I visited cmc on 31st july, i meet dr. Ankan gupta (Dermatology department). He said me to do check up and test and leave for the day. He will send my report on my email id. I did same whatever he instructed. But till now i didn't receive my test report. I want to know is this they are handling their patient, they are simply making fool by saying this thing. So they will not send and again patient has to come for their test report by paying again appointment money.

My hospital number is 900106g... I haf come to cmc with high expectations that i will be treated well as i have rhinitis n gynae problem... Well on 11th tuesday 2017 i had an appointment with ent doctor.. I got my number (1), but my name or number was not called at all, hence i went to look for the doctor myself... Doctor was busy throughout in her mobile phone moving from one place to another... Still i waited patiently... Then she started doing check up so hurriedly following with some test... I did the payment n test too... I came back... Doctor still busy with phone n said all is fine... Again hurriedly wrote some prescription... I was so disappointed.
I wanted my medical report and was informed to go to room no 302... There i meet one senior lady who was extremely rude and pointed her finger every time she said something... She said that i'll have to wait for few more days for the report n called me after 2 days as she is overloaded with the work. The day came for my report, so now with all the humiliation and harassment i went to collect my report... There the last says that the report is not ready because you did not meet the doctor after your test. Whereas i went to the doctor after my test but she was busy with her phone n don't remember it... N i'll have to meet her tomorrow again for the simple thing... Plus i'll have to catch my flight tomorrow.
Why is most of the cmc member angry or stressed... They'll have to join anger management class. Human life is important and we come from far away leaving our family m home expecting to get a good medical treatment... A smiling face and soothing words will give peace of mind and happiness to the patient and 50%cure too.

I've registered myself for mbbs course and paid the registration fees successfully but to my surprise i could not find anything related to it so far and any calls made to the office are being rejected and not attended properly. It's been one month since i'm trying to reach the site. I would like to know about the procedure or any update being made by the college for the same. Hoping forward to your response.

Yesterday at 8.45 p. M, a private appointment was submitted in favour of mr. Kishore ram hospital no 32723d for orthopaedics 1. I have 3 appointment in same doctor same day wrongly, but payment is unsuccessful.

In the mine time my bank a/c debited rs 1740, so i request you to refund the amount in same a/c no.

I will also appointment the pation next.

I am deeply upset and disgusted on Dr. Asha's conduct treating her patients. She is verbally abusive, very disrespectful reguardless of age and I am not sure why such educated people act this way and continue to get away with it. This hospital is after all a christian mission based hospital that doesnt mean you can treat in such manner.. Not sure what impressions im getting here. This isnt one time thing happened twice and not one but two people I know. Please take action just because shes a doctoe doesn't mean she can get away with it and treat people like that.

I am a patient of CMC Vellore and my hospital number is 875850G (Name: RANJANA BISWAS, Female: 51 Years).

Till date I have not received the medical report which I had chosen to be sent through email as well as courier. I paid 100 Rs on 20th May 2017 for my medical reports (Bill Number: [protected], Receipt Number: 52339R464458).

I called 2 times on this number [protected] in last 2 weeks, but still no action taken. This is my earnest request to you, could you please send the reports attaching here on this mail as well as through courier in my home address. This report is very much required for my further check ups here in Kolkata.

I am kaberika ghorai, a patient of cmc, vellore. My hospital no. Is 837549g. I paid rs.100 for medical report on 31/5/2017. By phone i come to know that the authority has mailed the report on 17/6/2017. But i do not get the report so far. I think there is some mistake. So i request you to mail the report via email address [protected]@gmail.com as early as possible.

The patient nisha lakra h. No-497826g who was admitted at mts3 ward is now discharged recently. She possess cashless facility from a health insurance company that provides upto 1 lakh rs. Only. At morning ward sister told her discharged bill to approx 1 lakh 5-10 thousand. Suddenly at evening the (Acess 490) people are informing the bill to 1 lakh 48000. We from where will we settle the excess amount. Now we dont have the money to buy medicine also. Also to return back home.

I want to know why is there so huge amount in the bill though the patient has paid already the much amount before being admitted till availing cashless facility. Please give the complete bill update.

And stop looting the health insurance company rupees. The facility is given by the companies to help the financially week patients. And you all are taking for business by charging 1.5 times in genuine amount. Its very sad.

