CBSE ...what do u want from us..this much lengthy and difficult paper...and that too with such long calculations without using a calculator..how can it be done????..., Almost 90% of students left approx 15 Marks paper...I really feel bad to be one of them..I was quite hopefully with my accounts paper as I really prepared well and solved the paper in time...but when a person sees such a lengthy paper he would panic...and I did. Pls RE CONDUCT OR GIVE AT LEAST 10-15 GRACE MARKS... Ourr future stands on this result pls try to understand...:( ...this paper ruined my hopes with my result.. Pls give remedial measures to accounts students also as given to maths students... We will be Really Thankfull to you. ...And pls compensate our loss by giving an easy Economics paper...else our future will be ruined.Pls take an action sir.. Really disappointed with Accounts exam as the sample itself was not lengthy and this much difficult...pls do something.

I m a student of class 12 cbse. i could finish the maths paper but i was in so hurry that i made many calculation mistakes in lpp some other questions which i realized after reaching home. I used L'Hospitals rule in the continuity and differentiablity because of lack of time.L'Hospitals rule is not taught in cbse but it a basic concept which makes sums including limits very easy.In that hurry it was the first thing that clicked my mind and i used it. it is not wrong concept wise but not taught in cbse. In the rush to complete paper i made mistakes in the easy questions and did all the hard questions before hand only. So i want a re-examination as 6 marks questions were given for four marks and the 6 marks questions were very lengthy. Further i would like to know whether marks will be deducted for using concepts which are not taught in cbse but are used very frequently.

RESPECTED CBSE BOARD AND IT'S AUTHORITIES, Save future citizens. Please follow the syllabus as CBSE board suggests NCRT, Board exams are not competitive exams. CBSE board members are most knowledge persons in national wise. Math’s 2016 march paper was very tricky and lengthy type questions. Dear board members’ answer this type of question paper is very tough to CBSE math’s teachers also. Don’t risk the lives of +2 students. CBSE board to give 50% easy level paper to answer all students & give50% tough {prove paper preparing persons are very world famous knowledgeable persons} to check the capability of students. The accountancy exam was very lengthy, it included many calculations even in 1 or 3 marks questions also. It was not possible to complete in 3 hours. Lenient markong and grace marks are expected. Please don't play with the future of students. No one will able to beat the so called cut offs set by the so called big institutions then. Give everyone right to equality in education atleast.

Same here brother, I`m also gonna suffer from their exceptional hard set paper, i don`t know why they are playing with our future, they should give us 10-20 grace marks for such a hard paper and a lengthy one also . Real sad about this CBSE EXAMINATION ... Hope we get a lenient checker and grace marks !

            Cbse please get a grip.
Do we look like students who hold ca degrees who can attempt these really hard accountancy papers with ease ?
I get the need of setting benchmarks, but not at the cost of these board exam score which we work day in day out from the day we select our streams.
The colleges expect really high cbse marks to enter colleges, but how is that even possible with such papers.

It's not just the low scorers that need moderation. It should apply for all, not just low scorers as everyone has their fair share of hard work. Then where is the fruit of our hard work?

Because we work really hard and it is not a matter of a day or two but years or two that we put in and then only the low scorers are given moderation to come up while the rest o[censored]s are lost.
I hope you consider the hard work we have put in and give us at least a little moderation on this year's accountancy (Sub code: 055) paper.

There is a majority saying there should be reconduction of exam because due to nervousness and pressure we have failed to attempt certain easy questions. Even there is lineancy in checking we will not be able to get marks for blank pages... So either conduct the exams again or give us bonus marks... Please look into the matters as soon as possible... :-)
Hoping for a response from ur side

The mathematics exam of 2016 was really tough. it was lengthy..and couldnt be finished on time. it was held in 14 march 2016. an open forum should be conducted in the paper.
it is better to conduct a retest because simply giving marks will not be that fair.
students were crying when they where out of examination hall.
i think this is helping the state board students because they will get more marks than cbse students. it will be easier for the state board students to get merit seat.this is really discouraging.state board students can get merit marks based on sports and arts. but cbse wont.they ask us to follow ncert but all questions were out of syllabus and not familiar.

even good students found it difficult.i even came to know that the paper was leaked to some others before.
am sure there will be many failures if this is the case.
                retest will be good.

I student of class 12th appearing in cbse board exams. This year 12th Maths paper was really very lengthy, most o[censored]s cant solve the entire paper in 3 hrs stipulated time frame and my last three questions are left. CBSE should check the pattern of the paper and give deserving relaxation to us by giving extra/ grace marks to compensate the marks for left over questions.

