When i tried to recharge sun direct using sbi net banking the transaction failed but in account the amount has been deducted The sbi transaction no is [protected]ig0crhbcy6 Kindly help me to get the amount back, and also i want to mention this always happens particularly while online recharge of sundirect via citrus payment, when the company, citrus fails to transfer the amount it has to refund, but citrus never does, so many dirty experiences with citrus payment solution...
