      Hi i m hereby raising an issue for the money debited from my central bank account. On that particular day i was doing an online shopping from amazon and every time i tried to make a payment, i get a decline message n i got the same response from amazon that my transaction was not completed but actually a sum of rs 1622/- has already been debited. I have already raise this issue one week back. I have also emailed to [protected]@centralbank.co.in but got no reply till today, so, please kindly look into my issue asap thanks.

          I have ordered bulfyss pull up bar from Amazon which was subsequently retured to the company because of some reasons. By mistake the amount was transferred to Central Bank of India instead of State bank of india in IFSC Code No CBINOMPDCAE ending with 1496. The company says that the refund was made to the mentioned IFSC code and the last four digit account no. kindly help

                    Please note I have made payment on 04.07.2018 thro’ CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA net banking at around 10.53 am but I have received message from THE CONCERN (LIC) the transaction failed due to ‘not authorized by the bank.

                        I am an Account holder of Central Bank of India, Udyog Bhawan Branch, New Delhi. I recharged RS.399 for Jio mobile on 02/07/2018 through my Debit card of Central Bank of India. Though the transaction failed Rs. 399 was deducted from my account and its still not refunded. Its already been 1 week but no refund too place. Kindly look into the issue such that my money gets refunded back into my account to the earnest.

                              I Am R.Madhusuthanan with KVB account no [protected] has sent an amount of Rs 10000 /- wrongly to the following account mentioned below on 25.05.2018 through NEFT Transfer. I have send Request letter's to both involved Banks and personally contacted KVB assistant manager regarding this issue. So far, there is no development in this issue as i dint receive any kind of notification regarding refund of the amount. It's has been 4 weeks since i given a formal notification on this issue.

                              Hope management look into it and give a good feed back regarding refund of the wrong transaction. Looking forward for a fast action from the management. Thank you.

                                    I have observed that some procedures are not automated in your bank. i have taken home loan from your bank and while taking the yearly statement for it returns purpose, the statement for intrest and principle component was not generated automatically as will be seen in other financial firms. i observed the bank manager calculating manually using calculator and writing in the format.
                                    With this later i could see the calculations were wrong.
                                    As there is a possibility of such type of mistakes to any customer, i request your bank to automate the process, so that, not only interest certificate but also the period pending for further emi payments can automatically be shown even in the case of partial prepayments of the loan.

                                      I have visited an atm of state bank to withdraw money but i didn't get the money and at the same time the balance was deducted from my account. The atm display screen at that time showed "time-out". The branch is boko. The date was 30th july 2018. It was around 10:30am. The amount i have entered was 20000. I didn't get anything from the atm and it showed time-out.
