We had Purchased Clarks Footwear from your Clarks Exclusive Shop at R-City Mall, LBS Marg, Mumbai. Bill/Cash Memo No: T1/5007. Model Name: Wild Vibe-Tan Leather for Amounting to Rs. 2999/- Size: 6+ (Fresh Stock) but for some personal reason I wanted to Exchange for other Model & Size which I wanted was Wirrel Beat-Tan Leather for Amounting to Rs. 3, 999/- Size: 8, (Having of 25% OFF at Shop) Which was wrong as it Was Showing 40% OFF on Your Website. You can see it in the attached file.

So I think you are Fooling Us on Website or at your Clarks Exclusive Shop showing different Rates at both the End.

This time I really had a very bad experience at your Clarks Exclusive Shop at R-City Mall, LBS Marg, Mumbai. I think benefit is more on your Clarks site than on your Shop.

So I request you to look into the matter and refund me the extra paid Money as early as possible.

After having a horrible experience. You are spoiling your brand name in this way. I even had a talk at your Clarks Exclusive Shop at R-City Mall, LBS Marg, Mumbai with some madam present at the shop they told us to write the letter at Customer Service but it seems they are least bothered about this small Issue.

    had placed an order for a clarks MENS SHOES with order no 2527591 of Rs. 3750 /-. I had made the payment through my credit card on 27th Jan 2015 post which i received an email from Clarks customer care that the Piece is not available with them. I have requested for my refund and have been chasing them through emails customer.[protected]@clarks.com but have not received any revert. The online service is pathetic, the money gets deducted and then for refund they take months. It's daunt on the brand image. The customer care numbers[protected] are good for nothing as no one responds. Would apprecaite a quick resolution to this.and replay as soon as possible .

      I had placed an order for a clarks women scandals with order no 2508100 of Rs. 2400/-. I had made the payment through my ICICI Bank credit card on 20th Jan 2015 post which i received an email from Clarks customer care that the Piece is not available with them. I have requested for my refund and have been chasing them through emails but have not received any revert. The online service is pathetic, the money gets deducted and then for refund they take months. It's daunt on the brand image. The customer care numbers are good for nothing as no one responds.           Hi I have brought 2 pair women footwear online from clarks.in website with following detail: Site: Order Number: 2464289 Total Amount: INR (Indian Rupees) 3998.04 Order Date: 05-Jan-2015 Payment Mode: ICICI NetBanking .After placing the order I received order confirmation mail from Clarks.in website as well successful payment mail from CCAvenue. But after the mails, there is no correspondence from Clarks.in site regaring the delivery status of my order. Their customer service number[protected] is not picking up the phone. Their customer service email customer.[protected]@clarks.in is not replying to my mail. Please help. I want my money back. Thanks Manjot Kaur
          I too am facing a similar problem like Manjot Kaur. I had placed orders for 2 pairs of shoes from clarks and the payment has been successful but no reply from the clarks side. Their customer care number is useless does not answer and also the email id that they have provided is false.
          Please help me too. I want my money back.
          Same problem.. Can't believe a company like this cheating on people. I had to return a shoe which is not a right fit for me. Neither their Toll free number nor the customer care email id are working. there is no one responding to calls. This is appearing like a online fraud!

            I bought a pair of boots at 25%off from Clarks store in MGF Metropolis yesterday.when I came back, I was checking boots online on clarks.in and to my surprise found it available at 40%off. When I went back today esp and told the store manager about this, he checked the price by calling up someone and agreed it is at 40%off.he said maybe there was some problem in his system, that's why it showed only 25%off. I asked him to adjust the balance in that case by either returning me the balance or giving me a credit note as I was no where at fault and why am I supposed to pay extra because the store's system was not showing the right discount. But he refused to do so.he told me buy something for that amount.I looked around but dint like anything..He then convinced me to take shoe polishes for that much amt.I had already bought the Polish I needed yesterday.he made me take those forcibly and I had to pay rs100 extra as there was nothing equivalent to my balance amt Rs 1050. He told me to come back later even after 6 months and exchange them for any shoe I like.I asked him to give me a receipt for the same as I would need it for exchange. He refused to do that too. I had to leave for my hometown early.and I had already wasted abou an hour at that store.so I had to accept what hhe said as I couldn't hav delayed more.but this is the last thing I cud hav accepted from a brand like clarks...deceiving customers firstly and then rude managers.

