I purchased 2 pairs of shoes at clarks, mantri mall, bangalore, i went back to the store a week later complaining that one of the shoes was giving me a problem within an hour of me wearing it so had to remove it. I returned the shoe in the same box giving my details to the store person and he promised to contact me within 2 days. I have not received any call, its 8 days since. I returned the shoe on 18th june. I tried contacting the store number but its constantly engaged, i suspect the line is faulty. I called the customer care toll free number, no one picked up, i was told i will be called back, again no response. This has been happening for the last 3 days when i am desperately trying to reach someone atleast. I would like someone to please respond and tell me what is going on, this is not acceptable
