i am using the citrus pay as merchant account to my website www.shopvalleta.in . on last month 21 a transaction happened from buyer . till now the amount has not been credited to my account . from past one month i am constantly sending mails to supports and making call. there is no response to this issue . now its been 25 days got over . i feel its a fraud payment gateway. even when i try to call customer support its auto disconnecting .i will wait two more days and then will prepare for consumer court and will publish the verdict on internet and reviews where ever this payment may appear .

    I am using citrus club app 1st time.i tried for pay my reliance electricty bill of Rs. 450.00 on 11th January 2016.. Everything went fine however during payment transaction amount was detected from my bank account but bill payment was failed.           I installed and loaded amount with purpose to pay credit cards. You do not have options to register various cards and pay instantly. Only indusind could be registered. What is actually this app for!!!???. What for the history and reminder dates, when this does not enable instant payments?                   The customer care have told me that the money that i have withdrawn from my citrus wallet will be delivered in my account in 4 days but it's been 3 weeks from now and i haven't got my money back..please refer to this message or complaint otherwise i have to take legal actions for this.

                            Paid Reliance bill through Citrus Cub app. Date 28/11/2015. The rupees from my account got cut but not reflected in Reliance bill (1290 rupees). It has been 12 days and I have contacted them through email provided on site. I got response that i should contact my bank as they have given refund, but bank says that no refund has been done.                               My sister was cheated yesterday over phone, the fraudster called her from this number [protected] which is located in west bengal and told her he is from HDFC bank and needs to update adhaar card details and tricked her into giving him debit card details. That fraudster took out Rs 10, 000 from her account. The money was transferred via Citrus pay medium.

                              I have got her debit card blocked and filed a complaint at HDFC Bank and police complaint at Mianwali Nagar Police Station, New Delhi

                              I request Citrus Pay to investigate this matter and refund her money.

                                I am requesting for refund of payment Rs.1311.00 to my IOB account as I had made the payment by 'Online Net Banking' via Citrus'for MTS Wifi Mblaze Postpaid No.[protected]. I had sent this complaint yesterday, 18.11.2015. However, Citrus Pay Customer Support called me several times today and are asking for all my credit/debit card details including number, cvv last 4 digits, validity, etc. or user id and password for Online Banking in order to make the refund.

                                I do not understand why do they need these details? Should they not refund the amount as per the bank details already received when they got the payment? The bank always advises not to divulge this information for any reason to anybody. For a failed transaction the payment should automatically get transferred back to the account from which it came. That is what I have experienced through other Payment gateways.

                                Please make the refund payment at the earliest.

                                  Due to refund policy tinyowl credited my money back to citrus wallet.I have tried several times withdrawn request with this wallet but the stupid customer support guys always came back with excuse "your name and account number does not match".But in past there were multiple times(after a lot of followup emails/calls) reverse transaction against the same account number and name.This stupid CS team advised me to use the money instead of withdraw.I think due to your poor no customer in future will use your service.I have repetitively asked them to show the prove of name and account number mismatch.But they could not.STOP HARRASING CUSTOMERS!!! #POORSERVICE #FRAUD #CHEATER
