[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

My Name is SHIVANI KOHLI, having mobile number [protected] of AIRTEL operator. I’m frustrated by there service . They Deduct my balance by Rs30/- around 2:15pm of 26 June 2011. I’d called customer care several times regarding this problem but its useless ,they were unable to help or may be they are not taking it that serious . I’d suffered from this kind of problem many times before. Around rs60/- to rs70/- my balance was deducted. They are unable to find the basic cause of this deduction although they are saying its due to internet surfing ,but on 26 June 2011 I was attending my exam so during that period of time my cell was on offine mode. My complaint number is CBDCC [protected], but without any action. Recent Sunday I called up again regarding my problem and there was no response. Today 27 June 2011 I called up again and customer care executive INDER attended, she said this call is to be transferred to next department so she put me on hold. I waited and waited for 15-20 minutes. But again no response as usual. Customer SATISFACTION must be their motto. I just wanna get rid out of this trouble.

AirTel — balance deduction

my cell no is [protected].iI have to talk to airtel customer care on june 7 regarding my balance which is cut due to hello tune which i not activate on my cell .The customer care told me that u will receive balance but i did nt get yet and today airtel cut 26 rupees from my balance that is rediculous plz help me or otherwise tell me if i change my network plz plz quickly got my balance back i m a student

i am a user of airtel for last more than 5 years and all my frind circle & office uses airtel and ai always recommend all to use airtel
but just it is ust up to today because today morning in have rechages my no with 50 ruppes then msg came and charge s 10 ruppes for hungama downloading then after i have spoken to cc then another msg came for charging 20 ruppes for hello tune
then another msg came for changing hello tune charge 15 ruppes
when i try to call coustmer care the in 121 they are telling call in 198 & in 198 they are telling to call on 121 so thank you sir for your services for last five years but from today onwards i will tell all my contacts to change from airtel to any other services. my no is [protected] tried to speak to coustmer care for last 15 times but no reply so sorry sir.
i have been charged for tips by yuvaraj singh even by not activating the service
and it is auto renewing by itself
if i check my services to stop the service it shows there are no active services

so plz tend to this problem
because i dont want to pay simply without using any service

I have activated Do Not Disturb(DND) service in last month, also deactivated the services which was forcefully loaded on me by airtel.

Till date DND is not working and about 100 rs balance has been deducted for the services which I had not availed.
If airtel want to run the business like this then they should sue in the court by every indian.
Airtel should refund my 100Rs balance amount at the earliest.

Airtel — deducting amount every day by saying that u have been renewed for games

every day airtel network are deducting rs5 from the main balance and sending a mes that "you have been renewed for FHM games".
by calling to the customer care they are not giving suitable information about that

I am using Airtel mobile no [protected], from last 4 or 5 months i regularly facing the problem o[censored]nnecceary balance deduction. Many time i have put a mail on this issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com, but they refuse to refund my money. They regularly charged me for hungama content games, weekly subscription, airtel live, airtel mobile tv and lot more and i didnt use any of such service till now neither download any games from any of the site. many times the customer care executive assure me that they are reverting my money back to me but they didnt. I complaint many time but again and again same problem happening to me and none of the action taken from airtel in this issue. I want the permanent soloution of this and want my deducted amount which is 53 rupees back to me.
I have been using airtel [protected] service since last 4 years. company has deducted Rs-0.001 without any reason and aalso i cant call to 198 from my no. so plz solve this problem.

I am using Airtel mobile service Since from 9 years, now a days balance is deducting automatically from my balance, saying Tdkalive Subscription, Vedio_mod, and subscription services, I don't know hoe Airtel Serive provider dared to deduct amount from my balance, to I have communicated to customer care on this my request reference number is CBDAL[protected], after requesting many times, still my balance is getting deducted. To who should I have to contact to get solution from these kind of attitude from Airtel Service, I can't change my number because I am using my cell number since from 9years.

AirTel — Airtel themselves activating subscription to my number and deducting amount... .What is this for the 2nd time

I am useing Airtel number [protected], I don't know what is going with network, today I got another message saying you are subscribed for hello tunes and 15 Rs is deducted for that , I haven't subscribed to that subscription. this is for the 2nd time....Network now not providing any customer care services also.....ending up only with pre-recorded voice......

My airtel number is [protected] and today Rs 10 got debited from my airtel prepaid saying Hinduism subscription sevice renewed on my mobile for which i never asked for. Calling customer care was of no help because of misgiuding customer and making them listen to automated voice all the time.
Hello All,

Since last two months Airtel has been deducting the balance without my consent. They activated the services without my knowledge and then they send message stating "Thank you for downloading.....you have been charged...""

Till date I have not activated any service on Airtel and they keep on sending me messages.

This also happened around 6 months back and the issue got resolved only when I registered my complaint through your portal.

I forwarded my concern to one of the staff member from Airtel and she promised me that she will refund 50 Rupees but then only 10 Rupees got credited to my account.
But that amount was again got deducted without my notice.

She promised me that she will deactivate all the services which are active on my mobile but some of the services are stil active.

This is a modus operandi of Airtel to cheat customers and none of the staff members are concerned about the grievance of the customers.

Please take immediate action against them as this is causing alot of problem.

it's been already two days over... no call from Airtel customer care service.

i activated gprs service of 350mb/7days for Rs 22 on my mobile([protected]). I firstly checked it by browsing a little. It was alright. But after browsing for a long time,when i saw my balance it was further reduced by Rs37 and charged as per the normal rate of 30paise/20kb. Customer care didnt listen,

I activated GPRS plan of Rs 22 which gave me 350mb of browsing for 7 days on my mobile([protected]). I browsed a little to check and it worked fine. But later when I browsed for a long time, I found that my balance was deducted by Rs 37 according to the old rate 30paise/20kb.When I called up customer care, their representative refused to explain and ended the call without satisfying me.