              Hi, I order clarks shoes online and got it delivered. I have problem in size and want to exchange and i dont see return option in website under my accout. I have written many mails and received no response. Called customer care number and no one is picking call . Even to exchange in nearest show room, i need approval from clarks customer care and yet no response for that mail . I need approval for exchanging in show room or i need size 9. Order no: 2460433

                I placed an order yesterday for two clarks shoes. They deducted the money from my Credit card but did not give order confirmation. The status of the order is still pending and I have been calling them since yesterday. No one receives the call, neither does any care to give a confirmation in the mail. I doubt that there is some office which receives the call from this number or someone who reads these mails. I won't recommend anyone buying directly from them. They are a bunch of lazy cheats who will take consumer's money and would not care to revert with any clarification. There should be a mental harassment case against them.

                  Hi, I had ordered a shoe on 07-Dec-2014 through Clarks Online purchase, I had received an updated from them stating the product is couriered, however the Courier tracking number provided is wrong. I tried dialling the customer care number however there is no proper response. Also I had received a response to the mail saying "unfortunately there is mismatch between docket numbers" this cannot be accepted when a customer is paying so much amount and purchasing a product. I am waiting for a proper response from the team at the earliest. Regards, Roshin Mohanan

                    Bought formal shoes from Clarks (Saket) - Model: Caramel Sauce - at the Delhi (Saket) outlet in Aug '14 and the in-sole started coming off within a week of the purchase! The first time I visited to store after that to ask them to fix the shoes or replace them, I was told nothing can be done since the shoes were purchased during the sale period! After spending quite some time arguing, I was told they don't have a replacement and after a few weeks, I was told the shoes will need to be sent to Vietnam to be fixed and will take months! I wasn't even offered an ad-hoc in-sole for the shoes on a complimentary basis and was asked to exchange the shoes with another set of formal shoes when the October collection hits the stores. I visited the store at least four times after that, and was always told the new collection hasn't come in yet. Horrible experience and bad service. Maybe they serve their customers only when the product was not purchased on sale?

                      I am writing this with great Dismay but i am sure the brand you are(CLARKS) will definitely help me resolve my concern. I had purchased a shoe from one of your outlet in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) for a special occasion. The shoe was fantastic and all my family loved the shoe, But after a few days there emerged some Glue marks on the shoe that kept me wondering where it's coming from. I could not even in my dream think of CLARKS selling me a sub-standard product, So during my visit to Ahmedabad I visited the store again and shared my concern with the manager of the shop, who on seeing the product immediately said its a manufacturing defect and will get it replaced for me provided I have the original bill, I was more than happy, but when i went to the store a few days latter with the original bill & the shoe, he refused to replace the shoe saying since i have bought the product under discount Scheme he will not be able to replace it. The original price of the shoe was 6498/- and i paid 4549/- discount amount 1949/-. I Feel completed cheated and have very BAD experience & make me anti Clarks just because of the discounted amount that's 1949/- Request you to resolve my concern and make me a CLARKSOHOLICS.                         I orders Clarks shoes from their own e-retailing website. I received the order after 2 days. The next day when i opened the package I found out that the shoes delivered were only for the right foot. I have requested for exchange or refund by mailing them. I have not received any replies and even after calling their customer care multiple times they have not dared to pick the phone. This is serious callousness from their part.                         I ordered a pair on the 21st of Aug 2014 from the clarks.in website and received two left shoes in my order!! After nearly 20 attempts I managed to speak to someone who said they would call me to schedule a pickup of the incorrect pair. Its been 6 days since and I have had no calls from them. I have written 4 emails to the customer care email ID with no reply and tried calling the number that nobody picks up! Its absolutely shameful for this to be happening with a reputed international brand! Order no: 2125331
                        I had ordered two pairs of shoes from Clarks website on 30 Aug 2014 and even paid the money online. However recvd only one pair and cannot reach their toll free number also. Have written them 4 mails but no ack also!!!
                        Very unprofessional of clarks ...Order number 2143891...Imagine this is coming from a reputed international brand...

