Hi Today I visited karigiri hospital for skin allergy .I am new to tat hospital so they said for new registration so I waited in queue to register but CMC own employees are coming to register directly for their own so what is the use standing in queue by other people the same thing doctors are seeing their own known patients .I have been waited morning 8 to 1 afternoon .I asked doctors why preferring late entry patients and known persons they said yes we will promptly else u can cancel your appointment or else complain anywhere no issues

    Sir,
    We are here in cmc vellore to treatment of my patient, he is too serious even not taking food &water. He become senseless & having absuss in brain, but no one is attending him & not admitting. Even for mri &other test they are giving time of one week & more. We are here from 5 days patient is highly serious but cmc neuro emergency department people are rude, even cardiac department referred to emergency they are not admitting and doctors of emergency is not attending, their behaviour is rude & insensitive. Please help anyone otherwise patient is in position of death

      There is no proper seating for pregnant women's in one of the most famous hospital cmc/vellore, there is no morality, humanity, in this hospital, my wife given appointment at 08.00 am for scan till 02.00 pm doctor was not visited the patient, in previous appointment on 10/10/2018, we are waiting from morning 07.30 am to evening 04.30 am for doctor scan it caused low bp for my wife 70/47 if any abnormality arises the cmc management is responsible, we have not taken any snacks or lunch / tiffin till 04.30 pm, the nurses had not properly responded, there is no proper guide for patients in this hospital at mro /scan staff

      Staff nurses at scan room threatening my wife to take treatment at any other hospital, this is the kind of response from the one of the most famous hospital, please take necessary action against the staffs . now a days cmc hospital is very worst for treating the patient
      no reply from cmc management, then why should we post complaint
      If any person in emergency. Never go CMC hospital. They have not good doctors. Just they have only student for practise. It's my personal experience. So I suggest to everyone. Never go cmc in emergency.

        This so called cmc hospital in vellore, call themselves as 'ministry of healing' and insults the morale of christianity and vision of aunt ida. Few doctors here have zero compassion towards patients and behave very rudely as if they are treating for free. Secondly, about the security gaurds, they definitely deserve beating with torn slippers for their attitude towards the people. I'm quite sure that they will get paid for their deeds. Thirdly, the report and results of the ordered tests were not provided properly and we have to pay separately for getting the softcopies and hard copies of the report. (I believe the recent charter of patient rights is seriously needed here).
        Addition to above, everywhere in the hospital, you have to pay bribe to get things moving or else things will happen in snail's pace. I strongly recommend the hospital to revisit their vision if they couldn't change the above said things.

          Security guards of this hospital are rude and mannnerless. They don't know how to talk with the patients creating unnecessary nuisance. They made my ailing father come out of the waiting room just to show the appointment slip as i did not have the slip. I requested them to let me in, as my father was alone in the waiting room and as an attendant i had the right to go inside. But the guard was iron willed and he eventually made the patient (My father) come out. Was it necessary to do this? We don't come here to pass our time, he was treating us as if we were some criminals or thugs.
          It was extremly disgusting and paining experience for me and my father. I never want to come to this hospital again where people can't treat a patient with love care and respect.

All the money of reports are submitted to cash counter but report till not send the report department said to me that please give address or email then we will send report to us but till it did not came we have to face many problems from these activities of cmc. You take money from us and say the report will send to you but till it will not came so please send report to me. Named harsh vardhan and sampurna kumari. We have give all details to your report department, so please send me report fast for our comfort

