      I recharged rs 250 to my airtel no.[protected] on 11-aug-16 through indian
      Bank net banking ref no citrus [protected] airtel prep [protected], the amount has been deducted with out adding to my pre paid balance. Rectify this problem immediately. Don't play with customer's patience, understand their problem and time.

      If you don't credit amount immediately (Today) i will file case against you in consumer court for causing problem for me.

          Hi,
          When I made payment throgh my debit card on dated 11/08/2016 at 12:20 p.m. for the IGNOU Rs.4650 transaction status was successful. (POS # 14CP[protected] AT IGNOU txn#[protected].)

          But when i check my admission status it shows no payment made.

          Please help me in this matter asap...
          I have paid advance but then the zoomcar people didnot sent the car as no car was available
          its been 15 days and still no refund is done

                Iam nitish, After engineering council of 2016 i had paid KEA fees online on 2nd july 2016 through citrus payment solutions, but it showed payment is unsuccessful. Amount of Rupees 3000 was deducted from my account. After enquring our bank i came to know that amount is transfered to citrus payment. Amount is not paid to KEA and i did not recive any refund.
                Please let me know the details about the amount where it went and when it will get refund

                          I submitted the amount of 5059/- Rs. on dated[protected] at 07:46 PM under sequence No. CITRUSPAY NIOS[protected]. But neither the amount deposited in NIOS nor it returned into my bank a/c. This transaction was made on last date of form and transaction had been not deposited. So it is use less for me to deposit in NIOS. Kindly refund the above mentioned transaction into my bank a/c as early as possible.

                            I made a payment on my "chris card" on cmc vellore website. the citrus payment system is the third party associated. the money got deducted from my account but it was not added to cmc's chris card.

                              This is with reference to transaction id [protected] towards payee citrus payment solution done on june 20 2016, sum of rs 4934 has been debited from my account in favor of bbmp property tax for year[protected] but the same has not been credited as the bbmp site shows payment status of paid amount as 0.

                              The gateway did not return to the bbmp site once the money was debited successfully from the bank. please advice. i am unable to print the receipt of the amount that i have already been debited from my account.

                                We have made online payment of rupees 3096.32 to karnataka examination authority for engineering admissions on 4th july 2016. when the payment made successfully it gave error from citrus site. but the amount was deducted from m/s. sn computers belthangday and we gave a complaint to sbi customer care as well as kea.
                                Sbi says payment was mde from their side and told to contact citrus.
                                Its copy is attached here. the payment receipt from sbi also attached.

                                As july 5th is the last date for the candidate we are making payment thru bank challan today. irequest you to kindly repay the amount to s.n. computers account from which it was paid.

                                  On 5 th june 2016, i did a online transaction using citrus pay to recharge my metro card.
                                  The money defected from my account but citrus pay never transfer the amount to my card. see the details...

                                  An amount of rs. 200 has been debited from your a/c sb01001881 for an online transaction done at citrus pay using corpnet banking, ref no:[protected]

                                  I saw so many complaints like these on internet... it's seems a preparation of next scam!!!

                                    I paid my son's engineering fees rs. 49, 500 via citrus pay on 3rd july 2016. the money is debited from my account but not credited to kea, bangalore. do i have to pay the fees again? in that case will i be charged twice? the last date for paying fees is tomorrow, so it is very important to resolve the matter urgently

                                        I tried to make fee payment to kea on 02.07.2016 for rs.16700.00.
                                        An amount of rs.16702.32 was debited to my savings bank account at state bank of india, with transaction reference no. ig0cgtawd5. at 19.31 hrs. however, the payment has not reached kea. and the amount of fees paid was showing as zero. kindly resolve at the earliest.
                                        Kindly refund the amount debited from my savings bank account.
