[Resolved] Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet

I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected], I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009 I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet. ya it is fact that the pocket internet is not working properly, when i used it first thing it work very slowly and some time it dissconnect during the downloading itself so i kindly request to aircel to improve their gprs service

I think that’s no problem at all you need to just go to the nearest Aircel store with your handset – the techies would help you there and then – I think they are very extremely friendly and helpful!!!

Why don’t you find out from the customer care the network in your region…anyways u should get full network soon at the rate Aircel guys are expanding J

then i was trying to get a new aircll connection and want to get the net.
i have lition very much complaints. so now i have dicided i will take the net connection.

I'm very happy with pocket internet works well on my laptop as well i'm sure signals gonna get better in few months, customer care is much better compared to any other networks dont hve to wait too long they treat u with respect

i m sivam from coimbatore, tamilnadu. i m using aircel pocket internet its extremly slow. it takes a long time to open a page. i thought aircel service would be better in tamilnadu but it seems so worst plz try to improve the speed

The worst GPRS connection I have ever come across. The Call Centre is again a major dissappointment. Seems like they picked up all the cheap resources for Cost Cutting.

yes i agree with everyone here...my phone number is [protected], i tried connecting it with my laptop and the internet can't work continously for a minute as well...it has to get disconnected...i think instead of spending so much into ads and paying millions to DHONI they should set up their customer care call center and take some step to resolve customer greiviences before anyone o[censored]s plan to go to the consumer court.

Hey me to. I bought aircel and wanted to surf internet. For settings i sent wap to121 in reply i got my handset doesn't support gprs/edge but i'm able to sur[censored]sing airtel & even tata docomo. These people r cheating.

Its quite unusual that you are not able to get through the Aircel Customer Care. I wud suggest you to visit the nearest store for the problem I am sure this would be sorted out in no time.
