I had given interview with cognizant in Bangalore. After clearing technical, managerial, client and HR round, I had been told that offer letter will be released in a week. But its been 3 weeks now they haven't released offer letter. I mailed the HR but no reply from them. When i called them they are saying business has said to keep the offer letter on hold and they will release the offer letter once business gives go ahead.


If there are no openings or if they wait for business go ahead after all the rounds, why they will conduct the interviews

      Many students all over from India got placed in Cognizant through off campus and on campus interviews.. They got the offer letters.. But we are not getting the joining letter..Its been more than 1 year after interview.. when we tried to contact Cognizant, they are saying only only thing.."The Joining will be based on business requirements only" .. so we are waiting since months.. every student is frustrated because of this.. Where are you Cognizant?? if you dont want us, then why you gave us hopes ?? :/ you can see many groups in facebook created by us.. the students are waiting for cognizant deferring other offers.. atleast mail the students a tentative date of joining please..

        I am Pradeep Daram . Ex-employee of Cognizant. I applied for withdrawal of my PF while leaving the organization. Till now I have not yet received my PF amount. Its more than 18 months now. I wrote repeated emails but no response for the same . In some of the email conversation I had, I was told that, there was a typo in my father name and so, was rejected by PF officials. After that, I forwarded all the required documents like, ID proof, form 5A, etc 6 months. Now, I have not yet received my PF amount. I don't see any results while checking my PF balance online. I didn't have any updates from your end too. My only concern is, did anybody withdrew my PF amount? Because I never faced these kind of issues with any of my earlier companies. And, its more than 18 months I left Cognizant. Can anybody please help me to get my money? Till now, I was thinking Cognizant is the only company professionally managed in comparison with other service companies in India. But, its seems complete ridiculous. :-(

          Hi, I resigned Cognizant in the month of February 2015, its more than 9 month now, As per update received from PF office, my application has been rejected and they sent the details to my employer, and employer need to resubmit my PF withdrawal application. I have mailed them several times and tried to call them so many time, but i am not getting any response. Please can you check my PF status with Cognizant. My employee id 312716.

            Hi, My name is Zinia Mukherjee, working in Cognizant Technology Solutions. In last February I received a call from an employee of HDFC stating that HDFC is providing credit card to cognizant employees without any extra cost/hidden cost as per collaboration. I agreed but never used the credit card, the card is intact in the envelop as of now. Few days after receiving the credit card, another person called me and literally forced me to pursue a policy against my card to make it secure. I denied multiple times, then he suggested to agree as of then and he would cancel it later whenever I would ask him to stop it. The very next day I called him to stop the policy, he agreed but did not do it. I was continuously getting bills against my card. After couple of days I called him again and talked to his manager as well. That senior person also agreed to stop the policy immediately but did not keep his word too. Few days later I called customer care and then they advised me too send hard copy mail to their Chennai office, I did that even. But it was of no use. I am still getting the bills, and it is getting higher and higher day by day which has reached now minimum 8000rs.. They are now sending representative to my home address to collect the money which I have never used. They are harassing me everyday over phone calls and mails. This is just not expected from a 'so-called' renowned bank like HDFC. Why should I pay them money when I have not used it even? Thanks, Zinia Mukherjee meet.[protected]@gmail.com

              I could not dream a dream that the prestigious IT house like Cognizant may recruit such a lower grade employee ! The name of the Employee is Mr. Anurag Sinha (probably employed in your pune branch). He is a B.Tech pass-out from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. Actually he was my student while I was in KIIT. Today in the morning suddenly he threw a slang (tremendous abusive word)to my facebook (although he was not in my friend circle) chat box. In fact many of my friends are senior members of your esteemed house and I feel proud that are employed in a esteemed company like Cognizant.The screen shot of that chat box is attached herewith. Is your house presently giving efficient training to the younger aspirants "How to talk vulgar words publicly"?

              After passing this ill comment Mr Anurag has blocked me in accessing his facebook account so that I cannot reach him anymore. Still I have enough respect for this prestigious house, but have you ever felt that due to these type o[censored]nprofessional personalities in your company, it is earning bad image !!

              Soon, I will post this event to different social medias so that society remain aware of this kind of happening from a prestigious, organization like Cognizant.

