14/8/17 ordered two pairs o[censored]k size 6 wave dazzle instead got two pairs of other shoes. Autumn sun size uk 4 and trigen step uk size 6&1/2 on 26/07/17
This is the second time clarks india has done this to me! Please arrange a pick up asap and refund my money!
The customer service doest take call vendor after i tried many many times. I thinks clarks should live up to its reputation and stop harassing us customers

    On June 30th I have ordered the shoes with size of 6+ and was promised the product will be delivered in 7 days, and received my product after 20 days even doing numerous follow up and on their customer care no. There is no one to answer call every time I had to write an email to get the response and their general eta on email is 3 working days. Despite of taking so much pain and patience they have sent the incorrect product with different shoe size.
    Most pathetic service and harassment I have experienced dealiy with Clarks and their customer care team. Will certainly be filling complaint as I have wrote and email to return the product and refund my money almost 2 days ago and there is no response and as always no one answer their toll free no.

      I have ordered two shoes from clark's online on june 30th where they promised a delivery time. Of 7 days. A week later i got an email saying order will be delayed due to gst with no confirmation on delivery date (That's horrendous!). I have emailed them several times whenever i send a harsh email to cancel my order and issue refund they would send an auto-response saying my order will be dispatched in 48 hours. I have tried calling their toll free number (Atleast ten times on three consecutive days) and no answer. Is there anyway to lodge a complaint in the consumer court for delayed delivery/not issuing refund upon request? Any help would be very useful

        I ordered clarks felicia denim blue bellies from clarks site directly and paid an amount of rs.2100 online on july 2nd. I got a reply that order is confirmed. But didn't receive the product till date. I mailed at their site but of no use and the site does not have an option of refund. Please help me get back my money. I would like to get my money back from these cheaters. And please no one buy anything from clarks site.
        I am in the same boat. Ordered mine three weeks ago, got an email saying order will be delayed due to GST and then no news. Their customer service doesn't pick up.amu calls. Is there anyway to lodge a complaint in the consumer court? Any update would be very useful

          Dear sir,
          I have ordered a clarks shoes reference number dgr9vg23n in may via blue dart and received the order on 24th may. I ordered uk size 5 and one shoe is no.5 and the other one is number 6. The interesting thing is the shoe size details note was taken out from the number 5 one and attached on the bigger size shoe on number 6. I thought amazon was reputed dealer and this is such a scam. I can't even return the product, even if i returned the refund won't be done as per what i heard.

          We shop online because we don't have the luxury of time to go shopping and coz its unavailable in our country. This is such a shame and scam. I am never going to order again and would encourage others not to do so as well. What a scam and shame on the sellers.
          Very frustrating.

            I had ordered two shoes on 5th May 2017 from Clarks online website. The total amount of the order was 3800 INR after discount having order id: C[protected]. It has been already 7 days from the date of purchase but there has been no response or communication regarding the order status, the order stays undelivered. Please help me to find the order status and get the order delivered at the earliest else they should refund the entire amount to my credit card.

              Purchased a slipper, in which revert was repaired and went for service to brooke field shop coimbatore, sales person ranjith not responded properly and also he handled me in a irritated manner. (Tempting me to file a case in consumer court) in this aspect i request you to take action and to rectify my problem in the product. And also the person should apologies for his behavior.

              when i opened, the product is not as like as the clarks site photos
              so i want to exchange the product .. how i exchange this product to??????????????

                They are not even responding on their mail. Kindly make them dispatch the order or cancel it as i need this product urgently.

                  I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes from clarks.in on 3rd Feb 17 vide order ID No # C[protected] but we are still waiting for the order which has not been dispatched yet. I have called the customer care for several times but was telling that the said items are on proceed.

                  Kindly deliver as soon as possible since my child's are eagerly waiting for the orders made.

                    "f- 149 Ambience mall, Gurgaon, india.
                    There was a huge poster saying 10% extra discount and confirmed by the sales manager but when i went to pay, they said only over Rs 7000 of purchase which was printed in small print( not readable to naked eye)
                    Manager Mr Wasim then blamed clarks marketing people but i felt cheated as i was not told about the 7000 clause.
                    am very disappointed and argued even, i still made the purchase however but wanted to point out as a customer that i felt wronged.

                      Hi Team,

                      I placed an order on Clarks.in for Gosworth Walk shoes (UK 9) with order number C[protected]/12/2016). I received an e-mail on 28/12/2016 from clarks mentioning that they would not be able to fulfil the order die to quality issues found in the product and refund would be initiated soon. I went to their website again and found that shoe is still available and placed an another order of same shoes with order number C[protected]/12/2016) and this time i was lucky that i received my shoes on Dec 31.

