I have sent a below detailed complaint to Spicejet. but no reply. please read through this before booking Spicejet

Complaint:

This is regarding the cancellation of the ticket, PNR# Q4LJBE.

By mistake I have booked a ticket for October 5th, actually it was indented for October 15th. I agree that it was a mistake from my end. BUT I haven’t got any intimations (calls or SMS) at least an 30 minutes before the flight departure. I feel like both parties (me and Spice jet) has to bear the responsibility.

So when contacted to the spice jet customer care on 10/07/2010, they are telling it is not possible to reimburse more than INR 2000 (ticket cost INR 7350).

I am really sorry that I cannot accept this deal. I would request you to reimburse at least 80% of the ticket cost.

To bringing you in notice. I am a frequent traveler in Spice jet ( you could check with my Phone number/name, [protected], Name- Babu Rajanish).

After this incident I may rethink my future travel options with Spice jet. Kindly reimburse 80% of the ticket fare. Looking ahead for a positive response from your end.

Spicejet the worst customer care ever i have seen.

3rd class service for travellers. Hats offfffffff to Spicejet...


I, myself Minish Patel had passed thru a very bad experience with Cleartrip Customer Executive.

I had booked 2 return tickets of Spicejet Ahd-Delhi for trip date[protected] through website. After few days i wanted to re-schedule my trip date to[protected], so i process required steps through Cleartrip.com but by the time your server was down, so i called to customer care & concern person on phone over there replied me very positively n said your verification n all necessary details has been taken n re-schedule request has been processed n now we are tranferring your line to our other department just to make additional difference payment, but somehow at that time Phone-line transfer was not possible at your end, so your employee told me to wait for next 1 hour n we will call you back on your registered cell just for payment, rest process has been done. So i waited for a phone call from your side for the rest of d day, n after a long waiting next day when i called to customer care i came to know that by the time flight rate has been hiked by 2800/-. n i have to pay today's rate, while i was been confirmed on fon previous day about ticket rates.

Now you just clarify me, if at that time on fon if i had booked my tickets, then this will not happen... bcoz of your server error n executive's fon line transfer problem i have had to bear atleast 2800 x 4 = 11200 addition loss.

Next time its confirm i will never prefer to go with cleartrip. you can check my login's past records also.

    I have over 6 years of experience in IT industry.

    I was selected in the interview after two rounds of interview with them
    The second round was with the delivery manager and he was so impressed with me that he wanted my HR round to be completed immediately.

    corruption has become rampant everywhere , and pvt MNC companies, which are thought to be very transparent

    and clean in their operation, have also come under the grasp of corruption.

    People are devising unique ways to cheat the system. Here is one example. TCS (Tata consultancy Services)

    conducts recruitment (offcampus/oncampus), and selects lots of candidates every year. Some of the people in

    recruitment panel have built nexus with other institute. They are asking candidates to do a course in a

    particular institute. The course fee for the course comes around 60 K - 1 lakh. They are threatening that if

    they don't do the course he/she(the candidate) will not be selected. These recruiters(panel members) have

    agreement with the institutes. They divide the money among themselves. This way it's a win-win situation for

    the institute as well as the recruitment panel member. But, in this process, poor families/ poor

    students/candidate suffer. Also, for the company it's a loss as it may be losing deserving candidates who

    are not selected because they refuse to do the course.

    This is not limited to TCS only but to number of very large MNCs operating in india also.

    I wish the companies take action on these corrupt people.

    You must be a educated .

    Do you know how these companies operate or function. Do you know what is the business model for these companies.

    You must have burnt your hand by paying for backdoor entry.

    Not five my Clearance

    Cognizant HR's are not giving my Experience letter,Revival letter and my PF .I am contacting these people on daily basis,but they are ignoring.Due to which I am not able to move to another job. Shivangi Gupta

        Dear Sir,

        I have not received my Provident Fund amount till date. It has been around 5 1/2 months now that I have applied for my withdrawal. I was working with Cognizant Technology India Pvt. Ltd for the period[protected] to[protected] and my PF number is TN/MS/31309/032826.

        I have followed up with my company and they told that they have already submitted my form 19 & 10C to PF Office, Chennai.

        I have also provided my bank account to which I wanted my money to get credited, in the withdrawl form itself. Its standard charted bank, secunderabad Branch. But nothing got credited.

        Can you please advice me on the status of my PF withdrawal please.

          I have not received my Provident Fund amount till date. It has been around 1 year now that I have applied for my withdrawal. I was working with MarketRx India Pvt. Ltd (now Cognizant India Pvt. Ltd) for the period[protected] to 16-Nov-2007 and my PF number is DL/27812/279.

          I have followed up with my company and I have been told that they have already submitted my form 19 & 10C to RPFC, Wazirpur.

          I have also provided my bank account to which I wanted my money to get credited, in the withdrawl form itself. Its United Bank of India, Cannaught Circus Branch. But nothing got credited.

          Can you please advice me on the status of my PF withdrawal please.

              PF kept at RPFC Karnatake not transferred

              I initiated the process to transfer PF(A/c no. KN/BN/19214/040708) from old company IBM to present company Cognizant Technology Solutions.The Form13 was processed by prev company IBM and sent to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner,Sub-Accounts Office, Lakshmi Complex,Opp to Syndicate Bank, Old madras road,KR Puram, Bangalore- 560036 in March2010.

              These two guys who are working in COGNIZENT is treating the contract employees like a slave. They were asked ... no, forced to work for 12 even 14 hours a day... and finally, hurt them and throw them away.

