Question paper was meant only for intelligent students and not for average or below average students. Section C being lengthy in pattern consumes more time. So CBSE Board should take a right decision in this regard and should give justice to every students of our country.

The physics paper of 2018 was tough and lengthier one. Section C was difficult to attempt within 3 hours. It is not good for the students of CBSE to complete the study with such bad result. We expect
atleast 15 Grace marks for the questions of section C.

Chennai region physics question paper was too difficultand it was too lengthy.An average student cannot score it .There were no choices for 3 mark question .They were twisted.They deserve grace marks.Q no-15 of Section C question paper number 55/2 was removed from syllabus. Only intelligent students could attend all the questions.

I am student of class 12 the physics exam was very taugh and it's difficulty level is very high the exam is not set acc to level of average or below average student there was only 1 holiday to prepare and CBSE is expecting that we must prepare numericals as well as summary in short time .these type of paper only demoralised the students level

Physics question paper was meant for physics toppers not an average student. What cbse expects, ?.we were not able to revise the whole syllabus within one day. Most of the questions from section c were hots like .we want at least grace mark

In question no. 11 there are question (A) and (B). Both have 2 questions with option or. (A) is based on one novel and (B) is based on other novel. Every school has only one novel in their syllabus. Cbse should have given or option between (A) and (B). Please do the needful so students don't lose there 10 marks. Some students have answered one question from both (A) and (B). Please consider the right answer.

Had they never attempted any sample papers before, it was quite obvious that they had to attempt only one novel question which was taught in dre school. Either from Anne Frank or from Helen Keller. But yes dre are some mistake in printing of question paper . What are the scrutining bodies doing .

Physics question paper for the year2018 was very difficult and very lengthy.this was the toughest queston paper of last 5 years.most of the questions were twisted and were above average level .i think we deserve liberal correctionand also grace marks.questions had no choices and they were very uncommon.

Question paper physics of Chennai region was really very tough.It was only meant for intelligents.Paper was very lengthy.3 hours were not at all sufficient.Most of the questions were twisted.We have not expected this much tough paper for 1 day gap. We want atleast 20 grace marks.

In the paragraph section in 2.2 we had to write the meaning similar to that of "endurance", "motivation", and "obstacles"

We had to attempt only two parts. I attempted motivation and obstacles as i didn't know the meaning of endurance.

But there was no word similar to those two in the para given. However in the next para, we found a word similar to that.

I'm assuming that cbse by mistake misplaced the paragraph numbers.

Please get this fix or give us grace marks as 2 marks is a lot.

CBSE Chennai physics question paper was to lengthy and twisted.And to complete it in 3hrs. is difficult mainly Q no. 15 of set 2, code no.55/2 was detected from the syllabus and most of the questions from section C were twisted. All the students felt it difficult.

Set 1
Question 2.3- words to be found were not in the paragraph told. Paragraph 4 according to the word meaning obstruction given was only a one line paragraph with obstacle. Many have skipped that line and marked para 4 as the next one
Question 11 (A) - out of syllabus. We have done only novel "the story of my life hellen keller" but the question was from another novel which we have not done.

Today most of the students are complaining about question no 2.3 synonyms. Ok well the paragraph numbering were wrong but students who wrote wrong thing should be given directly a big zero. Moreover the 5 th para can be considered as continuation of 4th. It can be considered as a good thing that cbse has done. It tested the students whether they will write a wrong thing or not. Moreover the meaning were directly in the next paras. It is not the mistake of cbse it is the mistake of some unprepared students.
Thank you hope cbse will give marks only who deserve not to those who will write a wrong thing and shout.