                      The major concern is that i received an sms from bluedart about the first order on Jan 2 2017 that your shoes will be delivered today which was very surprising as first order was cancelled by Clarks.in. I immediately called Clarks customer care mentioning that why you are sending the order C[protected] which was cancelled as i had already received my second order. Customer care person asked me to deny the delivery by bluedart and refund would be initiated once item will reach to warehouse. Bluedart courier person just delivered the item to my apartment security person and not handed over to me personally and put my fake signature at his own. I called clarks customer care on 3 Jan 2017 to mention and asked for taking the item back and refund my money. Since then i am struggling to get the item picked up from my house and i have called multiple times and each time i am getting new date for pick-up. There is no fault of mine and my money got stuck with clarks and pathetic customer service executive who are just reading automated script to customers and there is no communication from clarks in this issue. i would like to submit a complaint against company's process for threating customers like this.

                        Recently I ordered a sandal from Clarks.in (website) for rupees 4399 (ordered on 21st December). The money was transacted from my account but the product wasn't sent on the ETA provided by Clarks, it has been a month now. When I inquired they didn't respond properly, they were saying that they didn't receive the money even though I sent them my transaction receipt thourgh e-mail. It is frustrating beacuse I have never had such problem with any e-commerce website before.

                          I stay in Gurgaon and when it comes to footwears, my only choice is Clarks. i have bought 4 pairs of Clarks in last 6 months. My last purchase being at Ludhiana MBD mall Clarks exclusive store on 24th Dec, 16.
                          I liked a pair of shoes which the sales person told me.. is on discount. The price he told me was Rs. 4200/- after discount. I tried the pair, liked it and asked him to pack it. He took my card for swipe and entered the amount and asked for my pin. I entered the pin and he packed my bill in carry bag and gave to me. I walked out of the store with the carry bag, content with my shopping.
                          Today I am back in Gurgaon and while sorting out my bills, found out that the actual amount charged on my credit card was Rs. 4899/- instead of Rs. 4200/-
                          You would agree that nowadays you are not required to sign the credit card payment slip, hence don't come to know how much amount has actually been swiped. I would have expected this much decency from the sales guy that before swiping the card, he had told me the amount he is going to charge me.

                          My earlier purchases from Clarks have been from Oxford Street London and online stores and have truly appreciated the customer service and product satisfaction. This time I am really disappointed because of this extra swipe of Rs. 700/-. Hence request that this amount is refunded back to me at the earliest possible.

                          Hope for a quick resolution to my concern.

                          I had bought shoes from infinity Malad mall in July 2016 end fresh stock (of clarks) and these shoes were torned within 5 months
                          Bcoz of sweat the logo of clarks is come out and even the behind portion means the part which faces ur heel there the leather is coming out

                            I am struggling to get my money back amounting Rs 2700 from Clarks. I ordered a pair of shoes from Clarks and made a payment via Debit card, due to some failure at their payment gateway amount was deducted from my account and these people are not refunding back. They are just fooling me around, transaction was made on 2nd Dec 2016 and still i have not received any confirmation from them when am i getting my refund.

                                I purchase slippers from clarks.in on 26/09/16 and size delivered was small. I have been sending mailers to them since 2/10/16 on customer. These companies should be banned for selling their products if they are involved in such fraudulant activities.

                                  Given there for repair/ replacement on 5th September 2016 and still they have not given me the shoes back.

                                  Now when called them they said that they have not received Mh shoes back from Clarks.
                                  Is this the time span for replacement of Clarks shoes
                                  Hope I get feedback on priority.

                                    I have bought shoes from clarks.in paying upfront rs 3157.20. However i got mail from the company that the stock is not available and i will get my refund in 48 hrs. Ever since i have been following and waiting and no refund has been received in my account till date. It is 22 days now. Customer care number just puts you on hold and dont respond. Reminder mails are not getting responded.

                                    Wondering what should i be doing further to recover my monies. Can you help please.

                                      My order dated 02/09/2016, order through clarks.in with Order ID: 4621397 and shipment detail AWB No.: [protected] (Blue Dart) has not been delivered till today, i.e. 21/09/2016 after passage of 19 days.
                                      There has been no sign for attempt for delivery of the product, nor have i got any calls or mail regarding the non delivery of product. I have also sent complain to customer.[protected]@clarks.in but it has not been replied. Calls made to number posted on clarks.in has also not been answered.
                                      Please take corrective measures as the earliest and take necessary action for delivery of the package. Thank you

                                        Please go through the details of my correspondence since the past month & you would certainly conclude that how indifferent these people are.