The aissce 2016 physics paper was the lengthiest of all times. What does cbse want to prove? What do they mean by setting the derivations of 3-4 pages in length with necessary diagrams for just only 5 marks????? Have they gone mad?? Our boards percentage affect a lot in the competitive exams like jee mains. The cbse doesn't have any right to set such a lengthy physics paper and destroy our career.
We therefore demand a rescheduling of the physics test or else we should be provided with grace marks + a extremely lenient checking.
Another disaster was the maths paper.
Till now of all the papers this aissce 2016 maths paper was the toughest of all and extremely lengthy.
Even the one mark questions demanded thinking on our party + lenthy calculations.Computing the product of 2 matrices and then finding the sum of 2 elements for one marks???Are you serious?? Also that 4 marks seema question from matrices deviated from the regular matrix questions and required a lot of thinking.
Also the maths paper was leaked the day before and some of my friends have confirmed that this isn't a rumour.I myself heard pupils claiming that they have got a lot common from the paper the got hold of the day before the exam through whatsapp.
We demand a rescheduling of the maths paper or a lot of grace marks and extremely lenient checking.
Our boards marks have a lot of importance in our admission to colleges and in our jee mains and thanks to these disastrous question paper by cbse, the pupils of other boards are getting a undue advantage .
Why does it have to in 2016 that the paper setters wanted to suddenly uplift the question status without even giving us warning and enough time? Why should we and only we-the pupils of cbse suffer when the people of other boards are merry-making after their exams?? Why isn't there uniformity when it comes to the level and the length of question paper in different boards?? The cbse students are all depressed along with their parents. Its clear why in india there is an increasing rate of suicides among the the students and its also clear who are responsible for it.
Please, you have shattered enough of our hopes[protected]atleast please do something to save our career.

This year 2016 mathematics board paper was very difficult to solve in the given three hours. The paper did not contain many questions from the prescribed ncert textbook, many questions were tough and the paper was also lengthy.
This paper has been the toughest one in the past 10 years. The previous year papers were much more easier than this year's paper.
The sudden spurt in the difficulty level of the paper poses a risk to all the class 12 students.
These marks will definitely bring down the aggregate required to enter colleges for many students.

All o[censored]s had trained for this exam keeping in mind a difficult paper to face, but this paper was beyond our expectations. Even the cbse sample paper released by the cbse did not show any warning signs of the board paper being the toughest.

Considering this i request the board to be lenient in correction of papers of not only the papers below average but all papers alike. On increasing the standard of cbse i hope the board does not forget that the future of almost 10 lakh students throughout the country who have to compete with local boards like tamil nadu state board (Where the percentage scored by students is very high).

                                  Respected sir
I am a student of cbse class 12th and concluded with my maths exam 2 days ago. Yes, I am one of those students whom leaders like you call the FUTURE of the country and also whose FUTURE has been played with.
The cbse maths paper this year was the toughest in the history of cbse (had solved last 10 year papers), ok accepted, but it was also very lengthy and technically impossible for ORDINARY student to think out and complete the paper in the given 3 hours. The HOTS(high order thinking skills) were supposed to constitute 10-20 % of the paper and turned out that it was almost 50% of the paper. If the pattern was to be changed so much, why wasn't it reflected in the sample paper provided by the boards. Here's the link to it-
                                  http://cbseacademic.in/web_material/SQP/CLASS%20XII_2015_16/SQP%20Maths%20Class%...
You may have a look at the question paper of the exam. I cannot provide it as I have already torn away the paper. And if so much was to be changed, why didnt cbse change the prescribed books from NCERT to those fat books in the market. We would have religiously done them( anything for OUR FUTURE). We are no more going to recommend our juniors to study from the NCERT which was supposed to be our bible. Heartbreaking it is...
The linient checking system would do no good to most of the student as the paper was not even completed by most o[censored]s. Cbse has done nothing but promoted the so called coaching culture that we all have moved to. Even i am a part of a coaching institute(paid 2 lakhs for 2 year.. a very good amount of my parents income). Yes, i did prepare for the JEE, but we all had faith in the cbse and did NCERT religiously in the last 3 months. And this was not the platform to test our competitive skills. The paper setter might be some sort of a genious but atleast should be considerate of the students. And yes, the paper shattered me, it was life ruining. This is the very platform for our future and cbse has really played very well with it. My friends call me the most cheerful and optimistic guy they have seen.. And now i feel like jumping of the top floor of my building.
I cant even imagine the case of arts and commerce students who had not prepared for such competitive exam.
The paper would easily bring down our percentage and our hopes for NIT's are completely shattered(remember about your another 40-60 rule).
Now the next option for me is a drop of year (and then those fat books) and ofcourse a coaching class(yes, another 1 lakh deal).Happy to have your service tax??

Thanks for ruining our year(or rather our life).
                                  And yes, WELL PLAYED CBSE

CBSE class 12 maths exam conducted on March 14, 2016 require more than 3 hours to write/solve except for students who had solved similar or same questions before. Students studied NCERT books can't handle the paper within 3 hours.
Students are frustrated, emotionally upset and tense. Marks plays important role in their future(for Engg stream). Even their confidence is less now.

Please suggest a solutions and make sure CBSE students are not going to suffer with respect to state board students.

This is a terrible situation for most of the students who appeared for maths board examination 2016.The question paper was not according to the way issued by the CBSE. As a student, it is very very disappointing situation, who like to go for engineering. A serious decision should be taken regard this problem and the CBSE must answer for ruining thousands of student's life, Why do they want to play with our life?, working hard for the past one year and in the end they put up higher order only questions.I humbly request the consumer complaint forum to take up necessary action by either ask CBSE to have leniency in correction or to have a re-examination.
