I am waiting to get admitted in cmc vellore for my surgery for more than a month. I am passing through severe pain and could not even able to move. I need urgent treatment. My date of booking was 14/03/2018 but i got an appointment in the speciality clinic was on 17/04/2018. Doctor suggested me to undergo immediate operation and also suggested me to go to a block and they will admit me then and there but since then till date my family members are going to hospital twice a day just to admit me so that i can get cured soon after my operation but the hospital is not admitting me. My pain is increasing day by day. I cannot take the pain anymore. Money for admission is taken by hospital on 17th itself. I am attaching the documents of mone. I need urgent treatment. Please help

I m a pastor been called for appointment for my daughter at mro 210 medicine. At 8:30am but wait for three hours but no concern about patient doctors are in own world. Patient could not take morning medicine because without breakfast we present there. If we will go for breakfast and take medicine... Confused if doctors come and call my name. Also security department is one of the fools. There is no chair vacant for patients. But other people are full and napping in the chairs. If patient is tired wanted to shut down in the any corner guards shout not to stand or # there. What a brainless jombies. Please try to time management. And be soft hearted doctor not agents of lucifer. One day every soul will be judged for its work. Beware

There is no hope through your website. Perhaps you sent automatically generated reply message. Your system is ok but without person. If you engage any staff for this service i. E. Only for taking heavy salary without service.

Being agreived by behaviour of ms 2 office, i have to inform you that i had deposited mediclaim forms of sbi general and tatami aig for the purpose of medical reimbursement from the insurance co. The officer concerned was rude in behaviour and assured that after authentication of the forms they will be sent to us via post. He also gave us a contact no.in his own handwriting (Attached) to call incase we don't receive the documents.
We tried to contact at the given no. Many times but the officer in charge dowant listens to the complaint and disconnects immediately due to which we are unaware as to what to do next because we cannot claim for reimbursement until we receive the authenticated forms.
Therefore i kindly and humbly request you to look after this matter at the earliest and send me the documents asap.

I am requesting for detail discharge summary in my postal address again and again from last 15days as the document is required for insurance claim. But, i didn't get that document yet.

It is a matter of 30 thousand rupees and that amount is very much big amount to me. I am in extreme distress since last few days.

I am sending mails and calling to your customer care everyday to get that document. But didn't get any proper response yet.

Why is it so? This is not at par the standard to a reputed hospital like cmc.

My brother has been admitted to hospital in august 27 and post so called operation. He is shifted to icu, post 9 days in icu.. He is shifted to general ward.

It been approx 80 days in hospital and till days none of the doctors had talked to us. We don't know, what exactly happened and what they are curing.

Every week we try to talk to doctor.. Every week they gave different things. They made our lives hell, junior doctors are ready to fight us every time we ask simple question... What they are doing since 3 months.

These are totally inhuman...4 operation has been performed and lakhs of rupees were taken from without any sign of improvement.

My brother is still in hospital... Hence not posting his details. Will continue writing further on every portal and govt agency.

They are looters... They looted us in most inhuman way. Always thought as doctors are god but the doctors in christan medical college, vellore are... True looters, cruel... They made a normal infection hell more than a cancer... If they are not able to cure, they could have told us to take him somewhere else.

Looters, cheaters, inhuman, pathetic, drama company.

My bill no.- a[protected], transaction id - [protected], bank reference no.- [protected], invoice no. W1270788, net banking of state bank of india. My account no. Is [protected]. My payment shows successful, but booking show cancelled. Because of my patient is in serious condition i again booked same doctor through my credit card on same day i. E. 12 th october this time it shows successful, but against my first transaction i can not refund my money and your website it shows pending... Pls. Sir solve my problem. It is almost one month since i can not get my money back.

My name is farman ahmed i took my brother for cmc hospital on 7th september 2017 for his treatment as i got his appointed on the day for pmr department and this same day he got admitted as they said there are no wards available only the deluxe ward is available you should take this ward itself as if now nd said in next day or two they will give us shift us to single ward or sharing ward nd latter on i'm asking them to shift us to single ward but they are telling some or the reason nd charging 11000 per day for deluxe ward nd and after a week they gave us the single ward which was costing 6000 per day i know there are 2 or 3 rooms vacant if i asked to give us the room there were saying it is already booked for some other patients or its under repair this is how they are making us fool every day for a week charging 11k per day
Coming for nursing
Nurses were commending on us to bring water in the bucket nd trow it latter on nd keep the urine can empty it nd giving bath all this i was doing until my brother was there paying them 11k per day nd i was doing all there work
Coming for doctors
After a week doctors told me there is a stone in the gallbladder nd latter said it should be removed as soon as possible or he will be in danger so i took him to do a ultra sound test nd the tests should everything is normal nd they wasted my money in it unnecessary
Coming for pmr
This department is hopeless if we take the patient for the treatment it is full of waste of your money nd time they won't do proper treatment only want to charge more money in unnecessary tests.
This is how they are making patients fool by giving wrong information about patients health.
I request our beloved pmo india to take strict action against this hospital we were there for 13 day nd they made a bill of 1.74lakhs without giving any treatment so i please request our beloved pmo india to get my money back from this hospital thanking you

Dear concern

This is to bring into your notice that we have visited your esteemed hospital today and we are feeling very sad to complain about one of the doctor in genetic lab named doctor swati. She is very rude to patient may be she was in hurry when we requested her for scan but she should polite in words and specially when patient in front is someone who is literate, gentle and polite.

One can't accept rude behavior in professional hospitals like cmc if it is about esi or some medical office than its ok but the people visiting in your great organisation are some sophisticated and polite and staff should take care of.. Please convey my gentle message and humble request to doctor swati to be polite with patients.

Cmc are not following a proper rules and regulations keep on changing their rules out patients are suffering but they don’t care any thing, and more over the securities are behaving with patients like a animal they are not giving proper guidelines also very worst management. Doctors are wast they chit chat in their cabins and they are not care patients

Doctor is not available in dialysis ward from 6.45pm to 8.45pm. He said another doctor will come and meet. I was waiting for. 6.45 pm to till now 8.45 pm nobody has come till now. What is the condition about patient during this situation. I am waiting to get medicine prescription. I have to travel from here another 2hours to reach my home.

Please pease take the necessary action

Regret to note that no water is available at labor ward in 2nd floor during evening hours. Upon enquiry we got the reply that water will be filled back by tomorrow morning only.
The common necessity provision missing at this fabulous hospital is really surprising. Req to kindly ensure water is sufficiently available at all the times for all at all the service floors.

Appointment on[protected] for visiting dt. 04-09-17 & 07-09-17 but due to cancellation of rail communication for flood i have change my appointment date to 14 & 18 sept, 2017. Sir i am jitendra nath biswas from tehatta, nadia, west bengal. I went to cmc hospital before 1 month ago to treatment of neuro problem and then said by a neuro surgeon to visit a neurologist. And i booked a neurologist. But today in my appointment day the system manager is tell me to book at first a junior neurologist and then the senior. But i haven't book, i haven't money. They told me either book junior neurologist or go back to home. I think there is conspiracy to earning more money from poor patients. What does i do? Please help me.
