i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

I HAVE MANY PROBLAM FACE IN YOUR AIR TEL [protected]

BALANCE DEDUCTED MANY TIMES ?

EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT NOT TO RENEWAL
THE AIR TEL CRICKET 24*7 SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE PACK.

THEY ARE RENEWING.

AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING TO COMMUNICATE FROM MY HOME TO THE CUSTOMER CARE.
THEN I CALLED THROUGH OTHER MOBILE.

BUT I CALL CUSTMOR CARE YOUR FEEDBACK NOT GOOD
SO PLZ TAKE ACTION !

i have an airtel prepaid connection [protected].A service of airtel club is automatically activated on my number. i have requested to customer service for stopping this servive continuously from last 4 days.Everytime they give me assurance that the service is deactivated but till now service is not deactivated and continuously balance is deducted from my account. details of deducted balance is

When you call them they will tell you that "YOU YOURSELF ACTIVATED THE SERVICE" which is cliche and a common blame game for a fault entirely of theirs,
most of the companies do the same, it happened with me too when suddenly a premium caller tune service of 99/- got activated and they denied it from their end.
All are cheaters.

airtel network — deduction of charges without request

airtel network deducting chrges for providing services showing ' as per customer request' .but without request also they are prompt do deduct chrges. chrges have been deducted frm mob no [protected] on[protected] and no request has been made for any extra service. Also customer care is least bother to respond the public complain. toll free no 121,123,198 has no response about complain and only unwanted ivrs
I am fade up with this service and going to change my service provider

This is regarding deduction of balance from my airtel prepaid amount.
In febrauary i received a call from an unknown no.It is like this 54321678...
I answered it, but there is no voice msg, nothing. It is from airtel. Then onwards i used get msgs to do chatting on Airtel Friends Chat. On april 20th INR.30/- has been deducted from my balance. When enquired customer care person said that 'Sir you received that call.That means you subscribed for Friends chat service'. I asked him to deactivate it.
This is how Airtel makes fools of its customers. This way they make profits.
The slogans in their ads are quite opposite to what they practice.
They are so concerned with customers, that they will send every foolish msg, except about subscription details.
Without asking the customers approval they themselves subscribe and make money.

I am being charged a daily amount from almost two months .I didn't know about that. A VALUE ADDED SERVICE is activated from the company side and i am not aware of it. After a query i am being told that no service is activated.
My Call to Customer Care Department has been barred because of that.

Today i through consumer forum i think my matter will be solved.

I Vinay S K having mobile number: [protected], ported from Tata docomo to Airtel on 8th feb,2011 and after that I am facing problem of deduction in my balance untimely for none of the services availed.
This problem of deduction of my balance for no reason is happening for the third time with in 2 months.
Details of the compliant raised are below.

Huge inconvenience has been caused to me and this problem seems to be repeating.
And I want the compensation for the above inconvenience caused.

My name is Rashid and my mobile no. [protected] I converted my service provider from Idea to Airtel to get good service but they don’t provide. I have activate mobile TV on 18th April, 2011 after try this I have send a message for deactivation my mobile TV. After that everyday Airtel deducted 10 Rupees I complaint this in 198 on 22nd April, 2011 and I get 30 rupees for 19, 20 and 21st and executive told me from now your balance will not deducted. But this start form 22nd and I written a letter to 121 on 26th April and I get back my balance again but Airtel again deducted 10 rupees on 27 and 10 rupees on 28 and Airtel TV not deactivated on my mobile after I message, complaint in customer care and I wrote mail to stop this service please do needful.

I am Rajesh, my mobile no [protected]. I am using 2g mobile service with airtel. On 20th april without subscribtion of video call they deducted Rs 20 in my balance. in 2g network how they deducting amount for video call. I called 198 & 121 lot of time but I got recorded voice response only no response from customer care executives.
So please make my balance is back.

I have airtel mobile connection. Last one year they automatically on any of their value added service and start deducting money.

each time I have to call airtel service center to stop their value added service. initially they revert back the balance but now they are not reverting back the balance, they have only one answer SORRY. we can not reverrt back your balance.

Its a cheating with customer, if customer do not want buy service how can they sell.

I am not only customer. They are cheating many of customers.

Please take strong action against them.

AirTel — DEDUCTION

Today 12.50 I recd. a call from Air-Tel on my mobile [protected], when I lifted some song is coming as usual. I disconnected it. A message from came from [protected] that I have subscribed for airtel radio and charged Rs.30 at12.52 (which I have not done) and they have given a No to unsubscribe. I checked my
balance and there is no deduction. I immediately called that unsubscribe no. and done the same. Immediately my balance was deducted. Whenever I am trying to complaint on 198 it is never going to CCE. Previously they used to refund amount immediately. (It was happened 2-3 times ) But now the call is not going behind no.4 to no.9 Unnecessary recorded message is coming that w e have to dial 121 for our balance. But in their recorded message they are clearly saying for complaint press no 1 or 4 but when we are pressing the no. they are simply saying t o dial 121 They are folling the people
