    Hello,
    I am writing you this mail to complaint about quality of your product. Few days back, nearly month and a half i ordered a pair of clark’s shoes from official website. My registered mail i’d is [protected]@ yahoo.com. I wore this shoe 2 times and when 3rd time when i was wearing it i noticed that sole of shoe is coming out kinda detaching from the tip of shoe as you can see in the pictures i have attached. I am really very disappointed with the quality of product. I request you to give me full refund for my product or i want replacement. I am big fan of clark’s but this product disheartened me.
    I hope you guys will do some justice to it.

      I had purchased these sandals from clarks in december from inorbit mall. However i removed them for use just yesterday ie. 2oth feb. After wearing them and stepping out i realized that the size is incorrect, the right sandal size is larger than the left one.

      However, i had thrown the bill when they were unpacked, and have worn it for a day, as was in the hurry to go to office and realized the size issue only then.

      Please advise if the company will replace now. The purchase was done in good faith, we do not always check if the packed size is incorrect.

        I ordered a shoes from official site of clark s bhut i received a fake shoes which not that one which i ordered after that it is returned and no refunds is given on calling customer care no. Says we intiated it will take 10-14 days but today is one month completd no refunds on calling customer care no. No response from last week's only says all excetive are busy right now

          Myself satish and i have purchased 'step isle slip navy ' color cloudstepper shoe on november 11th 2018 at clarks exclusive showroom located at forum mall hyderabad.

          I have purchased these shoes by paying rs5499/- and with in one month the shoe color is faded. I am attaching the shoe pic for your reference. I have given complaint at showroom today and they informed me to drop a mail to you.

          Being a branded shoe and with in purchase of one month how come the color is faded? I have raised the same doubt when purchasing and the store team has assured that this is a top brand and these shoes are washable as well, but with in one month these shoes became like ordinary low priced shoes.

          After visiting the store with the faulted shoe from where i purchase they simply said to drop mail to customer care.. When i bought shoe at the store itself why should i drop mail to customer care for resolution?

          The store people even denied to keep the faulted shoe at store and the response i got from store manager is also pathetic. It seems they are least bothered about the customer complaints after selling the product

          Any how please do the needful and build the trust which i lost on clarks brand

            I bought one pair of mens black formal shoe last year however within six months the cushioned foot ed inside tore apart and leather quality poor as well. I am attaching screenshot of that as well.
            Hence would request you to go ahead and send me a replacement product to the address mentioned here or refund my money rs 3250 else i am gonna raise complsint to the regulators.

              Went to your store in citiwalk (Delhi) and was asked to contact only by mail.
              Not sure why a store where we buy the product is not entertaining customers for a complaint. And the email he gave,,, mail bounced back.

              I these shoes just over an year back and have developed cracks on the shoe leather.
              Your sales staff did try and tell me what all i could have done wrong. It is a shoe which goes to office and back, no adventurous on th eway

              From what made me buy a clark — this is certainly not a quality expected from clarks.

                I have bought clarks sandals 2/3 month back from ambience mall gurgaon but now condition turns very old/bad so for us its unable to use.

                As a brand we can expect such quality issue form clarks so need urgent intervention to close this asap.

                So please arrange to repalce or refund.

                  The Clarks shoes have been purchased some time ago but very sparingly used. The Elastic of Right Shoe become loose making it impossible to use this pair of shoes. I have shown the shoes to Clarks Shop at R City Mall Ghatkoper Mumbai. The Store manager has taken a picture of the shoe and also noted my contact details. No response since 2 weeks. Please advise how and where I can get the elastic professionally replaced.

                  Placed order for beckfield limited black shoes of 6 size. But they delivered 9 size. Given wrong email I’d and wrong customer care number. Mails get bounced and customer care number never gets connected.
                  Do not know how and why such a brand of international repute resorts to such a fraudulent practice

                    I have purchased clarks shoes from cental mall, vashi on 15.07.2018 of mrp rs. 5000/- in 50% discounted sale. But in one week only, shoes sole got ripped from shoe. When i visited the central mall vashi, customer care lounge, i was surprised by the comments and behaviour of employees, as they clearly said there is no warranty/guarantee on discounted items under sale and refused to serve on the issue. I just explained that shoes got ripped in one week only which is not in sync with brand value of clarks/central. Even though they refused to serve by quoting the same reason. They also said that i have to get shoe sole pasted/repaired from outside agencies/market with bearing charges of the same. I felt cheated that paying so much money, i have not got value of money as i have not gone to buy clark shoe in central mall to purchase a shoe with a life of 1 week and then left no where and getting mentally harassed by visiting market to get my brand new shoe repairing with my own money. Not only clarks duped me but also central is adding its contribution to my agony. Then i requested to staff of customer care lounge of central mall, vashi to get my sole repair/paste from clark company, if they are not going to exchange the shoe. After a long while, they have said they would send the shoe to company subject to company decision to repair it or not and i need to contact them after 20 days. Even though i deserve a exchange, i am forced to have a defective shoe. My question to company is that "is this their brand value that their shoe cant stand for 1 week or this is simple way of duping customers on the name of sale?" my money got totally wasted. I have no choice instead of compromising with such unethical behavior of clarks/central. And my simple request to both, i[censored] cant serve your customer, then stop cheating your customer on name of sale/offers. And one question is "why i should have defective shoes when i have paid the money as per your invoice?" also, i request to competent authority, please help me on the issue & help me to get worth of my money.

