Hello,

I've placed an online order for 3pairs of clarks shoes and paid the amount through debit card and the amount got deducted but the order was not confirmed and when i tried to contact customer care no one is answering. Order no: 4628846.

Now neither the order is confurmed nor i got refind for that.

I need the issue to be delivered. Pls help.

    Hello customer care,

    This complaint is regarding the shoes that i bought in the month of january 2016 in pune from clarks store (Shop no. 573/3, near kalmadi petrol pump, jungli maharaj road, pune - 05).

    After using it for hardly 4-5 months the shoes started turning yellow and the colour of the shoes have also faded. This is so very disappointing and really not expected from the brand clarks. I am thinking of putting the image of the shoe with my comments on social websites so that customers can have some information on what sort of shoes are being sold from this brand or what can they expect from the brand after buying the shoes of so much cost.

    I remember buying these shoes for rs.3, 500/- or so but looking at the condition they are in currently, i really feel that was a bad choice / decision that i made of buying shoes from the so called brand clarks.

    I will never buy or recommend brand clarks to anyone moving ahead and also will make sure to publish the image on social media websites.

      This is pincho ongmu, invoice no 4545400. I'd like to place a complaint as the product that i received is damaged and i've been calling the customer care no since the day the product was delivered to me but there was no response till now. This compelled me to write this to you as this is utter negligence. This is so not acceptable and also not expected from a reputed brand like this.
      Hope you'll look into this matter as soon as possible. Looking forward to your response.

        It has been informed to your kind office that on 9/05/2016, reading message/display flat 50% off, i along with my friend, visited your clerk store, shop no. g-87, the north country mall, nh-1, mohal kharar road vill: ballo majra, mohali. i selected one footwear shoes mrp 6999 and requested the concerned employee to bill the same and then the cashier punches the tag of shoes and issued the bill and deducted the amount by swiping my state bank atm card. but on checking the bill i shocked that after providing 50% off on the shoes mrp an additional vat @ 13% i. e rs. 455, on said footwear has been charged. i raised objection and requested the store manager that charging of vat is illegal and i only purchased the articles presuming the same on 50 % off. than the store manager replied that i could not get return the sold articles but i will get lodge your complaint with higher authorities and will refund extra amount charged as vat after approval from the higher authorities. further took my contact numbers and address and assured that i will inform when issue would be sought out and assured me that your concern will be resolved within 2 months.
        Till date i visited above store more than 10 times but the manager is dilly-dallying the matter from one pretext to another. as such the present complaint is being presented.
        So vat @ 13 % been charged in illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law, decisions of hon’ble courts and polices of central and state government.
        So by above act it apparent that your company/store is indulged in unfair trade practices and it is advised to your kind office that needful be done as early as possible and i should be informed accordingly. a copy of this notice has been retained in my office for reference and record purposes.

        It has been informed to your kind office that on 21/03/2016, reading message/display flat 50% off, I along with my wife, visited your wood land WOODLAND store, SCO 2, modern square, Desu-majra, opp. HDFC bank, Kharar –Mohali. My wife selected on footwear sandal size 40 bearing article no. 1625114, MRP 2995 and requested the concerned employee to bill the same and he replied that sir please purchase one more article to avail discount 50% off. Showing my helplessness I selected one T-shirt for me which was otherwise not required. Then the cashier punches the tags of both articles and issued the bill and deducted the amount by swiping my state bank ATM card. But on checking the bill I shocked that after providing 50% off VAT @ 14.30% on footwear and 6.05 % on T-shirt has been charged. I raised objection and requested the store manager that charging of vat is illegal and we only purchased the articles presuming the same on 50 % off.           I purchased 5items from the clarks website on 10th august under order number is -4529403 and delivered on 13th august. The size of 2 shoe pairs are big so I want them to be exchanged. I tried calling the customer service number [protected] many times but no answer. Also I e-mailed to the website address but still no response. I don't know how to approach them.

            2 pairs of shoes 'susie deva' ordered were wrongly delivered by clarks against an on line order on n around 30th July . I informed customer care headed by Sakshi n hv been daily sending them mails n reminders for picking up wrong product delivered n refund of money. They asked me to share pics which was also done. Now they r not picking up the wrong product n asking me to courier the shoes to them. Sakshi who heads the customer care is good for nothing. Other than speaking in accented English she knows no work. Clarks customer care n service falls short of their brand name. Hope the company starts to invest in their customer care team as much as they do on their styles n product.
            Now why shld I be couriering them the pcs. Since the mistake is from their end, they need to be rectifying it. They hv stopped responding to mails n their customer care nos r never answered. I need complete refund of my money. Sharing trail mail correspondence with team clarks as below.

