difference in discount percentage online and in store

I bought a pair of boots at 25%off from Clarks store in MGF Metropolis yesterday.when I came back, I was checking boots online on clarks.in and to my surprise found it available at 40%off. No Order Confirmation, Money Deducted from Card

The status of the order is still pending and I have been calling them since yesterday. No one receives the call, neither does any care to give a confirmation in the mail.