                      Dear sir
                      I am wearing your slippers. The colour came off and stained my feet purple. I am really disappointed in the quality you have provided me and demand that you take some action to rectify the same. This is what I get after paying Rs. 4999 for the shoe? The colour is not getting off my foot despite repeated scrubbing and washing. My foot has turned purple. Even the shoes from the roadside shops don't give us such poor quality.
                      Please do look in the matter, this is not what is expected from a a company like clarks. Waiting to hear from you

                        Hi sir, although i am a regular customer of clark shoes and also big fan of your quality product but recently i have purchased one paire of shoes from saket mall clark showroom ( new delhi ), first they have sale me wrong pair of shoe when i went to change the pair they only shifted bottom pad, they are also saying that you can call or put a mail to anybody.

                          I purchased clarks shoes yesterday at pavilion mall, pune with a discount. When i was conversing with the sales clerk about global warranty which is normal with clarks, i was shocked when he said it does not apply to discounted shoes.
                          I wanted to know if the product was defective to be sold at discount. But he told me it was outdated colour. I really want to understand why can't the warranty stand for this product. Are the shoes are defective & sold under false pretense?

                            Mr. Kanishk explained the scheme in detail and offered us free coupons for 6
                            Nights and 7 days free stay for 4 persons in any of the hotels empanelled
                            By you under rci and hotel clark's. We were asked to deposit rs.3500/
                            Which we paid in cash for two free vouchers one in my name and other in the
                            Name of my daughter for free stay. It was told that we can enjoy the free
                            Stay in a year in single stay or split stay as per our convenience.

                              I bought a pair of clarks shoes in sale in the month of august 2017, from clarks showroom, central mall, sea woods mumbai, iwhile wearing first time it was quite unfortable for me, so i kept the sjoes as it is as i have to go to abroad for 6 months, after returning yo india when i tried wearing shoes with liner and shoe insole, again it was unfortable n hurting my feet then i observed that the both shoes asides are dissimilar.

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I been a die hard user of clarks footwear but my recent experience has been so disappointing and has left me so disheartened. I never expected such poor quality shoes from the house of clarks.
                                  I purchased arista abe in nude colour size 5 and kept it for a special occasion but when i wore them yesterday for the first time this is what happened (*images attached).
                                  There has to be a reasonable explanation for something like this to happen in a single use.
                                  Kindly favour me with a reply.

                                    You have sent this mail for exchange from the store, and store is also marked cc in this mail, now while connecting with store person, he is denied for the same, is this the way of working?

                                    I am surprised to see the behavior of your store manager and customer care dept. As they are saying, just to avoid this mail, as they have sent by mistake. And your store manager is replying like - "haa mayur bol na" is this a way of language you people use in your organisation??? I have a recorded conversation for the same. Which can be available whenever it will required.

                                    It is not necessary to denied my request just because of being a ex employee of clarks india, i have not purchased this shoes free of cost, neither clarks has given any discount (As an ex employee of clarks), whatever price of this shoes are paying by other people, i have also paid the same. So you people cannot explain me over the call, that i am an ex employee and you people cant do it.

                                    Now i will put this approval mail to social media and other platforms, i will also take a legal action for the same.

                                      Store manager at phoenix mall bangalore was very rude. I am a very regular and satisfied customer of clarks until now. Conveyed by dissatisfaction to manager as my shoes worn only once are extremely comfortable which is almost impossible in case of clarks. No help was provided. I want immediate return as shoes are hurting me a lot. Very expensive shoes, no discount was on.

                                        I had bought a pair of patent leather heels from clarks a few years ago. I recently open dilip the box to wear them for an occasion and they have changed colour and become a horrendous golden colour from a beige. This is unexpected especially when kept inside a box, i live in bangalore and there is no humidity etc for thai to take place. Your shoes are expensive and this is least expected. Pictures are attached. I[censored] look on the side of the shoe, thets the original colour, beige. I want a response on this immediately.

                                        The sole of the shoe is so slick that I cannot wear them because I fear slipping. They have been worn only a couple of times. I cleaned the sole but they are still slippery. The sole feels like there is an oil on them that makes them unsafe to wear. I have worn Clark’s for years and never had this happen before.
