I requested IPIN and web PIN for HDFC FoodPlus card 1 week ago. This is my complain ID:mump[protected]. EPF Claim under process for long time

Dear Sir/Madam,

My PF account number is TN/MAS/31309/129541. A claim request was filed on 23/12/2011. I have not received total claim till now from the EPF.
Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("under process") every time.
Is there any way I can get the remaining claim amout faster?