                Dear clarks team,

                I am regular user of your shoes /sandals .i am really fond of them. For their comfort factor .
                But this i have purchased one sandals from shoppers stop outlet at Rajouri Garden, Delhi last week but I am sorry to say, I just wore them for an hour, I got bruised near thumbs badly .
                (I already have worn a similar design last year which was very comfortable so I purchased similar design again.)

                I request you to kindly see the replace them or do the needful.

                I hoe you will revert back soon on this issue .

                  I placed a order from clarks.in. order no.4415605.i ordered a shoe of size 8 and Rs 2500/.they sent wrong size and that too they tried to hide.they sent the shoe of size 9 and everywhere on the box they wrote size 8.when i tried to call the customer care to return the product, they didnt answered.i have also written e mails but still they are not answering or replying.

                        I have made a purchase online from clarks.in. i got my product on sat (9th july). the size 5 doesn't fit me well so i want to exchange it and get it replaced by the size 4. i have been calling the customer care since morning but no one is attending my calls or called back. i have already written 3 mails; but no reply yet and i am supposed to contact the customer care within 72hrs. my time is ticking.
                        I am very unhappy with the customer care services. please help me through it. i am facing lots of troubles here.

                          I booked a pair of flip flop, from myntra on 26.10.15, women red embellished, size:5, code:- 7881154, qty:- 01, i received the product on 28.10.15, i have been using 'clarks products" since a very long time but have never experienced such a problem. The problem with the flip flop is that the stitch came off within such a short time o[censored]se, hence i request you to look into the matter and revert back. Your early response to this message will be highly appreciated, i have all the proof of purchase, if required. ( it is still under warrant)

                            Hi, I am extremely disappointed with Clarks. I had purchased a sandals for 4000 and within few months the skin started peeling off and the sole was coming off. When I asked the store to repair it for me they said it would be charged and they would let me know what the cost is. After 2 months and constant following up, today when i went they charged me 250 and the sandals are in a pathetic state. I never expected such service and expected better quality from Clarks for the price am paying. Request you to kindly look into it ASAP. Regards, Simi [protected]

                                This was the third time i ordered a pair which was not in a good condition, this pair has some different looking fake buttons on it, and after 3 returns they are still exchanging it ? What crap is that ! I just need my refund thats it, none of their stupid vouchers and exchange ! Fake footwear Not as shown on website Ripped box in which it was packageda Useless customer service Kindly take a look into this matter ! This has been repeated a number of times.

                                  Please note that I had placed an order for 2 pairs of Sandals on November 22, 2014. The Sandals did not fit me right so I had requested for a return pick up, which they did. They Promised me that they would issue an e-voucher for Rs. 2499 but I still haven't got any communication from them in spite of sending several emails and calls. Nobody seems to answer their Toll Free number. Can't believe that an International Company like Clarks can cheat people. It is very frustrating!!

                                    I have order one pair of shoes with order no 2583983 Customer IP;210.56.114.198 on 14 February 2015and I have sent full payment for this order.but I have not received any material and shipment detail only one order confirmation detail I received by mail. I had written mails to the customer care also but don't find any reply.any also I had done many calls on the customer care but no one reply .I request you please send my payment back as soon as possible otherwise I will go the court.

                                      This is in regards to my online order for 2 pairs of clarks shoes that i had placed online at www.clarks.in on 13th feb 2015. The payment was made through netbanking. I have received a mail from clarks.in sayong that they have received my payment and will dispatch the items soon but they have still not dispatched it. Also when the customer care number is conatcted they do not receive the call. The email id they have provided is also wrong. Please help me as I am being cheated by such a big company like clarks

                                        This is in regards to order that I had placed online at www.clarks.in for 2 pairs of women shoes amounting to Rs. 3948/ which I had placed on the 13th of february 2015. The payment was made online by AXIS bank net banking services. The amount has been deducted from my account and a confirmation mail from clarks.in has also been received by me. The problem is they have still not dispatched the order. When customer care number is contacted, it is not being received. The email id they ave provided is also false. Please help me get my money back.
