The company is a real piece of ###. Worst ever ruthless, unsympathetic people. Dont trust them at all. Worst worst worst. They'll not deliver on time. They will load multiple home items from others, even if you are paying for the whole truck. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible company. Each of them, is rude, unhelpful and are cheaters

Sir., Regretting to inform .your staff not taking pick up orders properly. Very very worst service compare to other Packers and movers... Last five days I am following your service persons very very poor response...

2 houses delay for pickup and bringing Tata ace after getting movable items... Tata ace not at all enough for the said movable items but staffs ARROGANTLY BEHAVING AND USING UNNECESSARY WORDS.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...

+[protected] this guy not even attending calls . More than 10 times called ... He /she was taken pick up confirm with list of items to be shifted. But very very poor response...

Finally I cancelled and used LEBANON PACKERS AND MOVERS IMMEDIATELY.and done my obligations from there...

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE..

We had moved our goods to your storage, when we got it delivered after few months to our horror the boxes were eaten up by rats, wooden products were eaten up by white ants/termites and many boxes were Missing and not delivered. We lost goods work 65000 rs. We were told we will be compensated for the loss and it's been 3 years since we are yet to get anything. We are doing constant follow-up with subha and Nandhini now they are not picking up our calls. WE WARN EVERYONE TO BE CAREFUL OF CHENNAI MOVERS AND PACKERS. We are taking them to consumer court. I have booked the cpm which is really a big network and trustworthy but very poor response after boarding of luggages and poor performance with the driver he doesn't even respond properly.cpm office staff insisted that the luggages will be coming the next day but not..I have boarded the luggage on 13/08/2021 afternoon 12 and today is 15/08/2021 mng 6.AM no response from anyone..very dis satisfied..and now what about our baggages

I had a bitter experience using Chennai packers and movers.

I had requested for a home shifting on 14th July 2021 from Kanyakumari to chennai Velachery booked via S. Bhavani.I have attached my booking form.

Kanyakumari :

Punctuality : very worse (Scheduled for 10 am cpm arrived by 3PM)

Accessories in hand:
1.CPM don't have enough boxes bought only 15 boxes and are not sufficient. I have shared video for inspection.
2.The supervisor don't have ropes to tie and tapes. He went out to buy tapes 5 times.

Lunch and Tea:
1.CPM asked us to provide lunch for 6 members and we have provided that for INR720

2.At the end they asked for tea Bata. We have provided INR200.

Safety:
1.They don't wear masks.

Chennai:
1.co-ordination is very worse.
2.we have asked for local tata ace for shifting but at the end they asked us to hire tata ace
3.we have called every now and then to coordinate.
4.The transport reached around 12pm and unloading started at 4pm

In the whole very worse experience.

Worst team, u will loose all your respect once your package is loaded. if you need self respect don't prefer them. i gave 0.5 star because there is no option for 0 star.

*Time delayed.
*Brought a small truck purposefully to charge double trips.
*Unhygienic and untrained staff that spat near the house during corona times.
* Extremely poor handling of things, pretending to carry carefully before my sight and once away throwing it to the truck.
*No fixed charge sheet. Was asked to pay and told the receipt will be given later. Receipt covered for less money than charged.
*Extreme manhandling of two wheelers, trying to load them by carrying them by silencer and other weaker spots. No ramp was brought.
* Apart from all this the labors will DEMAND “tips” calling it “labor charge”. Furthermore, the head office personnel will also call begging for the same.

Who ever needs to go for Chennai P&M, kolathur, read this review and think 1000 times.
The reason i gave 0.5 star is because i cannot select 0.
The worst company i have ever seen. If you want to pay additional cost than your agreement and receive damanged packages you can go with them.

I wanted to shift my house (Household items of 2BHK) from chennai to Kollengode (palakkad dist, ) on 18th May 2021. i have given my delivery address and time for unloading while booking itself.

1. Dismatling & Packing: Very worst handling of your things while dismantling. i gaurantee you wont receive your property without damage.

2. Transpotation: The most hectic part. Not using their own vehicle, giving our packages to under rated trasport contractors, carrying additional loads on extra space available in vehicle and delivering them on the way. and finally demanding us for additional cost for extra night stay. Also note: chances of your parcel unknowingly deliver in another city is very high.

3. Issue happend to me: I was following the driver constantly where ever he reaches. After reaching Coimbatore he told he will deliver the package in Palakkad city only and thats what he was instructed. But i want my things to be delivered to Kollengode (22Kms from Palakkad city). My address was cleary given while booking and also signed by CPM team in DC copy. Also the driver was delay and reached late eve. On receipt of materials these transport crap people demanded me for additional cost of Rs. 5000 (for additional KM and extra night stay). The way they asked this extra money is by holding my unloading half the way in middle of the road. So is this the way you treat your customers??. Or is this the strategy you follow to get extra money from people??

4. Beautiful customer care: You can talk to them only during pre- sales.. Once your pickup is done.. You can call them more than 100 times.. They will never pick up your call.. The driver is holding my unloading in middle of the road, at the same time chennai P&M is not responding to my 100 calls.. Better have secondry number which they donot know, so that they will pick calls from that number.

