Hello everyone, i made a payment to hathway internet service provider by citrus payment gateways i got message that payment failed but amount debited from my canara bank account. i messaged several message to hathway with statement clearly states citrus name but they got denied message from citrus.i contacted bank but they told payment has been transferred to citrus. worst service provider may be they are fraud... I applied PG seat in St Johns Medical College Bangalore on 27/01/17 and paid the fees Rs 3000/- to CBCI Society through Citrus pay (Ref No [protected]IGAAROANG7) . But the college informed me that they have not received the money till 31/01/2017.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
