[Resolved] Cognizant — Pending offer letter release request

I was selected in interview process held on 21st Jun. On 22nd Jun i got hr email that I got selected in technical interview and need to submit further documents for HR discussion. I send with required details. Same day I got hr call with confirmation of joining, salary discussion and designation. I was given surety to get my offer letter in 2 days ...but it's been 5 days no update i got. I tried to contact hr person but his number is switched off from same day. Please resolve this ASAP. Fortunately, i got the offer letter at same day .i raised request.

Hi Team,

I have done my all interviews and salary discussion on 25th June but till now I did not receive the offer latter. I tried to contact HR she is saying that your BGV is going on but in confirmation mail clearly mention that BGV will start after accept the offer latter. Kindly help me by when I will receive the offer latter or not.
