got selected in cognizant in 23rd march also i got my date of joining on 28th april but i met with an accident on 25 april i even requested the HR team to kindly allow me to defer my joining date and provided them with my medical certificate but instead of deferring the date they canceled my offer can you now help me in finding the options that i am left with

Just verify this by sending a 100 % eligible candidate for a position posted for salary above 10 lakhs, ask him to post his CV in Cognizant's Career portal. Though the candidate is 100 % eligible he won't even get a call from the HR department atleast just for a formality. Try sending the same Eligibility Satisfying Candidate's CV/ Resume to the respective HR's official mail ID - they will SHIFT+ DELETE all the resumes they receive in their official webmail for jobs above 10 lakhs and wont even look at the resumes posted through company's career portal. They just bribe huge amounts by which they are earning more than 20 + lakhs per annum . If you support these cheap HRs then try the above and then you'll feel the highest point of corrupted sector in the entire India. I kindly request Cognizant's Directors and Vice Presidents to check the webmails of the HRs and the posted resumes in cognizant's own job portal - careers page- to know the truth at least one in a week. This will remove all the Chennai based Cognizant HRs crime filled with bribery and corruption.

I have been selected for CTS on 19th Feb 2015 and submitted documents after 3 days. HR explained me everything about policies of the company etc etc and said he will release offer letter within a week's time. But when I called after a couple of weeks reminding him about offer letter he said there is no update from business team and once he get update he will let me know. Days passed and its been almost two months and I have not heard any communication from them !! When I tried to get them through mail I got to know that concerned HR is no longer available with the company and no other person responds to any calls that we try to reach them !!! A company which has got the least values !! At least they should tell something or the other instead making us to wait for months together... Its good even if we don't select but they select people and make them wait like fools !! And its a case with almost everyone who had taken up the interview in the month of Feb.

I, Ayaskanta Praharaj, an ex-employee of Cognizant, Bangalore (Employee id- 147772) have given my PF withdrawal form (PF A/c NO: TN/MS/31309/043890) dully filled to my previous employer Cognizant, Chennai and they applied in Nov 2013. I remember correctly, I asked matrix call services to disable my number 2 months back. Why I am still getting bills? They can check their call record for disable request. Why I got bill of 9616.89 on 11/10. They have to recall this amount immediately.

My PF account no. is TN/MAS/31309/186091 & MH/121239/333. I have submitted my PF withdrawal application with duly signed by me to Cognizant Technology Solutions, Bangalore in August 2013. Even after 14 months of applying for my PF, i have still not received my PF.After sending them a lot of reminders they came up with - "Please be informed that, your PF withdrawal request has been processed and the same has been lined up for submission. Since, we had submitted PF forms in bulk, PF officers are working on those submitted request. Hence the submission process was pro-longed. However we have lined up the PF forms according to the receipt dates (FIFO).." And they said it would take next few months for the issue to get resolved. I need to wait for some more time till we get clarity from the PF office on the PF transfer/withdrawal for the associates.
