Sub: Rash driving with high speed & damaged my car.
This complaint is against your driver who drove rashly and damaged my vehicle on 19.11.2009 at 9.45 AM near MES Road, Muthyalnagar. Let me explain in detail.
I was driving my vehile to go to office on MES raod, Muthyalnagar and waiting before entering into Outer ring road to clear the traffic. As you are aware that we can not enter suddenly as we have to wait to clear the traffic. The above said bus was driving very rashly and took immediate left turn without seeing my vechicle which was wating for traffic clearance.The back side of your vehicle completely damaged my car on the left side and running without stopping.
Afterwards, when i reached Jalahalli village bus stop, your driver was behaving as if nothing has happened. He was behaving very rudely on top of damaging my vehicle.
We did not trouble the public and went straight to BEL police station to lodge a complaint.They have informed me to lodge a complaint at YPR traffic police sation.
Ypr traffic police also started talking that i need to park infront of police staion and any further damages or parts stolen for which they are not responsible. I was bit scared their approach & finally asked them what i should do. Accordingly, my general complaint has been accepted and gave the acknowledgement. The inspector has come along with me to the spot where acceident happened. finally nothing has happened but for waste of time.
Today when i went to police station, they have told me that they have collected fine of Rs. 500/- and close the case.
Now I have to pay around Rs. 6,000/- as differential amount after claiming insurance.
Request you to cancel your said driver license or take sevior punishment so that the driver will be careful henceforth.
Pl. do reply immediately about action taken on both Driver and conductor.

3rd class service for travellers. Hats offfffffff to Spicejet...
I, myself Minish Patel had passed thru a very bad experience with Cleartrip Customer Executive.
I had booked 2 return tickets of Spicejet Ahd-Delhi for trip date[protected] through website. After few days i wanted to re-schedule my trip date to[protected], so i process required steps through Cleartrip.com but by the time your server was down, so i called to customer care & concern person on phone over there replied me very positively n said your verification n all necessary details has been taken n re-schedule request has been processed n now we are tranferring your line to our other department just to make additional difference payment, but somehow at that time Phone-line transfer was not possible at your end, so your employee told me to wait for next 1 hour n we will call you back on your registered cell just for payment, rest process has been done. So i waited for a phone call from your side for the rest of d day, n after a long waiting next day when i called to customer care i came to know that by the time flight rate has been hiked by 2800/-. n i have to pay today's rate, while i was been confirmed on fon previous day about ticket rates.
Now you just clarify me, if at that time on fon if i had booked my tickets, then this will not happen... bcoz of your server error n executive's fon line transfer problem i have had to bear atleast 2800 x 4 = 11200 addition loss.
Next time its confirm i will never prefer to go with cleartrip. you can check my login's past records also.