5. Final result: At the end, after all fights with driver and Chennai P&M team, i was forced to pay Rs. 2000 in addition. Also so many damaged deliveries and still no response from them till now.

Special mention: Owner of Transport in call with me and driver :"kaas kudukkama oru saaman vandila irunthu erakatha da"

Recently moved items from chennai to madurai. And while delivering the product lot of problems and very disappointed me.
Also missed some items and gone for one week but proper update from anyone.

Moved my 1BHK minimal things from Chennai to PDPL.

I'm not finding a vilest word than Worst for these people.

Before getting into billing problem I've to explain on there service, Packing and Accountability.

I'm not sure why these people named them self as Packers, i feel they would have worked in some dumping yard before this business. Just they dump your things into carton boxes and close it with brown tape. (not bothered about cloth kitchen or glass item)

Intentionally these people are quoting cheaper price to opt for there service.
I've been told that 16k + GST is the final quote and no additional charges. just for safer side I've taken a mail confirmation on same.
Once committed no one will respond, we will not be sure whom to contact i asked them to be in flat by 10Am, they leisurely came at 12.30 PM went for lunch started packing(sorry dumping)
at 1.30PM. After completing the dumping yard activities people will demand for money as tip(i've been charged with 800 just as tip)
After seeing all these activities i was expecting at-least things should reach safely.
CPM will never let you go down. Real story started now, its was almost a week and my things have not reached to me. now i started calling people my co-coordinator 'Madhavi' after payment she never attended call i used to call at-least 10times per day, every time call will be forwarded to some people and they will tell there story. After 2 days I called her from unknown number this time she nicely attended and telling 'welcome to CPM' after a big argument she gave couple of warehouse people contact numbers(these two are super fantastic people Top-notch) Mohan and Nandhini they can have great future if they are in film industry, what a story narration. Every time they will come up with new and fresh story. it passed 2weeks no update no one will attended. I was completely clueless what to do now.

One fine day one more Hero(Bikshapathi) came into picture, he started saying, for what ever money you have given its not possible for me to deliver and asking me to pay extra 2k . I was completely irritated, though you have a mail confirmation receipt in you hand with full payment nothing will help with these people. Just they started blackmailing me saying if you want things pay extra if-not leave.

Finally i got my things after two weeks by paying extra amount(as i dnt have any other option) and seriously I dont want any one of you guys to get into this ### CPM.

I recently hired chennai packers and movers. They are the most irresponsible people in the industry. They broke almost all the major items like fridge, washing machine, inverter etc. They even broke flats pipeline. Their employees are rude and arrogant. Kindly dont hire them. I spent 9500 to repair all my broken items. They are cheaters and fraud people who will tell all.kinds of lies.

We needed to relocate to Kerala from Chennai, and we contacted Chennai Packers and movers. They arrived at our place as planned, started packing by using their packing stuffs, but without a plan, after 50℅ of our stuff packed, their packing materials got over and they packed rest of the stuff by some means not professionally. We planned to not give some of our stuff to them as we saw packing our stuff.
Overall the packing was poor, with the least planning we can expect from such a company.
They had promised to have our stuff delivered without sharing the truck with anyone else, but we were cheated. Because, they had told us that the goods would be delivered the subsequent day. They changed their word, but we were okay about it and they promised to deliver the next day.
That also got changed because of some random non sensible reasons. Then they told that it would be delivered next day morning. We started calling from next day morning. Again, they changed their word. They told afternoon, with all this we were suspicious if they hijacked our stuff or not. Mostly because the admin and the driver were saying different things.
By 6 in the evening that day, they reached our place in kerala, the most irritating part was that they just had two small guys to unload. And literally we had to unload the whole house stuff. That was tormenting. And saddest was the conditions of our furnitures, some of they were completely ruined.
This was an experience, me and my family would never ever repeat the same.
Kindly consider my experience as a learning for you before you get your goods moved by Chennai Packers and Movers.
Worst experience!!!

We have planned to shift my home appliances from Chennai to tiruppur. Then we reached Chennai Packers and movers for this and they have quoted 14000 price. We accepted the quote and proceeded further. But finally the goods are delivered as wet and damaged. We had a conversation with their manager and requested them to repair all damaged items. But they responded back as they will provide only 1000 rupees due to the items are not wrapped by their side. It is totally frustrating us on their response like this. We have no idea on this response from them. so we decided to file the consumer compliant against them.

The company has cheated me on Work - Committed to shift my wardrobe with dismantling and refixing but not done.. I raised a complaint with customer care, they abused me with unethical words. For AC installation they quoted 2000rs an finally charged 3000rs

We have given them our boxes on 8th November and today it is 28th
20 days and daily they will say today or tomorrow delivery
No one is responding
Chennai movers and packers are the worst . The sales people are putting phone on hold or disconnecting it.
Please don’t don’t give your stuff to them, you have to beg to get it back . They just laugh and misguide . I was told max 7 days and I waited for 20 days and their reply is same today or tomorrow .
Do NOT GIVE YOUR STUFF TO THEM, YOU HAVE TO BEG THEM TO GET IT BACK
And I am not sure whether the condition of my belongings will be good or not
