i disconnected my airtelbroadban. telephone no.is[protected]
My 4G Broad Band Sim No is [protected] .
Frequently the plan is changed without our consent and we are getting huge bills which is annoying us very much .Last month we have paid a bill of Rs.2200/- and this month we have got a bill of Rs.4489 /- which is causing lot of confusion ..As per the plan we have to get only Rs. 1500/- but we don't understand why this abnormal billing .
We are fed up with the billing pattern and we are thinking of changing the provider if the problem is not solved

I have applied the Airtel Broadband connection three months back and I received the Airtel Phone number[protected] and the A/C No-[protected] one month back. however I have not got the connection till now. Whenever I call to the sales guy he is telling he will provide the connection by next week and several weeks have gone. In my area (New India Colony Extn, Ullagaram, Madipakkam, Chennai-91) only BSNL connection is available and I had the connection too. But the BSNL service is so worst and the BSNL infrastructure is the far worst. I had the connection for four long years and it was nightmare for me. Every alternative fortnight the wire will be cut and the maintenance will be taking another fifteen days.
Since the Airtel comes near to my street I was happy and disconnected from BSNL. Now Airtel is not installing the connection. I am not sure to whom I can contact in this regard. Being in Metro we are not able to avail any facility. People are getting frustrated for this.

I had applied for the airtel broadband connection[protected].Airtel gave me the connection with internet facility.But due to some problem with my modem i was not able to use the connection the same day of connection.I requested the customer care people and the supervisor working to disconnect the Landline no.But he told me to repair it, another day i found out that the modem is not repairable.So i again called 2-3 times but every time the supervisors working with airtel broadband neglect my request of disconnect my landline connection[protected].
so please now disconnect my number.[protected]
