Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Error in geography paper class 12

This is the 2nd time when I am dejected by the answerkey for class 12 geography paper whose code is 064/1/4. How is the answer for 40th ques A shouldn't it be B. Greater Mumbai has more population than Delhi. Even the ncert says the same. Kindly look into it.
