Hi team, I am Gajula sravan Kumar, applied for IBM cognos Admin role and completed interview on 14.08.2021, received a mail stating that I have qualified and share cis form with required documents. Received a call from Hr for package discussion, informed that it will take 2 days to release offer letter, till date no response, please do the needful.

    Onboarding issues

    Actually i'm writing this complaint regarding my friends onboarding, he has got the docs to upload for pre joining formalities and she had to upload the PAN but whats the problem is his father name has got one extra letter in it and they have asked to apply or get it rectified with new name so it literally takes 20 days to get the new one. He even uploaded the acknowledgement given to that new pan card but they still not given any onboarding...

    Hello

    I had given interview on 2nd September and cleared technical interview.
    They asked to fill the CIS form, after filling I haven't heard anything from them.

    I mailed multiple times to know the status but no luck.

      I did not get experience letter when I quit my job.
      I tried to contact [protected]@cognizant.com.

      I got a reply telling that the message is blocked.
      What is blocked?
      I could not contact HRservices team.

        When will I receive my Offer letter

        Respected sir/mam,
        Hope you are doing good during the pandemic, I'm one of the candidates who had cleared the Interview and received mail from Cognizant Superset before one month i.e., 31 st July, that I have selected for the role of Genc- Programme Trainee, But still I haven't received any offer letter from Cognizant please take this into consideration and help me to get my offer letter as soon as possible . Thank you....

        Hi.. I received offer letter from Cts. But, when I asked for renewed offer letter with new DOJ, they are refusing to help. At the time when I received offer which happened 2months before itself, they specifically asked me to contact them in this month to get renewed offer letter with new DOJ as I informed them at my notice period ends only in this month and due to which they gave me temporary Doj for this month with with some random date on which I won't be able to join for which they said I can contact them in this month to get renewed offer letter with new DOJ which I believed. But the fact remains that the HR gave me false promise of helping me. How to resolve this situation.. Is there any complaint related email address with Cts to address such issues?

          I am a former employee of Cognizant and I need to download some documents from OneCognizantExternal portal urgently but when I am trying to login into it, an error is displayed as attached in the screenshot.

          Therefore could you please help me so that I would be able to login into the portal.

              I was given joining date as 23-Aug-2021 but it was deferred four times due to onboarding pass issue in portal- 31-Aug-2021, 03-Sep-2021, 06-Sep-2021 and 13-Sep-2021. I was not sure this was fixed or not. Every time I contact my coordinator she was not responding but after 2 days I will receive updated offer with new joining date. I am sure how to approach and end this. Help appreciated

                Hi All,

                I has given technical round interview in CTS on 14th August 2021 for role informatica MDM developer. I received HR call for salary discussion and document submission on 17th August. I submitted the relevant documents as requested through mail. I had a discussion for salary and I was informed that I will receive an offer letter shorty but did not receive any update on the same.
                I tried to call back on that number and followed up on mail as well. Did not get any response.

                Will anyone please help me to whom should I contact? Also should I wait for the offer letter of not?

                    Hi. I received offer letter from cognizant on 31st Aug. In that doj mentioned Sep 6th 2021. But I was not received any pre-joining mail.. Please 🙏help me if anyone faced the problem. Suggest me to whom I will contact for onboarding mail.

                      I didn't received any Cognizant genc exam link to take my exam and almost all of my friends received the link, The exam is over they generated the ticket to resolve this issue but noting was done from their end and I was not selected for genc profile.
                      I hope this may get fixed as it's the matter of my future, at least exam link should be sent to access me. I have mailed everyone Superset, placement cell literally everyone but nothing was done from their end.

                        This is with respect to the Microstrategy Position I have applied with Cognizant. I am done with my Technical and HR Discussion on 7th August 2021 and 11th August 2021, and I have been informed that I will be receiving an offer letter in a week. However I am yet to receive a confirmation from Cognizant on the final offer.

                        Have tried to reach HR and Recruiter to know the status, but unfortunately haven't received any response.Would it be possible to check the status and provide me with an update?

                          I have given an interview on 07-AUG-21 or Informatica ETL developer, On 27-AUG-31 I got mail for hr to submit documents along with CIS form.
                          On 31-AUG-31 I got a call from hr for a salary discussion. At end of the discussion hr told you will revceive the offer shortly but then no call or email from hr or cognizant. Now I am not sure if i get the offer letter or not.

                              I recieved the offer letter from cognizant selected as Programmer Analyst Trainee on 30th Aug 2021. I have 2 issues with my onboarding and offer letter.
                              Issue 1 : My name mentioned in offer letter is not full name(The name on offer letter consists of only FirstName and LastName). I request offer letter with full name i.e RISHABH SURESH GUPTA.
                              Issue 2 : I am not able to login in 1C portal with the link provided in the mail.It is displaying access denied.

                                Lawyer Rishab shah harrassing me to give penaulty to company I am taken work from there company completed work with in 6day and submitted but he is demanding to pay penalty of 28000 I am completing work but he is not given any money and harrasing to me you have to pay 28000 or you have come to court please save me. When I am strated work he is not saying anything for agreement.
