[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failed while paying comedk fees

Hi team,

While doing payment for comedk entrance exam payment got failed but amount was debited from hdfc account once my ammount got deducted right it's not redirected comedk page simply amount deducted and no response
. I did my payment around 11.43pm[protected]
Could you please help to get my money back.

I have recharged Rs.230 for my sun direct dth with my UPI. Amount got deducted and recharge got failed on 6th April.. kindly resolve this issue.

I have made airindia express ticket payment using my SBI card, as per air india express they havent received payment hence PNR is not generated,

where as in my bank statement amount is deducted kindly look into matter,

as i am stuck, air india express refused to re instate booking .

I attempted to transfer Rs.1131.62 to ACT on their app on 02.04.2019 and transaction status displayed that the transaction was successful. The Citrus Pay OTC No. [protected]. But, the transaction is not reflected in my ACT account. Why? (incidentally, my bank account is also debited)