                          I ordered a pair of Clarks shoes online from their official website on Fri 19th Sep, 2013 and they promised to deliver the parcel within 7 days. Today is 30th Sep and my parcel is still flying from one DTDC office to another. Infact, it even flew back to Delhi after a short stay in the Bangalore warehouses/ offices and in the hands of Bangalore DTDC guys. Still unsure when am I going to receive my order!!??? I had clearly written the shipment address in my order as my 'office address' acknowledging the fact that the courier guy might turn up on a weekday and in the daytime.However, on the following Wednesday, I got a call from a DTDC delivery guy around 4 PM telling me that he was coming to deliver my parcel to my HOME ADDRESS (which was clearly mentioned as 'billing address' in my order. I told him that I was not available there and if he still wanted to deliver there, I would be available around 5:45 PM/6 PM. He told me that no delivery is done after 5 PM. Moreoever, I asked him why was he delivering to my home address so he told me that that was the address mentioned as 'consignee's address' on the parcel. There was no mention of my office address and he was not supposed to deliver to any other address. The next day I got a call from another DTDC guy (this time from Delhi) who again asked me about my availability and I told him clearly that the home address is not my shipment address. So he told me that Clarks gave them the incorrect details and in their communication, it was my 'billing address' given as my consignee address. After this I called up Clarks Helpdesk and checked with them. The lady there admitted the fact the shipment address given by Clarks to DTDC was incorrect. And I should have gotten the parcel at my offcie address. She said that she was gonna rectify the address and instruct DTDC accordingly. Another day went by and I didn't get any call from Clarks or DTDC. On Fri, I went to a DTDC office near my house and the guy told me that the parcel will be given to me on Saturday. I refused to this proposition because as per order the order should have been delivered to my office address. Moreover, I did not get any call from them on Sat. Today morning (30th Sep 2013), I tracked the order on DTDC's website and came to know that my parcel was sent back from Bangalore to Delhi on Thursday Sep 26th (Reason: Recipient not available). I am wondering how did the DTDC guy promise to deliver the parcel on Sat 28th Sep to my home while the parcel had already reached DTDC Rohtak franchisee on Sep 28th at 11:27 AM??? Apparently, as per the tracking system, my parcel has left Delhi again (Sat 28th Sep 06:07 AM) and is expected to arrive somewhere in this big world???? Don't know where???!!! During this whole process (still unaccomplished, still my shoes are flying), I have been calling Clarks a number of times because they never call up and tell the status. I just called them again today and the lady over there directly asked me if she should cancel the order and refund. I told her that I ordered the shoes because I wanted them. And, she didnot even admit until I insisted her that the mistake lied at Clarks' side. She obviously put the blame on the Warehouse team. 10 days have passed since I placed the order and not even once did Clarks team called me up to explain the delay or the mess going around with them and DTDC. They (Clarks) did not even reply to my email sent last Thursday) I am hoping that I get the shoes today otherwise, I would be forced to cancel the order because I am travelling to my hometown on 2nd Oct morning and will be back in town only on 20th Oct . Honestly speaking, Clarks' order delivery process can be summed up in these words: 1. Unprofessional 2. Irresponsible 3. Lack of customer care Along with Clarks, DTDC too showed the following traits: 1. Poor supply chain management 2. Lack of customer care 3.                           Clarks India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          My oder dated 23/11/14 no 2348244, 2348152…...pending
                          I am not sure if the order has been placed. Money has been deducted from my account though.
                          The order no is 2426190.
                          Kindly confirm asap so that I can catch hold of the bank and place the order again .
                          Guys aware that www.clarks.in is fake. They will not deliver your order. If you search google then you will find lot of people facing issues. Their customer care number is also just ringining.
                          I bought a pair of shoes from the Clarks website and was shocked to see what the Clarks has sent me the damaged piece which is quite visible. I have atleast 9 other pair of shoes which I have bought from Clarks stores, and i am quite happy, but the one I have received online is a completely disappointment. Trying to reach the toll free, no one answers. Clarks India has duped me. I would like to return/exchange this pair of shoes.

                          I received shoes with mismatched size. They deliberately sent no 6. one was no 5 which i actually ordered and one was no.6 on which the size details were sticked but it was taken out from No 5 and put on No.6 . Clarks used to be my fav brand now I am boycotting this company product. Daylight ripoff and robbery.

                          Clarks India is a fraud.