              Hope you should take strong action against this type o[censored]nprofessional personalities ..otherwise this type of activity will never end ...!!

                I had a issue with my Food card. When i use it. I get a error as contact Help desk. I called customer service and asked the info. they explained there is no issue with the card or no issues with bank end. They said will send me a new card. i received a new card, Still i get the same error. Is there any one can help me out in this. I tried called customer service, cant reach a person to help me out. IVR keep disconnects me. I walked in to the branch which is in Ramanujam Tech Park. They said nothing can be done from there end. I need to contact customer service. I have no idea what to do now.                   I have been to cognizant for an interview on 12th September 2015 at Bangmane tech park, Bangalore. i have cleared all the rounds of interview and i was told to leave for the day and HR will call me on coming Monday i.e 14th September. But as of now i have not got any response from their end. This same thing had happened to one of my very close friend also. Either they are wasting time of the candidate, or somebody somewhere is changing the details of the candidate from someone else. I strongly believe that the person who was handling all those forms is doing some kind of goo[censored]p. I don't know the name of the person, but i can recognize him from his face.Calling candidate for the interview, and wasting their entire day is really unethical and disgraceful from their part.                     In a branch of cognizant in metukupam, located at premises of ASV suntech park the new job trainees suffer a lot with a high job time of 10.30 hrs a day with a weekly one day leave (Sunday). According to international labour law, workers are not supposed to be treated after 8hours under their dissatisfaction or if with their satisfaction they have to be paid with an extra wage for extra working time. Problems faced by them: 1.women: Women trainees leave the campus by 7.30pm and they face teasings and fear to walk in their streets as they reach their house or hostels around 9pm. 2.other fellows: Many people travel far to this office.some from 2 hours and even 3 hours.They face a lot of problems in transportation. Mainly women face a problem. Many girls working there are from siruseri and tambaram .They reach around 9-10 pm. 3.Stress: There's a psychological study proved that human brain can be active to a maximum of 8hrs .Then how to sit in a chair for 10.30hrs .It violates the nature of job. 4.Health issues: They suffer from Lumbago (low back pain), head aches, eyes itching and some girl problems with too much sitting irritation. Fear of trainees: As they are trainees they fear to approach their superiors that they ll be thrown out or locked by their failure in tests .They also fear to raise in gang or to write the issue to suggestion box. To the notice: If proper action not taken I would like to bring it to the notice of our honourable Chief minister Amma, J.Jeyalalitha in her web site "www.cmcell.tn.gov.in " as we all know she takes immediate action in public grievances. So I kindly request the authorities to take proper action on this issue which gonna save women from danger and make them realize there exists a law . Thank you

                      This is in regards to the BEST 122 which was intially follwing the route from Nerul and there used to be a stop at Vikhroli and Hirandani. Now since past 1 month, the bus has changed the rout creating ruckus and dissatisfaction among pasengers. Is the Govt only interested in profit. The bus used to be full earlier and now its half empty and people like us who used to get down at Vikhroli has catch an auto later. Will the Govt look intis and reduce the woes of public?????
                      Can we expect the route for 122 to be back to the original route????

                        First you have to verify the offer that you have received from their companies website. Last week one of my friend got a offer from the GOOGLE HR team for job. To get the job we have to contact some one and deposit some money.

                        When inquired on the HR team found that it is not true some group of frauds imitating like the employee of MNC's like Google, TCS, Cognizant, IBM, etc., Emails ids are fake but the name with person actually exists. Like [protected]@companyname.com but imitated like [protected]@companyname.com. So people get trapped.

                        Above case also actual person name might be kavita kumari, but some one imitated like kavitha kumari and cheated you NANCY. Be aware of this...

