I have been contacting (Through mail and calls) to the office (Ent4) for the requirents of my medical reports since 1 and half months yet they have not mailed me back. The person/staff reponding is rude and does not want to speak and hangs up the call.
I have to submit the reports to the doctor for further treatment and since all these days i have to hold on to.
Even though i have addressed the person that its an emergency case yet he rejected to look into this matter saying he is busy.. And there are many patients in line..
So it means that the cmc hospital only takes care of the once who is in front of their office and neglects the one who was there before. Follow ups are not in their list.

Had come to your center for treatment in june last month and there was a city scan where there is hospital but the report of the said test has not been received from time and she has come home but we need a copy of the report so that copying to my mail id, i also mailed it twice and did not receive any response from the phone constantly, in the copy of the city scan hard press

My hospital id is 501386h. I got admitted on 4th july 2019 morning 10am in a2 ward for rheumatology. After that, none of the doctors visited my room till the end of the day. I admitted in a single deluxe room for rent around rs.8500. No medical tests were taken by eod. Ward in-charge members continuously said doctor will come after 10pm. But no one is here. My entire day is waste and rent amount also got waste. Is this the way of monitoring the admitted patients? I completely disappointed here. I request head of rheumatology department to take care of this issue.

We come from bangladesh with my father. At first everything was good. But when desk 310, (Surgery opd general) suggest to go room no 9, suffering is start. Dr. Of room no 9, (Opd building 3rd floor) is always busy with his mobile.23/6/19 we come to him 10.30 am and he let us to go 8.30 pm. Today we come 8.30 am. Our serial 154 already spent 3 hours he was busy with his mobile till. Only few token is running. When one serial called took time 2/3 minute. After patient come out from him he called next at least 1 hour later. When someone open door every time we see he is busy with his mobile. This is very disappointed from cmc hospital. Hope authority come forward to take some step as early as possible.

I visited cmc vascular surgeon on 28.7.2018 he said me to do check up and test and leave for the day. He will send my report on my email id. I did same whatever he instructed. But till now i didn't receive my test report. I want to know is this they are handling their patient, they are simply making fool by saying this thing. So they will not send and again patient has to come for their test report by paying again appointment money. I, indrani deka hospital no 277187d had appointment in med i on 07/05/19 orderd several test including x-ray knee bilatereal 2 views and chest adult, bill no b[protected] but at the x ray lab chest x ray was not done as it was revealed on the next apponitment on 10/05/19 in med i. Is this not an act of
Serious negligence on the part of the lab technician? If it is so who shall be held responsible for this waste of patient, s money, time and aspiration

Me, ganesh chandra deka hospital no 277190d had appointment with neurology on 09/05/19. Refered to hand surgery ordering emg. Done on 13/05/19 receipt no mobapr009186 (Online). Reported to doctor same day. Emg report was not available in doctor's desk again ordered hand recharge with reappointment on 15/05/19. Test done on 14/05/19 and reported to hand surgeon on 15/05/19. Surprisingly emg report was not available on the system on that day also and asked me if it is available with me based on the hand recharge report hand surgeon treated me. If the emg report is neither available in the system nor provided to me what is the necessity of ordering such test wasting money and time? How can i get the reports online? (Both emg and hand recharge)

I meenu kumari (Hospital number 522935h) have got appointment with dr. Mohan sashikant kamath (Infertility specialist), isscc building on 05/04/19. Finally i applied for dispatch of all paper and reports to my address on 17/04/19 to the office of rmu, secretary, but till date i have not received the documents.
The documents may kindly be sent to my address without further delay.

Today i had my repeat appointment in medicine dept where i reached in time and got appointment in room no 9a with token no 7. As i was not accompanied by any one, went at toilet when my turn might have came. But immediately on my return from toilet, i have reported it to mro and as guided by mro, i have approached the doctor to give me a chance to get the valued call of doctor. But doctor misbehaved me. Since then at 1pm to 9pm at night today both the doctors assured me to call me. At the time of entry of the 24th and the last patient, the male doctor came out of 9& 9a room and reassured to call me next to that patient. But in contrary to the great image of cmc vellore, surprised to find that the doctor left the room from back door without attending me. I am really shocked and felt cheated.

