll free number ([protected]) but they also said that i have to go nearest branch for my grievance resolution.
    So i have to go and spend 100 rs for traveling and visit nearest cbi bank to get 78 rupees back.
    So please help me otherwise careless officer of bank doesn't give me my money back.

      I have a saving bank account bearing number -[protected] in your udumalpet branch, tirupur district., tamilnadu-642126. For that account i have a debit card. That card was misplaced by me on13.10.2018 on that day itself i blocked my debit card. Then i have approach the udumalpet branch for a new debit card, but they told the new chip debit card is sent to you by post automatically and they also told there is no need to apply new debit card.
      But so. Far i have not receive the card till date. Kindly do needful at earliest.

          I have paid electricity bill through cent bhim via billdesk with the reference number[protected] on 12 november 2018 for the bill amount rs. 1615. The bill amount is deducted from my account but in the tsspdcl it is still showing that bill is due. I contacted tsspdcl as well as billdesk. They verified and confirmed that they didn't receive bill amount there may be issue with bank. I even complained through mail as well as phone but no response from the bank. Then where my money has gone??? I am attaching message got from the bank for your reference

            Mai aaj bank mein gya gya atm card lene k liye to bank k ek staff ne mujhe atm no. Computer se nikal k de diya aur kaha ki rahul se atm le lo... Mai jab rahul k pass gya to usne mujhe wait krne k liye bola maine wait kiya phir jab mai unke pass gya to bola 1 hour aur wait krna parega, maine phir wait kiya aur jab mai uske pass gya to wo humse puchha kitna din pahle apply kiye the.. To maine bola 20 din pahle to usne bola nhi milega 1 mahine baad aao…. Aur jab maine customer care no.[[protected]] par call kiya to wo mujhse misbehave krne lga….. Maine bank manager se puchha ki kitne din mein atm aa jata hai toh wo bole 15 se 20 din me... Aur yhi bat customer care wale bhi bole mujhe…. Phir bhi mujhe atm nhi mila… { pin code-841417}

                            My name is Dnyaneshwar vishnu kamble.i am saving a/c holder of central bank of India bank, My a/c no is:[protected].i withdrawn 10, 000/- Rs.dated on 18/10/2018 at 16;12 pm, from Bank of India ATM.but my cash not came outside of ATM.
                            i called to our customer care of central bank of India, they all told me, "amount will refunded to your a/c within 24 hours".but yet, i didn't get my cash.
                            i am requesting to you, please, give me my amount & help me out, as soon as possible.

                                Dear sir,
                                My father late. Mr h. M. L. Bhatnagar was retired from railways, having ac no - [protected], at aminabad branch, lucknow and expired on 23.12.2014. I had informed to bank and requested for start family pension for my mother. As per bank advised i had opened an account of my mother in same branch with ac no - [protected].
                                But that branch manager said that they dont have the latest ppo of my father and pension will start after submitting that.
                                I had applied for the same at drm office lucknow and they said it will take 2-3 month time and will directly send to central bank.
                                After so many visits to that branch and requests, at last bank has started a minimum pension of rs 11016/- on 03.04.2017. And said this is a min pension which they can start but for actual pension and the pension amount from 23.12.2014 to 02.04.2017 will give you by our head office.
                                But after a span of four years we are nither getting any responce from your bank nor getting the actual pension and balance amount.

                                Please help me in this case that, who is the concern person and what is his mail id or phone no.
                                I am herewith attached the below mention reference docs for your kind notice...
                                1- death certificate of mr h. M. L. Bhatnagar
                                2- ppo of mr h. M. L. Bhatnagar
                                3- service certificate of mr h. M. L. Bhatnagar

Money have been 13000rs debited by my account at 11/10/2018 but i don't have any idea of this transaction because my atm had in my bag. I think so this is fraud trasaction because i have entry printed in my passbook so show this transaction in two time. One time show 10 thousand and one time show 3 thousand. I had complaint in police complain and bank home branch but that officier not serious of this fraud transaction and not give any complain number of this case only written one application but i think this is not any processor follow. I think your officier made me fool. Tell me what can i do. Please help me give me my money return of this fraud transaction.

                                    My mother account is in central bank of india, shrif pura branch, amritsar. A message for issuance of new atm card has been delivered on my mother's mobile that old atm no longer will be valid after 15 oct, 2018. But when i visited the bank today, then the concerned employee told me that there is unavailability of atm pin so new atm card can not be issued. I want to request you that it is not possible to go to bank again and again. My mother can not walk even. Moreover, other bank is delivering new atm card at account holder's address. Then it is the responsibility of central bank of india to deliver new atm card at address of account holder. There is no mistake of any account holder.

                                      मैने, ९/१०/१८ को "माला मिर्जा टुकडा" शाखा, छपरा के atm का २०००० निकासी हेतु इस्तेमाल किया किन्तु निकासी नहीं हुई, पैसे कट गए।जिसकी सुचना शाखा प्रबंधक को दिया, complain no-2635763
                                      मिला।तथा बताया गया कि टॉल फ्री न पर बात कर यह complain no दर्ज कराए, किन्तु आज तक उस न को recieve नहीं किया गया. Plz, हमें बताए कि वो कटौती की राशि कैसे प्राप्त होगी तथा मुझे क्या करना होगा
