[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failed at airtel but amount deducted from bank

Hello,

I have tried to recharge at airtel site by using axis bank online banking method and it's using citryspay but after payment it was spinning and resulted into failed transaction. The transaction date is 13-jan-2020 and transaction amount rs 399. But amount is deducted and not reverted yet. I had already contacted airtel and axis bank on same date. Please do the needful to refund my money as soon as possible. Below are the details. Attaching screenshot as well.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case the transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used

1) (I recharged on airtel.in website) Axis Bank payment reference number (PRN) : [protected]
2) Scan copy of bank statement : Please check attached Image (INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT
SOLUTIONS PVT LTD/)
3) I used axis bank internet banking option for recharge on airtel.in site and my account number is : [protected]
4) Transaction date : 13/Jan/2020 and time 18:09:00 (Please see airtel website's transaction screenshot)
5) Email id : [protected]@gmail.com . mobile [protected] (attaching image as website hides it)
6) I used airtel site for recharge using internet banking.

I already contacted support and investigation is going on for request id : 58780109 waiting for the resolution.
Transaction was not successful and money debit from the bank account. transaction id- AXI57b554bc632d4217a860a7ca22db2e30

Please return my money to my bank account.