I am a student of D.C.Model Sr. Sec. School, Ferozepur Cantt. Today[protected] was our english exam of class X. But there were some problems in the question paper . In question number 2.3 the correct paragraph number was not given and in the last question Q-11 that was of novel in that correction choice was not given. 'A' part of 'Q-11' was out of syllabus and it appeared as if the question was misprinted or choice was not given correctly. I request you to please consider these problems and think over it. Question 2 paragraph reading was having 6 paras instead of five. Answer of 2.3 (B) was in para 5 instead of para 4 as mentioned in question. Similary, answer of question 2.3 (C) was in para 6 instead of para 5 as mentioned in question. Para 1, "everybody... Popular". Para 2, "all great... Their goals". Para 3, "success has... To success". Para 4, "one should... Of success". Para 5, "one needs... Of success". Para 6, "hard labour... Be motivated". Therefore, it is required to give 2 number to all candidates as the mistake was on the part of paper setter/printing press for giving confusing para numbers. Also request to give suitable grace marks for time wastage.

Today (10-march-2018) was are english test. Our question paper set is 2 and code no. Is 1/2. There was a wrong question in section-a-reading. Question no. Is 1.3, (A). It said to find a word related to endurance in paragraph 2. But there is no word related to it. We crosschecked with many teachers and are very sure that the question is wrong. Morever the paragraph numbering was given wrong in the question. There are innumerable children complaining about this. So we humbly request you to see the problem and take the necessary action. the English CBSE board exam for class 10 had the question 2.3 in the reading section of question paper with code 1/1, set-1 in which the students were asked to find the synonyms of the words(endurance, obstruction, motivation) from the passage but the paragraph number mentioned was wrong. we are the students of DPS - Modern Indian School Doha, Qatar and are requesting a compensation of the marks in that question.

The class 10 English board exam was conducted on 12th March 2018. The question 2.3 was entirely wrong. In fact, my classmates and I believe to have spent much of our precious time analyzing the paragraphs, only to find later that they were marked incorrectly! We hope necessary actions are taken accordingly.

I'm a student of class 10...
In the second comprehension of my English paper, 3 questions were entirely wrong[2.3]
They had incorrect paragraph markings...Infact I completed my paper before 30mins...But had to waste the rest of the time analyzing the paragraphs and reading it again and again..
This was totally ridiculous...
I don't know why the teachers haven't made any attempts to read the paper before giving it to the students...
This is a very bad act on the part of the cbse board
I hope the marks are granted for each and every student...and they never repeat this mistake again
Kindly do not provide any disadvantage to any student...[Each and every mark counts!!!]

Option (B) of question 1.3 (English comm. Question paper set-2) asked for the synonym of the word "obstruction". The paragraph number in the question was incorrect. The correct answer to this question was in paragraph (3) however, the question insisted it to be in paragraph (4).

The same mistake of wrong paragraph number is there with option (C) of the same question.

The question states "identify and explain the principles and the technique of scientific management" which suggested to identify the principle of scientific management, but on reading the question we could not find any concept of scientific management but found out fayols' principles which wasnt included in the question. Our teachers on deep understanding of the question told the meaning as follows:
Indentify the principle. And also the technique of scientific management.
The full stop had changed the complete meaning and interpretation of the question.
This was very misleading. I would request CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION to look into this matter and help students to get fair marks.

Q4. Part-d we were asked to change the sentence in kartrivachaya but the sentence was already in the given vachya...
Q5. We had to give pad parichey of the given 5 underlined words but 4 marks alloted to the question. (1×4=4)
We were not informed to make any changes during the paper...

Today the students of tenth standard gave their english board exam. The third part of second question (Q. 2.3) of the reading section was completely incorrect. We had to find words similar to those in given paragraph but the numbering of paragraphs was wrong. We have tried our best to locate the words in given paragraphs but some students have gone against the one mentioned in the question paper. Will our marks gey reduced merely because we follwed the rules? This is shameful and students who are planning to go on the language and humanities side cannot afford to lose marks in english. The instructions should be very clear. Every student who attempted the question should get full marks. Please don't make us regret our decision of following instructions.

*leakage of paper* as business studies paper has been leaked. This has a very bad impact on the students who were doing everything with their own hardwork
