      I have had 3 pair of clarks shoes to come apart. I have worn clarks for years but now i am getting scared to wear them. What is going on?

        Last year i purchased a pair of clarks gobi boots. During lockdown period i didn't wore them. Due to which the were left lying in the rack and when i took them out, their sole has melted down and has become very much sticky. The weird thing is that the sole has melted down but the same material on heel is perfectly fine. It is a rubber silicon sole. I hope you will look into this matter and help in getting them repaired.

          This sandals i purchased on[protected] at bangalore indiranagar 100 feet road store.
          After 2 months this sandals buckle got cut and i have return to same store for servicing or replacing to new sandals, after 45 days store manager repalaid this is not possible to repair or replace...?.

              I have bought a pair of shoes on 8th november 2019 from clarks official website which got delivered on 11th november 2019. When after try the shoe i noticed that the right foot shoe is defective, so i lodge a complaint on company's official website, after that i got a auto reply that i will be contacting very soon. But still after several mail, no reply received form company.

              Infect there toll free no. Is also not connecting me to the customer executive.

              I request you to please help me to get the justice, and my money back.

              My order exchange No.[protected] Orabella Gem's has been picked up but hvnt recived any call for refund and now got a call for delivery of exchange order but to my surprise i had to pay again. Usually wen u place an exchange order and ur previous order hs bn picked up u get ur exchanged stuff with the same money u hd bought the earlier one ryt?
              Neither hv i received any call for refund nor is there any way i cn contact them.
              Please look into the matter asap.

                I bought a shoes from clarks official website the size was not proper i sent the product back after sending regular mails and continues call on the toll free number i didn't got the refund.

                The toll free customer service number are utter useless. No representative will ever recieve the calls. Just waste of time.

                  I purchased unstructured clarks shoes on 7th august and started using it only to find that it started biting my both little toes very badly and it is swollen, mr chetan the shop keeper saw the same and apologized for the same. I am expecting change in the product and nothing less. Very disappointed with the product and the service.
                  Please oblige and do the needful. Expecting a positive response from you.

                    I have sought refund of shoes returned through the designated courier service on 16. 07.2019. Return pick up receipt of the consignment is also enclosed. However, even after so many emaila I have not received refund to the tune of Rs. 2249/- . I have tried calling up the customer care service but the call is left unanswered. I will be thankful if this matter is given serious attention and refund made at the earliest.

                      I ordered a pair of shoes on 14 April with Clarks shoes with an ETA of 5-7 business days. After 3 months they delivered a T-shirt instead of shoes. Delhivery courier confirmed they did not deliver shoes as the package size was small. My order no:[protected]. I complained to customer care but there's no proper action was taken to deliver the shoes or refund my money.

                        I purchased these on 6-24-19 from my local bealls dept store i seen them at j c penney and was told they were sold at bealls to. So i went to the store to see if they had any luckily they had one pair of my size left. These were the only shoes that my grandma would wear and she had very nice taste so i decided to buy them. I love the look the color. The problem i have is they fit perfect the first week now it's like they have stretched my feet slide up in them when i walk causing it to be uncomfortable. I am going to return them to bealls tom. I usually don't complain but these are not considered cheap, sandals to me and i thought they should not have stretched so soon.                           I purchased 2 pairs of shoes at clarks, mantri mall, bangalore, i went back to the store a week later complaining that one of the shoes was giving me a problem within an hour of me wearing it so had to remove it. I returned the shoe in the same box giving my details to the store person and he promised to contact me within 2 days. I have not received any call, its 8 days since. I returned the shoe on 18th june. I tried contacting the store number but its constantly engaged, i suspect the line is faulty. I called the customer care toll free number, no one picked up, i was told i will be called back, again no response. This has been happening for the last 3 days when i am desperately trying to reach someone atleast. I would like someone to please respond and tell me what is going on, this is not acceptable

                            I registered with clarks sometimes back using my mobile number. From last 1 week i'm going on receiving messages that your password has been reset. Then came a message order submitted. What the hell. Never placed any order.

