I, Ayaskanta Praharaj, an ex-employee of Cognizant, Bangalore (Employee id- 147772) have given my PF withdrawal form (PF A/c NO: TN/MS/31309/043890) dully filled to my previous employer Cognizant, Chennai and they applied in Nov 2013. But PF dept has asked them to reapply with some clarifications in Jan 2014. Since then I am doing repeated follow up with Cognizant payroll team to ask for status and to reapply. But they are not replying at all. Request you to tell me what is the alternative for me. Thanks Ayaskanta Praharaj

      Its been long time i am waiting for Offer letter, Everything Completed from my end, only offer letter is pending from HR team and also i am getting system generated email like your EDOJ is approaching, and you to confirm offer status with HR team like that.When i drop email to corresponding HR, they simply said it could be system error, Please ignore.but when i asked for offer status there is no reply from HR team.Poor response.
      Same here! It has been more than 6 months waiting for the offer letter! due to their urgency i have left my previous job also ! Am still waiting for the offer letter from them. Lost hope and now searching for a new job! Dont understand why they are recruiting if they cant place people immediately!

      irritating factor is their poor response!

        Hi Team,

        I'm Srinivas Working as IT employee in Bangalore.

        As i was selected for Hyderabad location and HR sent a mail like, send the required documents and we will arrange an HR round and release the offer.

        After one week, i called up and asked about the status on Feb 9 2015 .
        He told that " i will call u in another 30 Mins..
        After that he didn't come back.Yesterday Night i have reminded him through mail, today morning i got a mail like:

        The points here under consideration are:

        1)I'm looking especially for Hyderabad Location because of my personal issues
        2)If they dont want me, they can tell immediately or in a couple of weeks time, so that i can explore some more opportunities accordingly.
        3) I put almost all hopes, because it is almost done till HR round and i didn't explore any opportunity because of professional and ethical values

Hr said that im selected and offer letter will be send on monday (8.9.2014) to my mail.But till now im not received offer letter.I does not know what are the issues are going .                 I remember correctly, I asked matrix call services to disable my number 2 months back. Why I am still getting bills? They can check their call record for disable request. Why I got bill of 9616.89 on 11/10. They have to recall this amount immediately.

                  My PF account no. is TN/MAS/31309/186091 & MH/121239/333. I have submitted my PF withdrawal application with duly signed by me to Cognizant Technology Solutions, Bangalore in August 2013. Even after 14 months of applying for my PF, i have still not received my PF.After sending them a lot of reminders they came up with - "Please be informed that, your PF withdrawal request has been processed and the same has been lined up for submission. Since, we had submitted PF forms in bulk, PF officers are working on those submitted request. Hence the submission process was pro-longed. However we have lined up the PF forms according to the receipt dates (FIFO).." And they said it would take next few months for the issue to get resolved. I need to wait for some more time till we get clarity from the PF office on the PF transfer/withdrawal for the associates. I would really appreciate if you could look into this issue and help me getting my PF money. Thanks, Hari

                    i have sumitted my PF forms while serving the notice itself in june 2014, however still i have not recieved any acknowledgement from cognizant. when i check online its states no information /data available. now its almost 6 m still no update at all. please advise asap

                                2 of the Cognizant Bus was driven recklessly this morning @ siruseri Sipcot Signal on 11th August 2014. Me and my 3ys old daughter were trying to take a right turn carefully as the signal was not turned on by 8 40 am. 2 of the cognizant buses just crosses right trying to enter the sipcot. Without slowing down the vehicle they just with high speed where myself caught inbetween the two buses with a naroow gap, God grace nothing happened, but it was a horrifying experience for us for a fraction of seconds especially for my 3 year old kid.