              मैंने अपनी पत्नी रीना महतो के इलाज के लिए गाइनो डिपार्टमेंट में 18 अगस्त 2018के एप्वाइंटमेंट लिए 200 रु आनलाइन नेट बेंकिंग से भूगतान किया मुझे कौई प्राप्ती रसीद या एप्वाइंटमेंट लेटर नहीं मिला । जब मैं 17 अगस्त को पत्नी के साथ भेलौर अस्पताल पहूंच कर पता किया तो पता चला कि कल का लिस्ट में रीना महतो का नाम नहीं है फिर बी10 में गया वहां बोला गया कि आपका कौइ रुपया नहीं आया है आया होता तो रसीद भी मिलता, कहा कि रुपया आने का प्रमाण दिजिये तो एप्वाइंटमेंट हो जायेगा । मैंने अपना बैंक स्टेटमेंट अपने भाइ से आनलाइन डाउनलोड करा कर अपने व्हाट्सएप पर मंगाकर दिखाया तो उन्होंने फाइनांस से रुपये वापस दिलाने की बात कहने लगे । मैं पूनः 105 में गया वहां से पूनः जी 12 में भेजा गया वहां से कहा गया कि आप सिल्वर गेट में फिर से रजिश्ट्रेशन करिये व रुपया फिनांस से वापस ले लिजिये । मैं परेशान होकर पूनः फखर्म भरा व टोकन लेकर अंदर २ नं में अपनी बात रखा तो उन्होंने अंदर भेजा जहां मैंने अपनी बात रखी वहां और भी उच्चाधिकारी मौजूद थे सभी ने बैंक स्टेटमेंट देखा व देखकर पूनः न
              यू एप्वाइंटमेंट लेने के बाद कल 18 को तत्काल के तहत एप्वाइनटमेंट की ब्यवस्था का आश्वासन दिया मेरा मो नं आदि भी नोट कर रखा।
              जब आज 18 को मैं अस्ताल गया कल की सारी बात बताई तो पूनः टोकन नं 2217 दिया व जब मैं काउंटर नं 4 पर गया तो सारा बात होने के बाद सितंबर में समय देने की बात कहा गया।
              श्रीमान अस्पताल के इस ब्यवहार से मैं काफि क्षुब्द हूं व खुद को ठगा हुआ, असहाय महसूस कर रहा हूं। मुझे लगता है मेरे साथ चिट किया गया मैं शारिरीक, मानसिक, आर्थिक हर तरह की क्षति का भुक्तभोगी अस्पताल के वजह से हूं।
              मैंने एक ही सेवा के लिए दो दो बार भूगतान किया फिर भी मुझे तय तिथि को नहीं दिखा पा रहा हूँ कभी कुछ कभी कुछ जिसको जो आता है वो बोलकर यहां जाओ वहां जाओ कर रहे हैं इससे स्पष्ट हैकि अस्पताल प्रबंधन के सेवा में पारदर्शिता एकदम नहीं है व हमारे जैसे पढ़ेलिखे सजग ब्यक्ति को परेशान किया जा सकता है तो आम व कम पढ़े लिखे लोग कैसी परेशानी का सामना करते होंगे।
              अतः आग्रह है कि मुझे संबंधित डाक्टर से तत्काल एप्वाइंटमेंट कराते हुए दोषियों पर कार्यवाई किया जाय व अस्पताल में आने वाले बिमारी की संख्या को देखते हुए उचित प्नबंधन, सुचना के साथ साथ शिकायत व समाधान की ब्यवस्था किया जाय ।

                My mother mary mathew was under going cancer treatment. We have paid money for taking ct scan. When i asked for the film, management is asking me 1300 rs for hard xopt and 150rs for soft copy. It is really ridiculous and financial killing.

                Need an explanation from the management. I have not heard from any hospital lime these kind of money stealing.

                  Hi, We have been visiting this hospital from February, The problem is the person who gives the Time slots they are just asking us to visit next week next week next week as we are Referral Patient, This is very pathetic to see how CMC staff treats the PATIENT and how the hospital is just giving preference to people who are paying cash we are visiting the hospital regularly from last 7 months now also they are delaying it by giving lame excuses, Patient condition is getting worse but no one cares, They don't have humanity left. Can you please help us in this situation for getting an Operation slot ASAP

                    But am not satisfied... Because after one month its too painting... And too much smell also... I trust cmc... If they don't know the process. Why they are playing with patient??                       It is very unfortunate fact for me that I have to book an appointment in urology 1 on 18.10.2018 via online at the beginning of the date opening for appointment i.e., from 00hrs. your site display as booking is blocked or full. I can't understand how it is possible? It may be your website fault.

                        I am santana gorain Hospital no 824846G. I have taken treatment at RMU department upto 6-7 months. After dissetisfaction of treatnent i decide to take treatment at Apollo chennai. So i want all my repotts done by me on the time of trwatment. I have paid som of 150 for medical certificate. Medical certificate received by me but it is no any reports attached with it. I tryied to take report feom the secretory of the doctor he denied to provide.
                        While doing report i have paid so much money but the hospital is not providing the reports. What is the hell.
                        If a customer is paying for some report but hospital is not providing the reports like blood report, ultrasound, etc.
                        Some time doctor's assistant are doing treatment of the patient also
                        They are taking money for the report but not giving the report.
                        CMC vellore RMU my experience is very bad with you

                            Hi, from 2002 i am coming to cmc for treatment, i have one biggest concern with security team.

