Hello Team,
What is the status of the below ticket ? Its been a month, still it is not resolved. I am really very disappointed with Vikram Palande (Citrus Support Team) person. I would like to give Negative (-0) rating for this person.
How the ticket has been closed ?
What is the solution provided ?
Still i haven't received any cash back into my account.
I want ticket to be re-opened,
Without any resolution, without any proper contact to the customer, how you guys can close the ticket ? I am not going to use Citrus pay again. Neither i am going to refer it to my friends.
Issue: On 20th September 2015 i have done a payment in shopclues through Citruspay.in for an amount of Rs.257.
At that moment offer is going on in Citruspay.in, Cashback will be provided for 100% of transaction value, upto Rs. 100, whichever is lower. Still i haven't received any cash back into my CitrusPay Cash.

Airtel recharge

While recharging airtel number there was a interrupt in citrus gateway money got transfered but recharge wasnt successfull. so, please find me solution

    I am Jose Mathew from Kochin. I got a call on 17th September that the call was from HDFC for redeeming my credit card reward points and that guy convinced me and told me to send the OTP number to him. As I tell that number one message come on my mobile saying that 5000 Rs deducted from my credit card number for citruspay Transaction id is CITRUSPAY38792. I do not what really happened anyway I am cheated. if needed pls call to my number [protected]. I have blocked my card within 15 minutes and I have given complaint to HDFC dispute department. I humbly request you to revert me back the amount. Otherwise i will be forced to make a complaint to police as I am forced to pay the amount to HDFC. Why I should give that money as I have not got that money. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

    As informed to you on email. The transaction in question is of 17th Sept. Also the fund is already been utilized by the fraudster.       I have placed order on shopclues on 20th sept 2015 with 100% cashback offer of citrus pay, but still i didn't received cashback, when i call on customer care, they told me it was technical issue & by mistake that offer came on website.

      I will request to all of you, do not use citrus pay for any ecommerce website, this is fraud company, Beware of this type of companies.

        Dear sir Bill payment of Rs. 1000.0 towards your airtel mobile [protected] has failed as the payment was declined by your bank. For more information on this, please contact your bank.i was sent mail to citrus but nothing the amt deduct in my bank kindly give the solution for the same

          I tried to make a booking fet flight ticket onli on[protected] as per the booking procedure but it was blocked during the process. The money was debited from my account and it was not refunded till date. I got an email; from you mentioning that the the amount will be refund within four working days.             Email ID for checking Citrus account is [protected]@gmail.com I recharged my citrus wallet by Rs. 300 using citrus cash by my net banking of state bank of india amount debited from account successfully but Citrus Wallet showing zero balance instead of Rs.300 and the mail sent by citrus is also showing Rs. 300 recharged

            Hello there,

            I filling online examination form for NIOS and make a payment through Citrus gateway. Citrus become interrupted during payment processing and payment was deducted from my account.

            I just want to know that how much time take to amount back???

                I have initiated 2 requests to refund Amount 3000/- and 3353/- on 3rd January 2015. Amount is debited from Citrus wallet from that day But amount is not credited to beneficiary account. Its more than 25 days Customer support executive by name Vinit Bajpai replied to my query saying they will resolve in 5-10 working days and closed ticket though justice was not given. I have called them to escalate on this matter. But they are not providing details and gave a hint like I am cheated. I want to lodge complaint on this and expecting compensation for mental torture I received. #150544 is complaint number on this regard which is still under processing state and no information provided.

                  I paid property tax of 2 transactions in GHMC site on[protected], their default gateway of payment is Citruspay, while making payment the sur charge shown was only four rupees, later after transaction Rs.96.15/- extra are debited for each transaction, after few days now[protected] when i checked my account statement my account got debited of Rs.96.15/- twice again for the two transactions i made on[protected]. Worst payment gateway which is eating all my money. will never again use this gateway or suggest it to anyone.
