I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected], I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009 I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet. Which area are you writing this complaint from? Because it works just fine in Delhi area.. so wondering….
Very poor customer care.Actually i am in nandambakkam.On feb i got 2 new sims which name is Nanum neyum.and also i requested them to connect GPRS connection.i have a 2680s mobile.thia is the new model from nokia.at that time i have used GPRS in this mobile before bought new cards.then only i have requesting them.But from customer reply they have no settings to connect GPRS.(Reminder:-i have already used GPRS in this mobile).Then how they said it? Not only one .they told conntinouly 3 times.And after that they activated the same...if they dont have settings means how they activated my new sims...
sir am i using nokia 5130 xpressmusic+aircel.sir i need pocket internet for my mobile. i know that the settings for my mobile is not available. i request u to made the settings for this model as soon as possible

Well… I have changed three service providers and come to realize that all are by and large the same. In any case, Aircel seems to have quite a grip in the South since all the praises come from there… everyone there seems to be really happy with Aircel, so I guess the company is warming up to their newly launched circles… and shutting down… I don’t think so.. since I read an article where it said they had added the highest number of subscribers just last month so…. Lets give them some more time and watch..
I have been downloading.. although not too much since downloading is never too fast on the phone anyway.. no matter wat connection., , why don’t you go to the nearest aircle circle office and get your query answered..
Aircel — GPRS CONNECTION
I am using airtel gprs from last 1 1/2 year in delhi and what can say... For laptop and desktop it provide and satisfy my all need...This is my unlimited gprs pan is over so switch to aircel gprs prepaid([protected]) with Rs 100 top up plan..
Basically i need a reasonable surfing speed wirelessly...
After purchasing i saw the bad and very poor connectivity of aircel for gprs...
I new they are making and investing so much on ads for promoting but They even not listing to my complaint when i talk customer care...
They give punjabi bagh branch office address to complaint ...
But i was so busy schedule so even cannt able to go there. When asked and request please solve my this gprs problem They refuse it...
They say they provide edge network which has speed of around 240 kbps but forget 240 i not even get 50 kbps...
This is not only happend in my area but also other place od delhi where i try to use gprs...
Please tell What can i do... If customer care not able to solve gprs problem so how can i take time to go one outlet from my busy schedule which is also so far from my house...
this is very bad network and no one cares about customer problems1aircel fols people of indiaby giving free unlimited one month offer of 98 rupees.But it is one day offer after it do not works.Dont cheat people of india again.

Aircel, Delhi — Loss of money uselessly
Sir,I filled a complain in which i had problem that my msg. First it get sent and then it get fail in minutes. My balance get deducted. My msg centre no are all ok. i having problem in only 1 specific no. only. and now for somedays now.When i want to call that no. sometimes my call reach that no but sometimes my call dont even reach but my balance got deducted.. just now i called the costomer care asking about the status of my poroblem, they said it get solved... and wehn i asked about the refund ( i lost almost Rs. 50 or above in this mess of yours), they said, no refund will be made... well that is something dissapointed me a lot.. because, when i launched the complain, it was promised, if my problem found genuine, it will be refund.
Hope you can do something about it and look into this matter..!!

guys i[censored] don get da internet settings it because, the settings doesnt support ur cell model.. i had the same prob b4... but when i inserted the sim to ma bro's cell.. i immediately i recieved the settings... nd it works fine..
mr Devendra Kumar.. did u configure the internet settings in ur pc...? i mean pc suite..? try saving the APN as "aiscelgprs".. it should work..

Aircel — DEACTIVATION SUDDENTLY
It is quite clear that Aircell is going to close down, since, there are numerous complaints from customers. I purchased one prepaid connection last week after giving all the documents. The no. was activated next day, but, it got deactivated after 4 days. When I contacted the company, they told me that the courier has lost our documents and if failed to reach their head office and they have disconnected the no.But, they promised me that it will be activated in 1 hour. Now, 2 days have gone and it is dead now.
The company has employed nuts in their customer service who dont know anything and they just give false promises.
When I was sitting in their office for more than 1 hour to know my status, I found everybody walking in with similar complaints. I realised that I did the mistake of taking Aircel.
Now, I have already thrown Aircel in the dustbin and I have opted for Vodafone, which is much better than any other service providers.
I advise customers to buy Aircel if they do not have problems in their life. They are sure to get one.
