I have ordered a product jeans in chupchapleleo website.
i received product which is from a different brand and not appropriate size.
i tried reaching the customer care so many times. they dont pick the call.
they respond to the email without reading the complaint. they just reply vendor shipped product we cant initiate return.

one of the worst service seen so far.

I ordered 3 shirts from chupchaplelo.com, but i received defective clothe.
stiches of cloth is also so bad.

They have 3 day return policy. I received product on 2nd apirl 2016 and I called for return on 2nd 2016. They are saying they will not take it back.

Please help me out in returning the product and get my money back.