                            When some body coming hospital they have there own problems, health, money etc... These buggers irritating all the patience with # rules.

                            They are giving treatment for free of cost, we are paying huge amount, these # attitude is very rude and sarcastic.

                            My request to hospital management please talk to your security agencies and ask them to behave decently.

                            I decided to send legal notice against security #, and i am working with media i will do story with proff about cmc security hero’s. Thanks

                            Medical reimbursement for AP government was up to 22.6.2018 why you have not renewal at dme so it is most important for to many AP state government employees taking treatment in cmc to claim medical reimbursement immediately apply for renewal
                            Same problem here, they made my sick father come out with the appointment slip as i did not have the slip. I requested them so much to let me go inside. But their attitude was hard as a rock. I don't want to come to this hospital again.

                              Sir, my card no is 790180d. Yesterday i was visited to orthopaedic and medicine specialist. Both are advice for same pathological test. But i didn't know what is they're written in my prescription. When i was going to cash counter, they are charge me for same test twice. When i ask them for refund my amount they told me that it's not possible. What can i do sir? Once all the investigation done what is the requirement for repeated it. If not required then refund my amount. Please help me sir. We have lot of faith about cmc don't break it.

                              A lady was suffering from stomach pain but no doctor came to her and only nurse is taking care of her. Patient is crying, but no doctor is available there . This is disgusting .

                                I aggregate to you that when i discharged your respected hospital not provide me your hospital discharge summary that’s why i am facing problems in claiming my money from my health insurance co.

                                  Dear sir/ madam,
                                  I uzzal rai (Patient hnum:211086h) from darjeeling had an appointment with gastroenterology on 11th may 2018. We had reported to mro 110 at 9:15 am and they informed us to wait in the seating area and we had been waiting there until 6:00 pm however nobody else call out our name. Therefore we enquired with mro counter and came to know that our file has been closed with the remarks of absent and they refused us for further help. We had taken the appointment on 26th april and already spent 15 days for it, hence we are unable to extend the time for another appointment due to finencial issue and limited time.
                                  I would like to request you to investigate the issue how the negeligence was done by the staffs.
                                  We are disappointed with the service because we came with the big hope.

                                    Respected sir, i was a staff nurse worked in oncology ward. Also i was graduated from cmc on 2015. This is regarding my pf. I resigned my job on feb 5 2018. I was continously calling to accounts section till now i called more than 5 times for my account clearance. I am getting married on may 6th and i continously informed that i need my pf money as little emergency purpose. They are telling my file is missing they were searching for it and ol.. It's very irresponsible behaviour from accounts section.. I am sorry to inform that. It's very much disappointed. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

                                    I paid onine for my mother blood tests. My bank payment was successful and it gave me merchant id and transaction id, later when the page navigated, cmc web page said transaction unsuccessful... No refund and i need to pay again for medical it seems...

                                      Doctors not even visiting patient in private ward. Nurse are not even responding to the patient question. We are paying 4k for room not able to stay more than one people even for cesarean. For single room ladies who staying inn they feel unsecure and they getting scared. How cesarean patient will go even for rest room without two people support. Even securtiy not giveing any number to contact nurse to check what is happening in patient room. People like me staying outside how we will come to know patient are secure in room.
                                      Alteat we required any contact number to contact (Landline number) nurse who is on that shift. My advies atleast for single room they have too allow tow people to stay with patients atleast for cesarean patients. Even securtiy not speaking politely to the patient's and even ready to explain the situation.
                                      I was every disappointed and unsecured about this hospitals rules and people who works in cmc.

                                      Doctors not even visiting patient in private ward .Nurse are not even responding to the patient question.We are paying 4k for room not able to stay more than one people even for cesarean .For single room ladies who staying inn they feel unsecure and they getting scared .How cesarean patient will go even for rest room without two people support. Even securtiy not giveing any number to contact nurse to check what is happening in patient room.people like me staying outside how we will come to know patient are secure in room.
                                      Alteat we required any contact number to contact (Landline number )nurse who is on that shift .My advies atleast for single room they have too allow tow people to stay with patients atleast for cesarean patients.Even Securtiy not speaking politely to the patient's and even ready to explain the situation .
                                      I was every disappointed and unsecured about this hospitals rules and people who works in CMC .