              During the recession hit period, Cognizant had a good time by foreseeing things. but there was no good done to the employees who worked hard for that.
              Salaries for the associates are not hiked last stating the reason of recession when enquired about this year the statement was 'can't comment on the exact percentage of hike and how the hike would be' but now as all would be knowing cognizant is recruiting like anything and providing unbeliveable hikes to the lateral entrants.
              No justice is being done to the employees who have sticked to this company.

              I agree with you as I too am emplyee of Cognizant and on the verge of dissatisfaction...
              I agree with you. They dont treat the employee properly. They pay good for laterals but there is no reward for the one who works for cognizant with the spirit. But we should not lose the spirit. lets give our best and lets see when we will get reward for it.

                  i attended interview with cognizant and got selected. They offered me time of 1 month to join. In between 1 month they told me that they are not going to process Green card. So after 1 month I decided not to join. So they block listed me from the company. And also iam not getting job in any big it Indian companies since they have network (internal website to track).since 3 years I don’t have proper job, Pl suggest me what to do

                    Sir,

                    Ref: Your Vehicle number KA01FA 613, Rout No. 271D, - Driver Mahantesh - ID No. 15533
                    Sub: Rash driving with high speed & damaged my car.

                    This complaint is against your driver who drove rashly and damaged my vehicle on 19.11.2009 at 9.45 AM near MES Road, Muthyalnagar. Let me explain in detail.

                    I was driving my vehile to go to office on MES raod, Muthyalnagar and waiting before entering into Outer ring road to clear the traffic. As you are aware that we can not enter suddenly as we have to wait to clear the traffic. The above said bus was driving very rashly and took immediate left turn without seeing my vechicle which was wating for traffic clearance.The back side of your vehicle completely damaged my car on the left side and running without stopping.

                    Afterwards, when i reached Jalahalli village bus stop, your driver was behaving as if nothing has happened. He was behaving very rudely on top of damaging my vehicle.

                    We did not trouble the public and went straight to BEL police station to lodge a complaint.They have informed me to lodge a complaint at YPR traffic police sation.

                    Ypr traffic police also started talking that i need to park infront of police staion and any further damages or parts stolen for which they are not responsible. I was bit scared their approach & finally asked them what i should do. Accordingly, my general complaint has been accepted and gave the acknowledgement. The inspector has come along with me to the spot where acceident happened. finally nothing has happened but for waste of time.

                    Today when i went to police station, they have told me that they have collected fine of Rs. 500/- and close the case.

                    Now I have to pay around Rs. 6,000/- as differential amount after claiming insurance.

                    Request you to cancel your said driver license or take sevior punishment so that the driver will be careful henceforth.

                    Pl. do reply immediately about action taken on both Driver and conductor.

                      If you have properly filled in your PF transfer forms it will be transferred to your present companies PF account with a time span of 4-6 months. you have to contact your previous employer for the transfer of PF forms.

                      Follow up with them on a daily basis.

                      Please Note: Your hard earned money on PF will not go anywhere.

                          I know a guy who works in Cognizant, he joins this concern last april'08, by producing fake experience certificate.

                          Now he was sent Abroad regarding business tour. Is it fair? Employees like him should be punished

                          severely.Will the CTS take severe action?

                          I opened a Trading account with UNICON with Rs 30, 000 when share market was
                          on its high. I purchased some shares of Parsvnath and RPL.
                          When Market was crashed, this value come down to Rs 6000 to 7000. Few
                          months back, I requested my Relationship Manager to advise
                          how to recover my principle amount from this point. He suggested me that he
                          would purchase some shares on behalf of me and I only need to give the
                          confirmation to Unicon. I agreed and started giving confirmation for all
                          the transactions made by My relationship Manager.

                          Upto this point, I have no problem.

                          After few days, these confirmation calls were stopped. I thought that I
                          have recovered from my big loss.

                          Then, I tried to contact my relationship manager, but he never picked up my
                          phone.

                          Then I called to Unicon office to confirm, he told me that there is Zero
                          share balance showing in my trading account.

                          I was shocked and continuously tried to contact to my RM Vikas Rastogi, But
                          always got the same answer that He is out of office.

                          Fortunately, One day he picked my phone unknowingly and he had to explain
                          me that he invested my money in Stock Loss kind of thing and lost my money.

                          I still don't know what is Stock Loss, but I am sure this is a kind of
                          betting or gambling.

                          I only allowed him to purchase shares on behalf of me, and never allowed
                          him to gamble with my money.

                          Now, the current situation is I have lost my 29000 out of 30000.

                          I just want to trasfer my shares to my account before the game of Stock
                          Loss was palyed by your Relationship Manager.
                          They will never know about it...Managers are big damagers in cognizant...

                            Hi,

                            Please register complaint against Auto driver driving Auto No: KA 05 AA 1003 for the following activities:

                            1. Filthy Abusing Without Provocation
                            2. Kicking and hitting my car to try and enter it to beat us up
                            3. Blocking our way with his auto
                            4. Brandishing chappals and fists so as to threaten us
                            5. Chasing my car for 1 km so as to break it open and get to us

                            Date of Incident: June 9, 2009
                            Time of Incident: 6.45 PM
                            Area: Wilson Garden (Near IBMR management college), Bangalore
                            Reason of Assault: As he could not get a pass from my right side.

                            Please let me know how to escalate this as the driver needs to be punished for his behaviour.
