I got offer letter on 19th August. I completed all the pre-joining formalities, attended the pre-hire Orientation Session. on 6th of sept 2021 I got a call from recruiter saying that there is an issue with my Background Verification. One of my previous organization in which I have worked is in the suspect list of the BV company. Next day she called me & said that she is going to revoke my offer letter and as I could not clear the BGV. I asked my old organization about the issue and they said that is is not possible and they have not received any email for BG Verification. I have reached the recruiter through email asking the copy of BG report as I feel I have the right to see the BG report. 2 years back when my current company did the background verification they have not faced any issues. My old organization is now investigating this issue and would get the result in next couple of days.

        i am facing the same issue. Please help with HR contact details as my assigned HR is not responding.

        My joining date is 3rd Nov 2021 and still i didnt get any communication.

          When i was trying to complete the onboarding process the microsoft page was redirecting to cognizant page .it is showing that this account is not assigned to a role. please look into the matter .Attached is the screenshot of the error message.

                Onboarding issues

                Actually i'm writing this complaint regarding my friends onboarding, he has got the docs to upload for pre joining formalities and she had to upload the PAN but whats the problem is his father name has got one extra letter in it and they have asked to apply or get it rectified with new name so it literally takes 20 days to get the new one. He even uploaded the acknowledgement given to that new pan card but they still not given any onboarding...

                Hello

                I had given interview on 2nd September and cleared technical interview.
                They asked to fill the CIS form, after filling I haven't heard anything from them.

                I mailed multiple times to know the status but no luck.
                Should I have to wait for offer letter

                    Hope you are doing good during the pandemic, I'm one of the candidates who had cleared the Interview and received mail from Cognizant Superset before one month i.e., 31 st July, that I have selected for the role of Genc- Programme Trainee, But still I haven't received any offer letter from Cognizant please take this into consideration and help me to get my offer letter as soon as possible .                     Hi.. I received offer letter from Cts. But, when I asked for renewed offer letter with new DOJ, they are refusing to help. At the time when I received offer which happened 2months before itself, they specifically asked me to contact them in this month to get renewed offer letter with new DOJ as I informed them at my notice period ends only in this month and due to which they gave me temporary Doj for this month with with some random date on which I won't be able to join for which they said I can contact them in this month to get renewed offer letter with new DOJ which I believed. But the fact remains that the HR gave me false promise of helping me. How to resolve this situation.. Is there any complaint related email address with Cts to address such issues?

                          I was given joining date as 23-Aug-2021 but it was deferred four times due to onboarding pass issue in portal- 31-Aug-2021, 03-Sep-2021, 06-Sep-2021 and 13-Sep-2021. I was not sure this was fixed or not. Every time I contact my coordinator she was not responding but after 2 days I will receive updated offer with new joining date. I am sure how to approach and end this. Help appreciated

                            Hi All,

                            I has given technical round interview in CTS on 14th August 2021 for role informatica MDM developer. I received HR call for salary discussion and document submission on 17th August. I submitted the relevant documents as requested through mail. I had a discussion for salary and I was informed that I will receive an offer letter shorty but did not receive any update on the same.
                            I tried to call back on that number and followed up on mail as well. Did not get any response.

                            Will anyone please help me to whom should I contact? Also should I wait for the offer letter of not?

                                  I didn't received any Cognizant genc exam link to take my exam and almost all of my friends received the link, The exam is over they generated the ticket to resolve this issue but noting was done from their end and I was not selected for genc profile.
                                  I hope this may get fixed as it's the matter of my future, at least exam link should be sent to access me. I have mailed everyone Superset, placement cell literally everyone but nothing was done from their end.
