Md nematullah tamanna May 16 (2 days ago) To care, via.com, axis Sir/madam, Please go through the reply given by axis bank... Freecharge and via.com. I booked only one ticket on 28.02.17 of rs 1924. First transaction was failed due to connection still rs 1924 was deducted from my account, so i subsequently again booked the ticked. Now you guys please stop harassing me and decide who has to refund my rs 1924. Two facts to be considered — 1. Rs 1924 was deducted twice from my account. 2. But only one ticket was booked. Here all three concerned party correspondence is available. As per the confirmation received by the biller, the enclosed transaction has been successfully updated with them, hence no refund is applicable. I request you to coordinate with biller and provide us with the reference mail, which you had interacted with the biller, where they disowned for the receipt of the payment, so that we will take up with our payment aggregate and revert to you accordingly.