Approached lady mro again (General medicine) and got more surprising reply that we cant help you as doctor refused to attend you.

My request to cmc management to investigate the entire matter and just throw away these non cooperative and immoral and dishonest people out of your esteemed institition.

I have to leave for my location tomorrow. So requesting to send me all my medical test report in my registered mail id if possible, for which i have already paid.

Sir/mdm very sorry to inform you all that behave of some cmc staff needs to be improved they are harresing the patient/attendent, i faced an problem gaerirics 262 counter when i was there for collect the report my mother to start the medicine all the time lady was in ignoring mood without taking my papper she is asking to wait out side.. She will call.. And after wait of 45 minutes there was no one left i again asked her she said come tomorrow she will not issue the report today tomorrow she will give me, if she was unable to provide me report she at first time have to say me this / secondly i asked her why she will not give me she said i will not give you report... What can i do whom i can contact please let me know... This is very ill behaviour from a reputed hospital there is lack of hospitality from theire staff... If you all are behaving like that then god / jesus will not forgive.

We lost our mom because of irresponsible and arrogance of dr. Patricia department of radiotheraphy.
Kindly took action against her. This kind of doctore could ruin many patients life.

She is not valuable for this position.

This is to inform you that yesterday my son was admitted in icu at gnrc hospital, guwahati.
He was discharged from cmc, vellore only on 25.02.19 and sincerely following the course of medicine advised and reported regularly at the hospital email.
Now the consultant doctor at gnrc guwahati is also continuing the course but wanted to discuss with you about the patient.
Therefore i tried several times at the contract no's provided in the discharge sheet but failed.

My mother name mrs. Pricilla jeaudass who was under treatment for sacroma from last july 2018, who was passed away last week because of carelessness and arroganance of dr patricia who failed to give radiation treatment at correct time.

We lost our beloved mother only because of her. Kindly tke actions towards her. This type doctors could ruin many patients life. Let the almighty will give her rewards for what she done to my mom and to us. She will repay for our tears.
But please take action towards her. Dont spoil other patients life like us because only of her attitude stupid carelessness..

Today as in the morning i along with my mother came here at dermatology dept. Fir reporting to mro after getting token no. My mother just sit in the vacancy chair in front of mro office but your security guard (S bakiyaraj) said go out from there and wait outside. I can not expect such type of behaviour from such a reputed institute of yours.
And please prefer to appoint the staff who is well versed with hindi not only local language.

I have visited vellore recently for the treatment and diagnosis of rheumatoid arthris and tuberculosis. It am disappointment with the delayed response of the pulmonary department.
My report was scheduled to come on 11th march (Monday) and i have not got the report yet.
It is utter disgrace that department is not concerned about the parient’s health.
Can you please provide the reson for delay.
I would request you to take necessary steps for the tuberculosis report as medicines has to be prescribed according to the report.

Hi sir, we came to cmc vellore on 28 feb 2019 by 10am and doctors advised for blood tests to my four months old baby and they have taken maximum amount of blood from my boy's hand and they have bandaged my baby boys hand but here came the negligence of doctors i. E they are taking samples of blood in different coloured tubes and while giving samples to lab.. They are asking blood samples in other coloured tubes and they wanna take blood from another hand... He's just four months boy and they are playing like dolls

Dear sir, i lost my criss card so i made duplicate but that card not showing my balance that shows zero amount so i consult room no 105 they provide application form and said fill the form and attached xerox copy of adhar card when i was going to submit the form they said wait an hour or submit the form and comeback an hour, when i came back after an hour they said what form whom you submit they misbehave with us and when we left just within a minute my whole amount of money deducted. I consult room no 108 that ladies warn me to not complaining any body and one person from room no 105 who wear white shirt and paint told me to get out and also on 26th they not refund my cancelled blood test which i already mention to the doctor david chase cardiology department.