It is to inform you that the we have been visited almost 6 times to cmc vellore in a year. Till now the complete treatment is not over. Also you charge excess amount each time the patient is admitted in hospital.in this manner how will we manage the further treatment.??

First time request a refund as per the instructions made by cmc, the appointment slot should be reserved through online. While processing we made the payment and it shown as payment unsuccessful. But i received a message that amount of rs.685/- has been debited from my a/c with visa txn/chri on 22may2017 at 10:56hrs. Then second time request for appointment is reserved and again debited from my a/c with visa txn/chri on 22may2017 at 11:04hrs. There receipt no. Has webaps065317. If this excess amount have credit to your account then so pls. Refund the amount on my account. Lakhanlal. [protected]@gmail.com, so please go through it once and resolve as soon as possible.

One of the worst behaving hospitals I have ever seen in my entire life. I had a CT scan appointment, and beforedoctor the procedure the doctortold me to collect one litre of water from the outside water jar, I went and started doing so. The security guard came running towards me, and screamed that I can't do that, and snatched the bottle from me and started pouring the water back in the jar. I was so sick and weak that I couldn't even speak with him properly. He told me to go and buy water from outside in that condition. I paid Rs. 13000 for the tests and they are not allowing patients to even get free water. Nowhere it was written that I can't collect the water for bottle. This is how they behave with sick patients? I think CMC should appoint some literate security guards instead of this hooligans. This is my first and last time visit to CMC. God bless those unfortunate patients who still beleive that CMC is as good as it was 10 years ago.

I had an appointment with gynecologist at CMC on 5th April, 2017. The doctor prescribed a few tests and the test were done on 6th April. Rs. 100 was also paid for the Chris card services to have the reports along with further medical advice sent to me by mail at [protected]@gmail.com. The reports were supposed to be sent by 7-10 days but it has almost been a month and the reports have not yet been sent. My hospital number is 671223C. I wish the reports are sent to me without further delay.

I think this hospital is meant for the patient, not only for the employment of these doctors.
You are requested to teach them lesson, how to behaves with patients and attendents.

My child parnabha ganguly(hospital no809786f) is admitted in cmc vellore under pediatricneurology department in o4 west ward since08.04.17 under dr. Sangeeta yoganathan. My child was suffering from some involuntary movements, now after detailed investigaton patient is being started inj immunoglobulin & waiting for steroid injection. From all these it seems that there is some autoantibody mediated infection. Particularly my patients present suffering has no relation with psychiatric problem. But it has been presented towards insurance company (medsave india) in such a way that my cashless scheme has been rejected on psychatric ground.

Referred to ent on 21st.
I have visited ent 5 & i was under opd treatment from 24th to 28th.
As advised by doctor (Ent5) i deposited rs 100/- bill no [protected]
Receipt no 52827r248724 to get the medical report on line to my e-mail id

28.03.2017 at around 5 pm.
I have not recieved the same till now.

I started my treatment from 13th February on arthritis and the treatment was completed as well, but I couldn't take the reports as we had to head back on the same date ie.20th feb so the person present on the duty that day said that she would send it by post and that within 10 days we would receive it, so we paid some amount and gave the details but till date we have not. Received the report.
So we would be very grateful if you could do the needful

My name is renu mittal i can to cmc on 13 of february 2017 i took my chris card and deposited rs 650 and shown to doctor in that case from chris card it deducted rs 220. Now in chris card the balance is rs 430. Now i came back to kolkata how can i get the refund from chris card and deposit in my account. Please reply. On [protected]@gmail.com. Or [protected].

When my online credit card payment procedures are going on for my final submission of online appointment for cmc vellore hospital, it occured a technical error in the website after my payment submission of rs. 650 as the online appointment charges applied. But unfortunately the amount has already been debited from my sbi bank account which was informed to me through my bank account message in my cellphone. The txn# no. Is 143985.

My wife Manorama Srivastava was admitted in endocrine department on 30th Jan and was discharged on 2nd Feb. It was suggested to the doctors at the time of discharged that only taking Telma 40 leads to a boost in the blood pressure levels but remained unattended. However, since she has come back her blood pressure level shot up. We had mailed twice and had also had called up twice but in vain as has been no reply.Her hospital ID is: 769541G Hope that the matter is being looked in.

Basically amount refunded 5 to 7 working days but after 13 days amount not refund.
Please Refund this amount to my bank account.
