I am requesting for refund of payment Rs.1311.00 to my IOB account as I had made the payment by 'Online Net Banking' via Citrus'for MTS Wifi Mblaze Postpaid No.[protected]. I had sent this complaint yesterday, 18.11.2015. However, Citrus Pay Customer Support called me several times today and are asking for all my credit/debit card details including number, cvv last 4 digits, validity, etc. or user id and password for Online Banking in order to make the refund.
I do not understand why do they need these details? Should they not refund the amount as per the bank details already received when they got the payment? The bank always advises not to divulge this information for any reason to anybody. For a failed transaction the payment should automatically get transferred back to the account from which it came. That is what I have experienced through other Payment gateways.
Please make the refund payment at the earliest.