                            Entered my account using otp and found some [protected]@hotmail.com hacked my account and placed order. Tried calling clarks multiple time without any response from them, everytime they are disconnecting the call after some time. Sent email to their customer care id. No response,

                            This is a crime and clarks is just misusing my number and account. Even after i sent email they are reluctant and didn't responded. I'm harassed unnecessarily.

                            Need urgent resolution
                            Bought my second pair of Clark’s Leisa Sandels in April. I love then but after wearing them for about a month, the right sole began to squeak. How can I correct this issue? I’m not asking for a refund, the shoes are comfortable but the squeaking is very annoying. I don’t know how to resolve this.
                            I have ordered one pair of shoes of Clark’s via Clark’s.in online.i was not happy with product so I have returned it as your terms and conditions, and even your courier boy had picked it up.its around more than month but still don’t have refund yet.. my order no is[protected] and order date 1/6/2019.your system shows refund iniated.plz help

                              Soles separated and leather started tearing at the ankle of both boots within TEN wears, 2 months after purchase. Clarks will not honour their warranty and refuse refund or replacement. Clarks is ignoring all calls and emails.
                              Clarks Customer Care dares to say that I must have MADE HOLES WITH A SHARP OBJECT. This is a ridiculous and cheap attempt to avoid honouring their own warranty. These are expensive Rs 11, 000/- boots bought in a sale for more than Rs8000/- on assurance that Clarks never sells damaged or substandard goods. They have a REPUTATION TO MAINTAIN.

                                I ordered a pir of shoes on date 03/05/2019 with order no.[protected] but as they were delivered, i found them to be a size larger than my size so i returned the shoes but even after it has been 15 days there is no refund has placed from your side, please refund me for my order asap.in customer services no one is responding over the phone on 1800 no. And even as it says on the website that refund will be done in the 15 working days it appears to be more than 25 days still the situation is same. I am definitely not happy regarding the services of clarks india.

                                  I ordered (Prepaid) two pairs of shoes (Order number[protected] on may 10 from www.clarks.in, of which one was ordered by mistake so i cancelled it immediately within a few minutes of ordering, the cancellation was rejected by clarks. So i thought i would return it once it gets delivered, but i only received one pair of shoes and not the one that i intended to cancel. Then i receive a mail saying that the order stands delivered. I've sent them numerous e-mails stating the same but nothing has been done till date. Kindly help me in getting this resolved.

                                    I bought some clarks black dress shoes about one year ago.
                                    The back area of the shoe is deteriorating. I have not had a pair of shoes do this. Pieces of the leather? Is peeling off.
                                    I usually get a lot of wear from a pair of clark's shoes but these shoes look really bad and i cannot wear them.

                                      The said order no.[protected] dated 31.3.19 was delivered on 2.4.19. However, it was seen that the size of sillian stork shoe is smaller than what we required and also width of the shoe is not as per our requirement. Accordingly, we returned the same and initiated return online on clarks website within a few days of delivery.
                                      We did not receive any refund for 15 days. On enquiry with clarks, i was informed that refund has been initiated on 23.4.19.. But i have not received the same. I have asked clarks to give me bank details so that i can send a snap shot of my bank account but they have neither provided such details nor granted refund till date

                                      Shoes returned but refund not recieved yet. No answer from customer care number. No email rply. You guys are the worst. Should be banned in india. Better resolve this issue. Asap. Or atleast reply or answer the calls.

                                        I bought a pair of shoes from clarks.in on 16th april. The shoes were a size bigger and hence i returned them on 20th april (On the next day of delivery). However, i have not got the refund yet although it is three weeks now. The status on the site says 'refund initiated'. I have been trying to connect to their customer support but it says 'our executives are busy, we will call back'. I received a call back. I have sent numerous emails but did not reveive any reply. Not even an acknowledgement. It is a clear case of fraud by such a renowned brand. They don't even have a grievance cell. I tried to reach out to their management on linkedin but haven't received any reply yet.