                          On May 24th we went to a movie in PVR, elements mall Bangalore. When I gave my card for swiping, the cashier swiped and the money got deducted from my account, but he said the transaction failed then we have given Rs. 690 again and took the tickets. I checked with the bank people and got the statement that the amount was debited from my account by PVR. I have escalated this to the management, they asked me to provide all the statements and tickets which I have submitted, but still they didnt return the money. Every time they ask me to come tomorrow and day after tomorrow. I have sent a mail along with the bank statement to 'DM.[protected]@PVRCINEMAS.COM' and there is no response at all.                               Hi, I left CTS in the month of May on 29th 2015. Till today i'm not yet received my last month salary. I have been following up with CTS and I have done with all the formalities with CTS. Till now i did nt get any mail or call from CTS, regarding my Salary, Re-leaving letter and Experience certificate. I would like to bring in to your notice, such that all the above mentioned issues can get cleared as soon as possible. After submitting PF withdrawal form on CTS Hyderabad, DLF office in the month of May 2015 and even after making number of calls there is no response. The duration of submitting my documents is done in my service period. I don't know what are the issues raising up with them, to issue my certificates and salary.                                 Hi, I left CTS last year. I have been communicating with HRSS and some senior folks about my PF withdrawl in CTS. Now close to a year, it is not done. I have been following up, with CTS and PF. CTS tell it is subbmitted and PF office tells it is not submitted. My pf no: TN/MAS/31309/249001 . My empid: 415453. All mails of communications I am keeping such that if any issue comes then I have no choice but to forward the same to the highest authority. It is such a shame that in 2014-15 it takes a lot of doing and we have to write this letter. We are wasting everyone's time. Hope the person who is doing it has senses. Thanks, Raja

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I am extremely disappointed for the rude behavior of one of the staffs of Apollo Pharmacy, Kolkata Salt lake Sector 5 branch. I am a customer of this branch since this was opened. The service is not at all good and they keep waiting the customers for long even if there is not much crowd. people working here are not professional. I would like to bring into your notice one such incident which happened to me on 20th July, 2015. I have purchased some items form this Pharmacy and when I went for billing, my bill amount was 210.I gave the person in the billing a 500 rupee note. He asked me for Rs10, I said I sincerely 'I don't have', to which he replied, "if you don't have Rs10 note from where I will give you Rs 90 change". The incident happened in the evening, he was very rude and I was forced to keep my items and come back as I didn't have a Rs10 note. Kindly look into this matter. Thanks Anasua Acharya

                                    Sir/Madam, I have received a call letter from karthik.[protected]@cherish-hr.com and automated call on last Friday (10, July, 2015) for confirmation to attend interview on Saturday @11.00 am. I reached CTS building at Manyata, Bangalore to attend the interview but in my surprise I came to know that there was no drive for my profile. After that I tried to clarify this with the HR person but instead off listening my points without validating my profile he did misbehave with me and framed me as Fake person. I was shocked the way he handle the situation, he asked the security to throw me out and commanded that I should not attend the CTS any more (which I will definitely not do) . Please tell why I should be in receiving end if there are fake consultant sending candidate to CTS. I am not fake and I don't have any interest to attend CTS interview by force after travelling 20 km and sacrifice my valuable time with family on weekend. I am the ex student of NIT Durgapur and after 8.5 years of experience, I don't need this kind of tricks to get jobs. My question is 1) why didn't he ask the consultant name to keep the record to take action against them 2) Why didn't he checked my profile, my background before blame me as fake candidate. 3) When I was explaining my situation to security, he didn't allow it to happen, why? The security is different entity of a company and they have their own jurisdiction or rights to validate the incident. If you are taking feedback through CTS website for fake call letter then you are admitting that candidate have suffered due to this kind of incident. I have been in interview panel many times and I didn't have experience where a HR person is loosing his cool and without trying to address the actual situation directly blame the candidate and insult in from of n number of people by telling him as rowdy, fake and telling don't come to this company. Kindly look into my request and please make sure the HR are well trained to handle this kind of situation. Because they are representing the organization and not himself.                                       Hi, Initially I joined CTS as a contractor from Mafoi Randstad Consultancy from Apr 5th 2010 to October 31st 2010. The contract was for till September 30, 2010 and I have received Offer Letter from CTS stating on Date of Joining as October 1st. But the HR people delayed the processing of my profile and it has extended the contract with consultancy by one month i.e., till October 31, 2010. Now, as per the records of consultancy my service is from Apr 5th 2010 to Oct 31, 2010. But my Date of Joining in CTS is December 1st 2010. and I received my service letter from December 1st 2010 only. So November month's 2010 experience is missing. When I check my bank statements, CTS has credited salary for me twice in the month of December 2010. 1. One is on Dec 4th 2010 2. Second is on Dec 31st 2010.
