[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

I have an Airtel no. [protected]. There is unnecessary deduction of balance for the services which I don't subscribed. This deduction is for second time. For first deduction, I complained to company and they refund my balance as it was there fault. Now it is for 2nd time for the same service. And it is then, when my mobile was in swich off condition. So I am complaining here and want some penality on the company.

friend in ur case your money is refunded, whereas in my case they are not even ready to accept the fact that they have charged me for a service I never activated
On[protected] at 07:33:11pm, i got a msg from AD-54321 that bollywoodspice got subscripted on my number and i had charged Rs. 5 for the same. Immediately I called on 198, they said its their fault and they refund the same to my account within 4hrs.

But i didnt received my refund.

I called again on 198, they apolosied for their mistake and asured me that i will surely get my balance in next 4hrs.

But i didnt received.

And now when i am calling on 198 no one is responding.

My Name is rakesh Kumar Nayak Mobile No: [protected] . Airtel service providors continously deduct my balance last 10 days. I am got reged to giving complaints to customer care .

Airtel — Balance Deducted without Sim in use

I have been using Airtel Prepaid Connection ([protected]) for last 5 years. But from past few months there services is not upto the expectations. For last two months (From 2nd June, 2011 to 29th July, 2011) I went abroad and my Airtel sim was switched off. When I returned back on 30th July, 2011, I found that my balance of around Rs480 came to Rs 345 without being in service.Now today when I have talked to your customer care executive they said that package of jobalert had been activated on 13th July,2011 and package of hungama had been activated on 27th July,2011.After that call had been transferred to senior executive named V. Pathak who after the talk told that he could give three days amount deducted by your company to save your company goodwiill without giving any concern to customer complaint.
Therefore I would ask you to take action as soon as possible without any delay so that this is solved.It would be better that my amount dedducted gets refunded and service gets deactivated which has been earlier activated by your company.

I did'nt got any response from your end. So how you can say that my problem is resolved.
This is my 4th complain against airtel.they have the habit of wrong balance deduction.whenever they see good balance,they deduct it very easily.
the customer care is very bad.never give proper solution and always try to mislead us.totally illiterate and immature.
please help me as today 9th august,Rs 90 have been wrongly deducted.

Student — balance deduction

i nasruddin of age 22 years i am using a reliencs gsm number [protected] but recently my balence was deduct due to sms pack
i really don need any kind of sms pack
i have activated only 39 sms pack
but there is two sms pack is runing on my number the second one i didnt activeted
many time i called to customer care but no one help me
so please its my humble to relience gsm please help me for that
other wise i will never use this number
i complained about my wrong balance deduction two days before but still no action is taken.
i want my money back as it is wrongly deducted.i will keep on complaining until i get my balance.

I received a call last month and you assured me that problem will be resolved and I will get a call back from your team the next day but till date I have not received any call from you guys.

The matter is getting worst as I am losing money whenever I recharge my account. Now I am planning to contact Pune Mirror and put forward my complaint and they will take this matter further. I have not seen any service where they cheat customer openly without fear of their brand or goodwill.

Time has come to show what Airtel deserve. This news in Pune Mirror will destroy your brand and people will lose interest and faith in your service.

You should never challenge a customer to take an extreme step to resolve this issue.

Dear All,

This has become routine with Airtel

Every now & then my phone is showing some deduction

On 15th Aug there was 75 rupees balance & again on 18th Aug 75rupees deduction

I would like to know why I am paying royalty to Airtel

I demand my refund or I shall switch to some other operator as Airtel is no more trustworthy

HI..this is lalit kumar pandey from ..durgapur([protected]) (W.B.) Tele coller called on my number on 1.08.11..they are offering me SMS PACK fr 30 days free of cost..as i want to port my noumber..however i agreed..on 13.08.11 every days rs1.00 deplited from my acount..Again i call up cst care..but useless...they told me that they have taken a complain..but not resolved..Need help fron U people...
